Mission Impossible: The Don N The Diva

Part 63

The darkness was screaming along with the storm roaring outside, somehow it represented the present situation outside keeping a lot of secrets within this darkness, inside an pretty little house, Maan was looking outside, searching for his future in it, after he spoke with Adi, he was thinking about the future, finally the truth will be revealed before all, especially before Dadi maa, Annie, and everyone, and he was scared thinking about it, but he knew the game had to be over, he had to do as planned,

Still Maan was pained knowing about Dadi maa and Dev and Annie now, "Maan sir, Dadi maa is still in the hospital, but she is fine, and Annie had locked herself in her house and haven't gone anywhere and Dev is even worse, please finish it all, once and for ever" Adi's begging voice was pushing the dragger into his heart, they both are suffering thinking about him, this was a big punishment for them, but for what, just loving him like their own, Geet entered in and saw Maan staring out the stormy night and she can guess what he would be thinking,

She went silently without disturbing his thoughts and hugged him from behind, Maan's thought got distracted and looked at Geet's hands holding his waist, he held her hand and pulled her before him, "Maan," Geet went close to him, looking into his eyes, "Please, calm yourself, Dadi maa, Dev and Annie would understand you when they know the truth, this pains and sufferings is only for a good future, right," Geet said and Maan smiled up,

"How Geet, how do you know what my hearts feeling" Maan asked looking at Geet, "Because your heart beats inside me, Maan, I know each and every beat it beats" Geet said, Maan held her face in his hands, "don't know what I would have done without you Geet, you turned to be my biggest strength now, your words makes me more strong and brave" Maan said and Geet hugged him up, and Maan to held her close, "Everything will be fine" Geet said and Maan smiled up,

"Geet, it's too late, sleep" Maan said pulling from her, "You too come" Geet said and Maan nodded and walked with Geet and they got into the bed, and Geet hugged Maan and slept on and so as Maan, Geet opened her eyes after a long time and it was still dark, and in her half sleep she found that Maan wasn't near her, Geet got up and looked around to see Maan looking something in his laptop sitting on the couch,

"What is he doing in the midnight" Geet thought and went towards him, "Maan," she said in the half sleep, "Geet, did I disturb you, I am sorry" Maan said keeping the laptop away, "Maan, no, I just, leave it, what are you doing at this time in laptop" Geet asked, "nothing just" Maan said and Geet sat near him and took the laptop and looked at the screen and Geet smiled big seeing the picture in the laptop, after a long time, see saw Maan as she used to see in her dream, the young charming warrior of hers,

"Maan," Geet looked at him, "Geet, this is the first picture we took together," Maan said, "Is that Dev and Annie" Geet asked looking at a little girl in Maan's arms and an little boy sitting on Dadi Maa's Lap, "Yes, aren't they cute" Maan said and his eyes filled up, "Geet, whenever I see this picture, I feel blessed, I feel an strength to fight, I get the courage to take up any kind of curse for them, for their happiness" Maan said looking at Geet, "Maan" Geet was word less, not knowing what to say,

Geet slowly put the laptop from her lap and held Maan's shoulders and pulled him to sleep on her Lap, Maan too kept his head on her soft lap and looked at the Picture in the laptop before him, Geet closed the laptop and started to caresses his hair with her fingers, Maan closed his eyes only to remember his past once again, his flashback ran before his closed eye lids, it was so fresh in his mind,

It was raining hard, Maan was moaning with pain, he wished for death as he couldn't bear the pain, suddenly her felt some strong hands pulling him up and he try to be conscious but he failed and fainted,

Finally when Maan's eyes opened up, his vision turned blur at first and after a few seconds of trying his vision got cleared, Maan didn't feel any pain now, he looked around the big room, and the white curtains flowing around, he looked down to realize he was on a king size bed, the white bed spread and another white blanket was covering him, "I am dead, and I am in heaven" Maan thought as he looked around, and try to get up,

"Oh My God, you are awake," Maan heard a lady's voice and he turned around to see an women in a bright red designer saree, with a big smile, "Please don't try to get up dear, you are not fully cured" her soft voice warned him as she sat near him and touched his forehead, with her touch Maan realized that he is alive, the warmth in her smile made him puzzled, "where," Maan try to speak, but his voice was struck first, Maan cleared his throat,

