Hey I read this FF long ago but lost the track It was somewhat like maan &geet were married and arohi/riddhima ia geet friend Riddhima is paralysed & everyone thinks maaan is the reason but later revealed that he is innocent & sasha is culprit. geet is an architect &help maan in something n when maan called to meet she sends rids to him due to family emergency. geet is pregnent & suffering from brain tumor... later geet is cured & give birth to twins& the shift somewhere else i think in New York
