What followed was a fight for existence... Brij and men with swords were over maan for the hindrance he caused... where as maan alone was enough to fight with each one of them...Brij and men fled from there saving their own lives... and maan took an unconscious geet to a nearby hut...

Seeing the injuries of geet, he was boiling with anger, especially when the thought came that, its her own brother who is responsible for each and every scar on her... He tried to bandage her wounds... On getting her consciousness back, Geet was elated to see herself alive and in the safe hands of her savior, Maan...

Maan condemned her brothers act to try to kill her and persuaded her to fight against all the odds for her rights... No person have the right to kill other in the name of their family's dignity... He encouraged geet to stand and fight against them ... and assured her that he will take her to the police station next morning ... the sword having brijs handprints and geets blood will be enough for the police to arrest Brij...

Though maans words were ringing in her ears, she was not sure what to do next...Going against her family was not easy decision... but the past memories where she was punished only because she was a gal came before her... She was married off to Dev by her own family and now they themselves were against her ...

She knew only one thing that, She was right ... She was right when she decided not to let her baby killed... She was right to decide that she will give birth to her baby... She was right when she voiced her wish even before her Daarjee... She was right if she thought that her veerjee was wrong in killing Channi... She was right to try to save Gurwinder from the clutches of her veerjee... She was right if she thought that even being a gal, she has the right to decide what is wrong and right... And so she knew that they were wrong... and Bababji too tells the same, don't stand with wrong, as it makes u too wrong...Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice everywhere...

Maan and geet were set to go to the police... Geet declared that she doesn't want to go to police ... Maan was hell angry on her, as for him his thought that women cant stand up for their own rights was strengthened by this... Leaving geet there he left, unknown that his destiny is bounded to hers... The taaveez which was again in the hands of geet, was left in the jeep...
