Part 22

Geet was roaming inside Maan's farm house, the farm house was so big, and Geet had lot of work to do, Geet haven't slept last four days, she had her classes in the day and she would come back to the farm house at 3.00 in the evening and till 1.00am she would be here and after going home too, she would sit before her system checking for new ideas and themes for the parties, she was putting in her 500% into it,

Today was Sunday and the party was at the evening, Geet can feel the tension building up, and these one week she didn't see her Maan sir, everyday she wished he would come to the farm house to check the details but he didn't, thought she planned not to talk to him or even go before him until it's necessary, but still getting an glance at his face, hearing his voice for once was never bad, she thought, actually se ached for it, he was her life blood now,

Anyways she is going to see him tonight, somehow she was so happy thinking about that and was waiting for the evening, it's an eve-night party, it's 5.30 to late night party. Geet looked at the clock and it showed 1.30, Geet was happy that Pinky is also coming today with Adi, so Geet was feeling a bit more confident and relaxed today,

Maan came from the washroom, wrapped just with an towel around his waist, totally refreshed, Maan then took his mobile which was ringing up high, it was Pari on the mobile, Maan didn't know whether to take the call or not, Maan had told Adi that he had no special feelings for Pari and he too told her, and after that she haven't called him, so now he was confused, but still he attended the call, "Hello" Maan said in his regular thunder voice, "Maan" her voice screamed up, and there was no worry or upset but it was filled with happiness,

"Hello Pari" Maan replied, "Oh, so you do remember me ah" Pari asked and Maan said an yes, "so can you please open the door," Pari said confusing Maan, "excuse me" Maan said, "Maan, open your door, I am waiting before your room" Pari's voice made him shocked, Maan turned around his door, and saw an shadow there, "Damn, what the hell is she doing here" Maan thought, "Maan" her voice came from the phone, "Pari, one second," Maan said and changed his dress up, quickly.

Pari jumped into his room, when Maan opened the door, "wow, Maan, your room is beautiful, so bright actually, is your favorite color white, looks like your room had just been dry cleaned," Pari talked so fast as she sat on the bed, Maan was struck by her behavior, he never lets anyone into his room, except his Dadi maa, Adi and Raj, "Maan, why are you staring like this, oh, surprised ah" Pari asked with a smiled, "Shocked actually" Maan said as he stood there with his hands folded up,

"Maan," Pari smiled up, "it's so clear that you don't have any girl friends" she said, and stood up and held Maan's arms and pulled towards the bed and made him sit down and sat near him. Maan felt uncomfortable but not in a bad way, "Maan, Adi said that you told him that, you didn't feel anything special towards me" Pari direct question shocked him, and Maan's reaction changed up, he didn't want to hurt her, but he was not sure how to react, Pari saw his reaction, and touched his shoulders

"To tell the truth, I too didn't feel like that" Pari said and Maan looked at her shocked again, "yes Maan, you sure are hot, I still like you, when I speak with you I am comfortable, more than that, I seriously didn't feel so special, they say na, that your heart should beat high, you should turn nervous, cautious, when you are with someone special, but I didn't feel like that," she said and stood up, "at first I thought my excitement was love but no yar, it's just because I am gonna met the great MSK, when we spoke off normally, all that was gone"

Maan stood up and he felt an relief hearing Pari's words, maybe he was wrong, not all girls are emotional, Pari is so practical, "I would have said this the next day even, but had gone to Mumbai, just came today, so come up straight to you," she said and stopped and looked at Maan, who had no reaction in his face, "Maan, did I saw something wrong" Pari asked slowly, "not really Pari, I am just wondering, how could you say your heart so clearly and openly," Maan asked and Pari smiled an silly smile,

"Maan, actually I am stuck up in Delhi for a month, and I don't know anyone here, so will you be my friend, please, atleast for an month" Pari asked with her childish expression and Maan nodded a no, and Pari looked upset "not for an month, but forever, deal" Maan asked and Pari smiled up big, "Thank you Maan," she said as she hugged him and Maan stiffened uncomfortable, "oops, sorry, I know, you never was close with girls nor you have any sister, so you will feel shy right" she said,

