Actually it depends! I mean VM and Banners need precision and hand stability so for the hand it is definitely a bit trying than writing! For brain it is the same, all three need creativity!😉 But time wise, writing takes more time especially if you are 2000 words per chapter writer like me! Coz that takes two hours and VM and Banner take one! The only reason my other VMs take time is because I give my hand a break after evry new video added or else I will loose patience easily! BVut one thing is for sure - Banner and VMs need more patience than writing! And that is why I am a writer first and then VM and banner maker!😉