"Where, where am I" Maan asked finally but his voice was still low, "In Khurana Mansion, in Delhi", an strong Male Voice came up and the lady near Maan stood up seeing him, "Young Man, how are you feeling now, still paining" the elderly man came near him, his face showed an raw royalty, but there was an kindness too, "I am fine" Maan said try to get up, "Good, it's been three weeks now, from the day I found you, what is your name" he asked as he sat on the bed,

"Maan" Maan replied, "Maan, nice name, isn't Savitri" the Man asked and turned to Maan, "I am Rajveer Singh Khurana and this is my wife Savitri Khurana" he introduced, and Maan just smiled at them, "but how did I come here" Maan asked confused, "oh, it was three weeks before, I was coming home to Delhi , and suddenly our car got struck in the highway near Hosharpur, so we thought of finding someone to help and asked my guys to go and find someone, but they only found you, half dead near the highway and then I saw you and bought you here," he said,

"Well what happened" he asked and Maan turned tensed thinking about what happened, but before he could say anything, "you go, you go" some sweet voices came up making Maan, Rajveer and Savitri ji, to turn around, "Oh You both come in," Rajveer said and a little boy walked in holding a football in his hand and a baby girl was walking with him holding his hand with a bunny in her other hand, they both came and stood near Rajveer, "Oh My sweetheart, come on," Rajveer pulled the little girl and made her sit in his lap,

"well this is my grandson Dev and my granddaughter Annie," Rajveer said and Maan smiled at them, "children's now he needs rest, you can come and see him later, ok, now go with Dadi maa and play" Rajveer said and both the kids went away along with Dadi maa, "Now tell me Maan, what happened" Rajveer asked and Maan turned silent remembering everything, "Ok Maan, I will not force you, if you didn't want to tell" Rajveer said, "no, you don't know nothing about me, yet had taken care of me these many days and if you weren't there, maybe I wouldn't be alive like this," Maan said,

Maan try to sit up and found that his hand was band aid up, yet he managed to sit, Maan slowly started to tell about his life in his village, till the day, when he ended up on the railway station in blood pool, Maan eyes flowed like an river, "No Maan, No, you have risked your life and stood up against an wrong doing, you had fought for the rightfulness, and saved two souls, you must not cry but feel proud of yourself," Rajveer said as he held Maan's shoulders,

"But I lost everything, my family, my friend, Rani maa and my Choti Rani" Maan said crying, "No Maan, don't cry, it's an disrespect for your mom and dad's bravery, they are great and your Rani maa and Choti Rani, they will be safe, and for that Mr.Handa, there will be something worse to enjoy" Rajveer said and Maan looked at him controlling his pain, "Maan, I know it's easy for me to say some words to convince you and I also know how hard it is to handle it, I too had lost my owns, my son and my daughter-in-law" Rajveer said as he stood up,

"Maan, you are young, and you can change, forget everything what happened first, think that you are reborn, it's a new life, an new family, I had already welcomed you into my family, and my family too accepted you but no hurry, I will give you enough time, till your heart feels ok with my family, try to see the future, try to accept the past, make it as an memory, some good and some bad, instead of forgetting it, Take care" Rajveer said and went away, Maan was amazed by the care and love of this unknown family,

Maan wasn't disturbed by anyone that day expect the servants who was taking care of Maan and the next day morning started soon for Maan, he felt an little fresh, he try to sit up and try to move his legs, which wasn't moving and he felt it was not having any feelings too, Maan got scared, "Got up so early" Savitri ji, voice came up, and she saw the shock in his face, "what happened dear" she asked, "I can't move my legs" Maan said still scared, "that's because you were on bed rest till now, right, that's why, anyways today the doctor will come and will answer your questions" she said with a smile and went away,

And after some times the doctor came and treated Maan and said he is fine just asked to Massage Maan's legs for a day or two and then he will be ready to walk up, it's just three weeks of non movement had made this, Maan felt relaxed after hearing doctors words, and everyone left him alone, Maan still can't take up this new life, why should he live when he lost everything, why, Maan thought, and was crying closing his eyes, suddenly he felt something soft on his cheeks and opened his eyes,

He saw little Annie standing there wiping his tears, Maan sat up and looked at her with a small smile, "what happened, why are you crying" Annie asked in her sweet voice, "I was thinking about my mama and papa" Maan said looking away, "where are they" she asked, "there are, there are dead" Maan said crying up, "Don't cry," she climbed on the bed and held Maan's face in her tiny hands, "My mama and Papa to died, and see I am not crying," she said shocking Maan and Maan looked at her baby face smiling big,