"Maan Singh Khurana never gets shy" Maan roared freaking out Pari for a second, "Ok Baba, ok, not shy, ok" Pari said, "Looks like I had to get used to this, I think I need Adi's help" she said and smiled up, "ok, Maan, will see you soon, I will leave now" Pari said, "Pari, if you are free, why don't you join me, in the party, today evening, at my farm house" Maan said and Pari looked at him shocked, "if you wish" Maan stressed as he don't know what she will think, "of course I will, thank you Maan, what's the code and theme" Pari asked,

"it's an casual party, that we organized every year for our loyal clients and dealers, and staffs too, it just an chill out party, and it's in my farm house, so you can even wear club wears" Maan said and Pari smiled big with an yes, "Pari, I will pick you up, where are you staying now" Maan asked, "oh, had rented an farm house until my works over, or actually I am going to rent up, now" Pari said, "Pari, you can stay here in the mansion" Maan offered, "kidding me, no way Maan," Pari refused, "why" Maan asked,

"Well I like my privacy" Pari said and Maan nodded, "I will message my address, anyways" Pari said, "good, if you need anything, Message me, and don't forget that my Mansion is always opened for you" Maan said and Pari smiled and waved an bye and rushed away, Maan felt so light after she went away, speaking with her made him feel light hearted, maybe having a girl as friend is not so bad, Maan thought, his normal attitude with Pari made him feel normal, it gave him an confident that he will not be bad with girls, he still has values in him, he is fine.

It was 5.00pm and the guests started coming in, the evening sun shined high, with its bright and warm rays. Geet who was checking the arrangements for the Nth time and saw Pinky and Adi walking in, to her surprise she saw Adi in his casuals, no tie, no neatly ironed shirt, he looked cool, and Pinky was in her favorite Yellow knee length Gown, and she smiled big as she saw Geet and rushed towards her, "yar Geet, awesome yar, look at this place, my sweet little sister is super talented," Pinky said with an glowing pride,

"Thanks Pinky, hope your boss like this" Geet said still feeling excited, "ofcourse, he will like it, it's awesome" Pinky said as she gave an hug to her, "Geet, you better go and change, see everyone's in their party wear" Pinky said, "no Pinky, I am not here to party, I am here to work, so, I am ok with my dress, and by the way, you are looking so pretty in yellow" Geet said and Pinky smiled big, "Yellow is Adi ji's favorite color na" Geet asked making Pinky blush, "ok, ok, stop blushing and go and have fun, I will not disturb you guys, it's your day" Geet teased up,

"Geet, stop it" Pinky said still blushing, "Ok, ok, while you are ready to go, give me an call, will go together, ok," Geet said and Pinky nodded and Geet walked away, her heart was beating high as the time gets close to 5.30, MSK will be here soon and the thought of seeing him make her shiver, she suddenly felt his closeness, his hard and rough hands caressing her skin, his hot breathe on her lips, his rough hold in her waist, Geet felt an heat all over her body, "Even his thought makes me weak, what will happen if I see him in really" Geet thought and trembled up,

Maan was before the farm house, as per Pari's address, and he took his mobile to call her, but stopped as he saw her running towards him in her white knee length gown, she looked pretty as always, "Maan," she came and gave him a quick hug, "Maan you are looking dashing, poor girls are going to die seeing you up" Pari said making Maan embarrassed, "Pari," he scorned, "ok, ok, don't stare, let go" Pari said, and Maan took her to the car and opened the car and made her to sit inside and took the drive,

"Maan, are you ok," Pari asked as she saw his nervousness, "I am fine" Maan lied, his heart was beating fast, the thought of Geet was getting stronger every minute with the thought of seeing her, this one week was worse for him, he was trying everything to forget her, but the more he try to forget her, the more, her thoughts go heavier, he can still smell her fragrance in the air, her smile was lingering in his eyes, her soft skin, her shivering lips, shining eyes, her trembling words, her childish attitude, was hover up in his heart every minute,

And now it was so strong, Maan's mind distracted when he felt Pari's hand on his shoulder, "Maan, seriously are you ok" Pari asked really concerned now, "I am fine" Maan said, "Maan, please, when your heart can't see or find an solution for something, someone else's can, there is nothing bad about sharing your feeling and thought" Pari said and Maan looked at her, "and when you need someone to share, I am there, you can trust me as your friend, always" Pari said and Maan smiled an bit and nodded up,

Maan parked the car before his farm house, and walked Pari with him inside the farm house, "Wow, Maan, awesome," Pari screamed up, "this place is rocking" Pari said excited, she loved parties so much, "yeah, Geet had done it this time too, brilliant" Maan said more of to himself, Maan and Pari stood under a shade, "Hey look at Adi" Pari said excited and waved at Adi, who was dancing up with a gang there, "Maan, can we go there" Pari asked, "no, you go, have fun, need anything call me" Maan said and Pari nodded and rushed towards Adi gang.

