well.. hamare yaha bahot hi kam time esa power cut hota hai.. wo bhi maximum 1hr.. usse zyada hua to sab electricity walo ki office pr pahoch jaate hai.. gujarat me power cut bahot kam hota hai.. even rain me bhi rarely jati hai..
