i was home
doing exercise
just finished and straight here

okay so we went to my bro convocation today
he got his degree
and boy was that long one
okay not that much
just it was too early in morning had to wake up

yes you did see me

am okay
need to get bit of breather
just finished with exercise
and got little bit of split on sides
shouldnt have drunk water before i started but no had to be silly didnt i

karni padhti hai
you see need to fit in new clothes
thats why got smaller size on purpose
so weight loss goal is there

be back in five though

@BB kuch khas nahi kiya BB bas potato onion thoda fry karke maggie masala jo abhi milta hai na separate wo milakar kiya

kash main isska .% bhi karne k bare me sochti 😳

Hey Bhagwan yeh ledki paagal hogayi hai! Chota size liya just for that sake? Maanna padega tere zidd ko bhi!


And BTW, you are supposed to drink water while exercising as less water brings splits. Trust me! Whenever I dance vigorously in some party without drinking water at start, I get splits at my sides! Then I run towards water and have to empty almost a bottle before the pain goes away. It also happened when I started exercising at first. From that day I have made a rule not to dance or exercise hard without drinking water first.

The best way to stop the pain is drinking non stop water till it goes away. Empty atleast 1 bottle of water into yourself!

By the way girls, tell me how did you put on so much weight? That you feel the need of exercising!

The reason I am asking this is so that I can do the same and put on some weight! I had just reached 50 kg few months back😭 and maintained it for so many days too. 😭 I had hopes of getting it higher too but the last week's fever brought it to 47 kgs again!😭 Not fair! Ek toh mushkil se weight badhta hai aur ab yeh sab hoke weight phir se kam hogaya! Not fair!😡 Last time I gained 4 kgs by being couch potato for 8 months and then I got a job and lost 8 kgs in first month itself coz while working I never stay on seat and kee on working around. Not fair!😳

Tell me girls, how to put on weight!
