Part 40

Breej was sitting in DCP's cabin, and DCP came up and Breej stood up and saluted him, "Good morning sir," Breej said and DCP nodded and asked Breej to sit down, "Breej, how is everything going on," DCP asked and Breej looked at him puzzled, "What is he asking about," Breej thought but he just told an fine and looked down, "Fine, everything is fine, good, but why can't I see it," DCP asked, "It been how many days, Since we assigned Ms.Geet into the mission," DCP asked and Breej stood up,

"Tell me Breej," DCP asked, "and you are keeping an eye on her right," DCP asked, "Yes sir," Breej said, "So how is it going," DCP asked with a grin, "Oh, sir, MSK is falling for Geet sir, as we planned," Breej said slowly, "And Geet had already fallen for MSK as we haven't planned, trying to give up her life to save him" DCP said with the same grin which was devilish, "I don't think we could risk it up," DCP said and Breej looked at him puzzled,

"Breej, what if Geet say about this mission to MSK, what if she discloses her identity, about everything, to prove her love for MSK, when she can die, can't she disclose this" DCP asked slowly, "No Sir, Geet will not do that, she had already promised me that" Breej said, "Breej, Geet is a girl, an emotional creation of god, can't trust them, I think we should," DCP started, "Sir please, we should give her an chance, we can't decided anything just because we guess so, Right sir," Breej asked,

"OK, Ok Breej, I want an primary report from Geet about MSK, till now how much she found, how much she knew about him, what is her success in this mission, how close she got to MSK, everything, in two days, and if it looked waste or doesn't show any improvement, then, My decision," DCP said in a strict tone and went away, and Breej looked at him, "DCP sir is right, we had done everything, risked five person's life to know and prove MSK's life, now can't lose everything because of Geet,"

"I can see that she is so into him, what if she reveals herself to him like sir said," Breej thought and decided to talk to Geet,

Maan was looking at the clock which was showing 1.00 pm, yet Geet didn't come, "She said she will come with the lunch, but still didn't come, should I call her," Maan thought, feeling an urge to see Geet, "No, No, then she will think that I have some feelings for her, but what will I do," Maan thought and an small grin came on his face, and he took his mobile and dialed up,

"Hello Dadi maa," Maan said as Dadi maa took the call, and she was surprised to get call from Maan in the office hours, "Maan, what is it dear," Dadi maa asked, "Dadi maa, where is my lunch, I am feeling hungry," Maan asked surprising Dadi maa, "What, Maan is calling to get his lunch, or, for the person who is making the lunch," Dadi maa thought with a smile, "Dadi maa," Maan called up as he didn't get any answer, "Ok Maan, I am sending your lunch, guess Geet had made everything ready," Dadi maa said and Maan too said an ok and cut the call,

"Geet," Dadi maa called as she cuts the call, "yes, Dadi maa," Geet came from the kitchen with a smile, "Geet, is the lunch ready, your boss is feeing hungry it seems, so you better take that to him soon," Dadi maa said, and Geet nodded up with a smile, "everything is ready Dadi maa, I will get ready in a minute and will take it too him," Geet said, "and you too eat up Dadi maa, I will come soon," Geet said and Dadi maa nodded an yes, and Geet asked Nakul to take the lunch bag to the car and Geet went to get ready,

Maan was waiting in his office for Geet's arrival, and he heard a knock in his cabin, "Come in," Maan said and thought it would be Geet and turned around but it was Rishi, "Sir, Lunch," he said as he kept the lunch bag on the table, "Hmm, Rishi, Geet didn't come," Maan asked feeling upset, "Sir, Geet madam only gave the lunch bag and said she had some work, so, asked me to deliver it to you," Rishi said and went away from there,

"Work, what the hell she has other than sleeping and eating there, what was that important work that she didn't even come to give me lunch," Maan thought frustrated, "Is she trying to avoid me," Maan thought sacred, "but Morning she was speaking so well," Maan was confused, "is she trying to get close to me or away from me," Maan thought as he hit the table in disappointment,

