You see I learned this few years back by doing few experiments that when the weather turns cold our body temp drops too and that makes us sleepy. And of course too cold creates hypothermia. Once I realised that every winter I wear sweater, socks, leggings for legs, headphones or scarves for ears etc. even if the winter has yet to set in just so that my body remains warm.

When i did this experiment I was working and around that time I used too feel so sleepy that I used to go late to office daily. Once I learned this theory, I started wearing all the winter things at night and used the fan at minimum even though I was used to sleeping with fan full blast and next day morning I woke up with the alarm. Wow! From that day I follow this rule!

Day before yesterday the temp started falling down and I did not realise it and that it is why I was feeling sleepy yesterday and even after sleeping for 10 hours I was feeling sleepy today too. Once I realised this, i pulled out the sweater, changed into leggings from shorts, and covered my ears with headphones, and the sleepiness is gone! Funny right! So the time to wear the winter clothing is back for me! Better cover yourself or sleep the whole day. Have to slow down the fan speed too while sleeping from now on!

Yet I am going to sleep early today dear! Mom has banned me from staying awake too much!

never thought this would be it
waise you realise from tomorrow we will have even less time
as clocks go back
we lose out on one hour for sure
and i dont know how much more we will miss

He would have married La. For the first few months they would have been alright as La would think that he is giving her space but soon la would realise that Arnav does not care for her and she will start breaking from within. But she wotn show to anybody as her family is happy with her marriage and she does not want break their or Arnav's family's heart by taking divorce so both will continue their marriage. Then the story might go extra marital affair way or someone will come to know and they finally take a divorce! The possibilities are endless!