Maan stood there, silently but his eyes were searching for the girl, who was increasing the heart beat every second,

Geet heard that Maan had come to the party and her heart started beating high, knowing that they are at the same place, Geet held her file close to her heart and started looking for him, but she was careful that she will not let him see her, Geet walked slowly and finally found him walking around near the pool, her throat went dry seeing him, and she hid herself from his view and looked at him, and it looked like he was looking around,

His face shined in the warm evening sun, and his casual attire was making him so dashing, Geet's lips had an smile without her knowing, but she stopped it when she realized it, "no, it's not good for me to think about him" she thought and saw Maan moving away from her sight and she followed him, but being careful that she will not let him see her, this distance is need for her goodness and also for him, which she cared more,

Maan suddenly felt someone staring at him and he turned around, Geet hid herself immediately and moved back, but not before Maan's eyes find her moving away, "Geet" Maan thought and he started walking towards her looking for her, though he had decided not to see her and get close to her, seeing her suddenly made him forget everything and started to look for her, his bright big eyes searched for her golden gaze like an mad man, his frustration grow up, when he couldn't see her, Geet was looking at him as she stepped back slowly avoiding him.

Suddenly the whole place filled with shock when Geet slipped and fell into the pool, "Help" Geet cried out of fear, suddenly everyone crowed near the pool, "Geet" Pinky screamed high as she saw her, "Geet" she screamed helplessly, "Please, some one save her" Pinky begged out of panic, "Help" Geet screamed again, Geet found herself drowning down and prayed hard, and suddenly she felt an strong hands lifting her from the water, and when Geet found some air, she opened her eyes,

Geet looked at Maan staring at her, his face was hard, as his heart was confused now, like it was frozen, like it doesn't exists now, he was confused with his own blank emotions, but now he was feeling something entirely different, it was his soul feeling some kind of Pain or guilt as he pulled her from the water, and it got even strong when she looked at him, but Geet felt entirely an different feeling from Maan, so happy now as if she found her life, it never felt like the first time, an vision splashed between their heart and mind, Maan walked her out of the water, but they were not here, they were lost somewhere else, somewhere unknown,

Maan walked her from the water, but suddenly his heart filled with an un bearable pain and guilt like he didn't save her but instead killed her, but Geet was feeling more happy, her tears of happiness flowed down her eyes and she clinched more on to his bare chest, she felt secured and safe, they both didn't know the reason, Maan walked her straight pulled by his own instinct, they were not even disturbed by claps of the crowd,

Maan stopped as he found an wall and Geet broke her stare when Maan stopped, Geet then realized that she was in his arms and he was shirtless, "Sir," Geet said immediately breaking Maan's stare, and Maan too dropped her on her feet, Geet looked away, unable to look at his naked upper body, she was shy and was also nervous, and Maan looked at Geet, who was shivering and holding her arms, she was fully ditched, "Maan" Pari's voice broke Maan's stare from Geet and Geet suddenly felt tensed,

"Geet" Pinky's voice too came up, Pinky came and covered Geet with towel which she bought with her and held her tight, "Are you alright, Geet, are you hurt" Pinky asked tensed, "you are ok right" Pinky asked again and Geet nodded a yes, still looking down, "Maan," Pari put the towel over Maan's shoulders, "Maan, go and changed yourself" Pari said, and Looked at Geet, "Pinky, I guess, she too had to change now" Pari said, "Yes, Maan sir, can I leave with Geet and Adi sir" Pinky asked and Maan nodded an yes, without looking at them,

"Thank you sir, and thanks for saving my sister's life, thank you so much sir" Pinky said and pulled Geet and went away, "Maan, go, change yourself" Pari yelled and Maan then left the place,

Precap: Maan suffering from a strange unknown feeling and was blaming Geet for it, where as Geet was totally into Maan now, she didn't care about anything except him, why?