Geet was sitting on the park bench, it's been an hour Breej left her there, but she can't move from that place still, "Baba ji, what will I do, what report will I give him," Geet thought feeling devastated, "Geet, DCP sir is thinking of taking you up from the mission, but I stopped him, he is getting an doubt whether you are doing this mission in a right way, and he wants a report from you, with some details that you have found till now, if he isn't finding anything interesting, than, I am sorry," Breej's voice echoed up,

"Baba ji, what report will I give, what have I found till now, and if DCP takes me up from the mission than, I have to go away from here, from Maan, no, no, and someone else will come up in my position, and it will all be an, No, No I can't let that happen, I have to do something, I had to give an report," Geet thought, "Hmmm, before Things get worse, I had to make Maan confess, because without his direct confession, I could never get anything," Geet thought frustrated,

"I had searched his room, and study on that day even, but, didn't get a thing, no papers, no clues, and his office is fully secured, no one can enter up, nor he is acting as an don, then how will I find something," Geet thought feeling confused, "Geet," Dev's voice made her to turn around in shock, "Dev" Geet said looking at him, "What happened Geet, you are here, at this time, everything ok right," Dev asked worried as he sat near her,

"Yes fine, just felt to get some fresh air," Geet said, "In this hot weather," Dev asked, "Geet, is everything ok between you and bro," Dev asked and Geet looked at him shocked, "yes, why," Geet asked, "no, just asked," Dev said, "Geet, bro's yelling and shouting may scare you but trust me he had a heart of gold, he is gem of an person, you could never find someone like him, trust me," Dev said feeling worried,

Geet looked at Dev and smiled big and held his hand, "Do you think I am scared of your Brother," Geet said with a smile, "Dev, I know him well, more than you think, it's just I can't get him out of the shell he had created around him," Geet said her heart out, "Hmmm, same problem Geet, we too tried, but no," Dev said and held Geet's hands tight, "But Geet, I know you can making him come out of his shell, to live an happy fun life," Dev said, "Bro, looks up to every detail in my life to make me happy, to give me the comfort and luxurious life, but I always feel that I am not doing anything for him," Dev said as his tears gathered up,

"Bro gave me the love of an Mother and an protection of an father, without any expectation, who will do this, you know, Dada ji had written all the properties in bro's name after his adoption, and after Dada ji's dead, he submitted all the documents to Dadi maa, and said this family is the only property he would like to take up in to his life, and not this monetary things, and that's what he was doing ,taking care of the family but what about him, his happiness," Dev said tearing up,

"Dev," Geet said wiping his tears off, "Geet I am telling you openly, I, I, I want you to marry Maan bhai, I can see the love for you in his eyes, I can see that he lightens up, when you are near him, he smiles at your presence, he is happy with you, please Geet, this might be too much to ask, even selfish, but please, marry my bro, I know you to love him," Dev begged suddenly holding Geet's hands, "Dev" Geet was all struck,

"You love Maan Bhai right, hmm, tell me Geet," Dev asked and Geet looked at his tear filled eyes and his love for Maan, and Geet nodded an yes, and Dev smiled big, "That's enough Geet, That's enough," Dev said with a bright smile, "Dev, but your Maan bhai will never say that he loves me, or," Geet said upset and Dev smiled big wiping his tears, "Make him anger," Dev said and Geet looked at him puzzled,

"What?" Geet asked, "Yes Geet, Make him anger, irritate him, and in his anger na, he would speak his heart," Dev said with a grin, "Really," Geet asked, and she remember in her past too she used to ask him again and again to making him accept something, when he gets highly irritated he accepts everything in his anger, "yes, how did I forget that," Geet said smiling big, "Thank you Dev," Geet said and Dev smiled up,

"So time for celebration, time for sweet," Dev said and took two diary milk and gave her, and Geet too got it, "Come on Geet, I will drop you home and then go to see Meera," Dev said, "No Dev, I will even will go," Geet said, "No, come on, I will drop you, it's too hot," Dev said and Geet said an ok,

