Maan went in backyard to calm his anger. This is way too much , he cant bear chamsish anymore for his father's sake.

He took out his cell and dialled his layer's no.

I want divorce papers ..get them ready as soon as possible..and cut the call.

The stills of their dance together flashed in front of his eyes, he squeezed them shut and tighten his fists.

I need to get the hell out of here..its suffocating me and strolled to his car and zoomed off.

Back to geet.

Geet sat there in pinky's house numb.She dint feel any pain..as she was hurt beyond limits..something in her broke today. She had blocked out all the thoughts from her mind. Pinky's consoling words feel on her deaf ears. Pinky realized her state and helped her changing and made her sleep.

Next morning

Maan reached office in his usual time . Maan and Rk dint discuss last night's issues as maan left for office early. Rk was very much disturbed with events that took place so dint meet maan. He was feeling guilty for marrying his mishty to maan, maybe he should have dealt with maan before the wedding.He was in his own misery.

Pinky got up a bit late and rushed to office. She dint notice geet and thought she would have gone back at Km. Since she was late she decided to call geet from office.

At office maan wasn't in a good mood. He was already cranky due to last night and hence busted on every one who came in his way. Geet's absence turned the office upside down. Maan couldn't get a single coffee according to his taste .Every time a new person would get coffee for him and get blasted . Right from peon to tasha to sahsa to pinky everyone made coffee for him but none was perfect .Next big problem..was that none of his reports were organized. Last day his mails..his meetings all were well securitized by geet so that he wouldn't get any trouble.

Tasha triggered his anger more when she tried to blame geet for all the chaos...she thought he would be mad at geet but he charged to her instead. He felt wrecked. He hate to admit that he felt her absence and so to avoid this feeling he snapped at everyone.

Pinky- Adi sir...geet made coffee for Mk every time he asked. We should tell him that geet made coffee for...and she is not here so..

Adi- No pinky this is not the right time..u knw geet is not here and I think even geet dint wanted to let Mk knw about this or else she would have told him..we shouldn't interfere in their matter

Pinky- yes sir u r right she was reminded of geet's face last night But sir what about Mk..I think he wont leave any one of us.. She said worriedly

Adi- let me go and talk to him...ill try to divert his mind he said wiping sweat from his forehead..

Till then U go..and check geet go to Km even rk sir is not here leave...for Km.And get these files singed by him okay..

Pinky nodded ,packed her stuff and left.

Adi tried to divert maan's attention on some of the pending projects. Though geet was handling them and they were nearly done he aksed him work on it ..and this actually got him distrcated.

At km pinky arrived and walked in ...the mansion.

Yes...nakul entered from the kitchen.

Who..im here to meet Rk sir..I have to get his signatures on these papers..and showed him the files..She was hesitant to call geet

Have a seat ill call sir..and nakul left upstairs in Rk's room

Pinky how is mishty...rk asked immediately as soon as he came downstairs..

Pinky stared Rk in confusion gettin off the couch..geet??sir..why are u asking me about her??

Rk- geet went with u last night pinky..how is she?and what r u saying

Pinky widen her eyes...in horror siiir...geet is not here??

What do u mean pinky She is not here she is at ur..place right??Rk replied his heart was beating fast feeling something terribly wrong..

Pinky- sir...she isnt at my place today morning when I woke up ...She is not there I thought she would have left for km..and so..i went directly to office..Omg she isnt here ..where would she goo

Rk's heart went down as soon as heard those words..

Mishty...he whispered remorsefully..he was squeezed his eyes...sitting on the sofa

Its all my fault because of me..she has to go through all of this...mishty kaha hogi woh ..my child

Pinky rushed to him....no..sir..isnt ur fault she tried to comforted and saw..him closing his eyes and breathing heavily..

Sir..sir..are u okay..Rk felt his heart contracting as and head spinning...and fainted

Back at office

Adi ran to his cabin delivering this news to him. Withing 30 mins they were in km.

Maan rushed to rk's room . doctor came outside ...to meet a worried maan.

Doc uncle is dad alright..what happened ...is he okay now..?? He asked in one go. Doctor was Rk's good friend..and close one too.

he had a stroke maan...