"Dada said, Bhagavan ji took away my Mama and Papa as I have Dada and Dadi to take care of me," she said, "but I don't have anyone" Maan said slightly grinning in pain, "I am there na, and Dada said you are my big brother, then why do you say that you don't have anyone, you too have Dada, Dadi, me and Dev bhai na," Annie asked stunning up Maan, "So true Annie, so true," Rajveer walked in looking at Maan, "this is your Maan Bhai, and this is his family" Rajveer said, "Now Annie, go and play outside" Rajveer said, "Maan Bhai, you too come let's play, Dev bhai never plays with me and my bunny, he always plays with his ball, you will play with me and my bunny na, please" Annie asked pleading with her innocent look,

Maan nodded a yes falling for her innocence and she smiled big and hover on him and kissed on his cheeks, remaining him of his Choti Rani, "How are you feeling now, Maan," Rajveer asked, "confused, why did you save me, why should I be alive, when I lost everything" Maan asked pained to core, "there is a reason Maan, everything has a reason, you didn't lose everything, your Rani Maa and your Choti Rani is still alive, don't you want to find them" Rajveer's questions made Maan frozen up, and he looked at Rajveer who was smiling at him,

"Maan you got a life, a new life, forget everything, take up the challenging change before you, and if you need an purpose to live, I will give you one, will you do an favor of me," Rajveer asked slowly, "you gave me this life, and I would do anything for that, I am grateful to you" Maan said, "thank you, but first I want you to turn positive and strong both mentally and physically," Rajveer said and Maan nodded, Maan thought he will take up Rajveer's words, as he have no purpose to live now, except for his Choti Rani, Maan decided to live for the Man who save his life,

And slowly Maan started to recovered both mentally and physically and he started moving up, Annie and Dev loved Maan, they were always around him, and Annie was totally into Maan, she will not leaving his side for a second, making Annie leave for her school was such an night mare, but she always listens to Maan at the end, she loved his pampering, and Maan loved to pamper her, even Dadi would warn Maan that he is gonna spoil Annie with his pampering and Dev was so careless, but Maan was always there to take care of him and it turned his habit, whenever Rajveer warns Dev to be careful, he says, "Maan bhai is there dada, don't worry he will take care of me," after a while Maan totally forgot that he was an outsider and so as the Khurana's,

Dadi maa's love was something so pure, and the care was motherly, he was feeling blessed for such an beautiful world around him, one day Rajveer called Maan, "Dada" Maan came to him carrying Annie in his arms, "Annie, go and play with Dev for a while, I need to talk with Maan" Rajveer said, "No, No, I need to go the park, you talk with him afterwards" she said in her anger sweet tone "Annie, never speak like this to Dada, now tell him sorry," Maan said, and Annie held her ears and said an sorry, "Good girl, now go and play, I will come soon and take you to the park," Maan said and Annie smiled and went away,

"Maan, I need you to do something" Rajveer said as soon as Annie went away, "what is it Dada" Maan asked, "study, I need you to continue your studies" Rajveer said shocking Maan, "will you" Rajveer asked, "anything Dada, but my old certificates" Maan said confused, "don't worry about that, get ready now Maan, in a week you will be in the college" Rajveer said and Maan nodded an ok, "Maan, I need you to sign some papers" Rajveer said as he gave some documents to Maan, and Maan too got the document and went to sign in it "wait, Sign it as "Maan Singh Khurana" Rajveer said shocking Maan to the core,

"Dada ji" Maan looked shocked at him, "Yes Maan, I wasn't saying that you are my family for name sake, I said it from my heart, you will be the head of my family from now, an member of Khurana Family, Maan Singh Khurana," Maan was shocked and surprised and he felt so emotional, he was speechless, "Dada ji, you saved me, gave me an new family and now, this is too much" Maan said, Rajveer stood up and held Maan's shoulders, "don't feel great about me Maan, may be later you will hate me more" Rajveer said looking down, "I will not dada ji, not for the family you gave me, I am always grateful to you" Maan said,

"Then sign up my boy, sign up as Maan Singh Khurana" and so Maan too did the same, but he doesn't know that he is life changed forever with these sign, "Maan Singh Khurana"