And her sudden touch made Maan silent and he caught her hand and looked at it, and saw the thumb finger with chocolate, Geet too was looking at him and suddenly he took her hand towards his mouth and Geet looked at him shocked, He slowly kept her thump finger on his lips and he sucked the chocolate in her thump making Geet shiver, and her eyes widen up at him in shock, and her heart melted in his lips touching her finger,

He was keeping her thumb in between his lips enjoying its softness, Geet suddenly realized that she was standing in Khurana Mansion and someone might come up, "Maan sir," Geet called, pulling Maan from his fantasy world, and he looked at Geet, who was blinking up at him and he let her hand and stepped away from her, and stood there silently, "Hmm, he can't control him anymore, I can see that clearly," Geet thought looking at him and Maan too looked at her and Geet turned away, after a few seconds,

"Maan sir, chocolate," Geet gave him the chocolate with a grin, "looks like you like it," Geet said with a grin and Maan can see that she is teasing him, "Is today your birthday," Maan asked, "No sir, and you are asking as if you don't know when my birthday is," Geet said and Maan looked at her puzzled, "Oh, you have my bio-data right, so" Geet said and Maan pulled the chocolate from her hand, "where have you been," Maan asked, as he was hell upset as he couldn't see Geet for a long time,

"Oh, I went to the park nearby," Geet said slowly, "So you are enjoying, having fun in the park and having chocolates, you have time for this all, but you don't have time to bring lunch for me, right," Maan yelled and Geet got the reason for his anger, "Oh, he is upset because I didn't go to the office to give him lunch, as he can't see me," Geet thought as an happy wave came up but she controlled it, "Here, have you chocolate yourself and enjoy," Maan said pressing the chocolate in her hand,

Maan turned and walked away, "Why are you anger with me, you are the one who asked me to stay away from you, and why are you getting upset, when I am doing so," Geet said and her voice stopped Maan, his heart started to beat fast and he turned around to look at her, "What," Maan asked, "I am trying to stay away from you, as you said" Geet said again stressing up her words, Maan's heart pained hearing her words,

Maan hover over her and pushed her on to the rack keep near the wall, "You want to stay away from me," Maan asked pushing her up and Geet looked at him, his eyes burning in anger and her eyes filled up seeing his anger, "No, You wanted to," Geet said slowly, "So, If I ask you to stay away from me, you will go away from me, tell me Geet, you will leave me and go away from me," Maan asked unable to bear the pain,

He was the one who wanted her to stay away from him, but the moment she said she will go away his heart crushed up, "You will leave me, is that what you want, yes, why should you stay with me, what will you get from stay here, apart from pain and worries, so go, go" Maan said between his teeth, his pain turning into anger, "Ok go away, stay away from me as u like, go," Maan said his heart bleeding up,

"Enough, As I like, do you think that I like staying away from you, do you think that's why I was running behind you even when you hurt my heart to the core, do you think that's why I am still standing before you even after that deadly encounter in which I almost lost my life, you are the one who had told me to stay away from you, Not me, I don't mind the pain and worries, I get when I am with you, but you were the one scared of that, you tried to push me away, Keep me away from you"

"And now you are accusing me for that, great, you will do everything, but the pain, and guilt I should bear it right, ok, fine," Geet said and pushed Maan abit and walked away, Maan turned blank as she went away, "what happened to me, why did I behave like this to her, I was the one who wanted her away and now I even can't accept it, what's happening to me, what do I what, if I can't even accept her words of staying away from me, can't even think of her staying away from me, how will I live without her" Maan thought and stood there puzzled,

Geet felt mesmerized in his hold and closeness and looked into his eyes, "Eat," Maan whispered in her face, but Geet was so drugged in his masculine power to say anything, and slowly held his shirt in her fist for balance, "No" she managed to say, Maan tightened his hold more and Maan too felt the tension inside him,