What..??stroke he felt his heart churning with this news.his hands grew cold.

But...doc...he fumbled

Doctor knew maan a litte ..the man that he appeard from outside was an illusion. He was more of a soft hearted person when it came to his father. He loved his dad but he wasn't sure what led Rk to this state

He place his hand on maan's shoulder..

Relax maan it was a minor stroke..he will be alright..

Maan simply nodded..

Maan I don't knw what happened last 1 yr..he dint had even one health issue..he was more than stable..and all of a sudden..

Maan shut his eyes in pain..Last whole year he dint visited him even once he was so much into Samira that forgot about his dad.

Maan were is geet bete?? Nakul informed me..she is not here..

Maan stared him with narrowed brows...and handed his face

Bete she has..all his health records. And since his last stroke was ..last year to kwn his condition better we needed to read that..but anyway its okay he is fine now..All thanks to geet she made him helatly..and fit...which I couldn't do ever..he smiled a bit

Maan stared him shockingly..

She was...always there with him,..And So I was never needed...isliye today when nakul called me I thought may be it was one of Rk's pranks...she took great care of him..just like a daughter and sometimes like a mother..he said shaking his head

Maan listen everything quietly unable to comprehend what is true.

Doc soften his expressions

Maan I m rk's frnd...i knw he is worried about u and geet..i don't knw why is that so..

But let me tell u maan...she has a golden heart maan..she loved ur dad like her own..Do u think any girl could ever do that?? He smiled. Never judge a book by his cover...that's All I can say..Take care..i have given my nurse the details..of his medicine...well..i since geet isnt here...she will be here to..

Maan thanked the doc and he left. Maan turned the knob and entered rk's room.

Adi came upstairs and met pinky and told him everything.

Adi felt terrible for geet...

Adi- pinky did u try her no..

Pinky- yes sir..its unreachable..i have tried atleast 100 times she said rubbing her hands..

Adi paced back and froth in tension...we have to find geet...lets do one thing lets go back at her place maybe she is there...

Yes... that's possible pinky replied..

Adi nodded..we'll meet maaan sir and then leave.

There is father laid in between those machines. He felt his eyes burn with tears ..was he that selfish that he forgot his responsibilities as a son..thank god chamish was there??chasmish...??but wasn't she suppose to be cunning so as to exploit him...But then all that what uncle said dint seem false. Whatever it may be...chamsish dint matter...all mattered was he proved to be a bad son..he neglected his father...

Excuse me...u r?? nurse asked maan..

I..I..m his son...MAAN SINGH KHURANA he said feeling ashamed of himself

Ohh..m sorry actually I have never seen u..geet mam used to come with him..through his check ups..

Hmm..the nurse too knew geet better than him... he thumped on the chair beside the bed...brushing rk's forehead.

He will be asleep...for 6 hrs atleast...

Nurse ...decided to leave them alone...and moved outside.

Maan held..rk's hand..softly

M sorry dad..i m sorry for being so irresponsible..i knw I have been such a jerk but don't ever leave me dad..i love u..u knw that...He cursed himself for being so hopelessly in love that he ignored the most important person in his life...

After few mins nurse came to give him injection and asked maan to leave.

Maan walked outside to meet adi and pinky..

Adi- how is Rk sir now.. he asked sympathetically

Maan- he is fine...it was a minor stroke

Adi- okay sir...adi gulped thinking to tell him about about geet..

Maan- Adi..um..where is geet?? He aksed looking straight ,his face had no emotions..

Adi looked at maan for couple of secs ...and then spoke up..sir..we..we don't knw..she is..missing since morning...

Maan- what..??

Adi- yes sir..pinky came to meet Rk sir...and broke this news..and I guess hence..he..he stopped..

Pinky stood behind adi...feeling intimidated. Of maan

Maan- O lord that's y dad had a stroke...their relationship is that strong..maybe dad loves her a lot does he??probably more than me...he thought...umm..adi find her..do whatever u want hire anyone..just find chasmish okay..

Adi sighed in relief...he thought maybe maan would scold him too..he nodded...hurriedly and mouthed yes leaving with pinky.
