Part 11

That day was so special for Geet, she still can't believe that Maan himself came and got her back to the Mansion, she went down and stared to prepare food and Maan came down all dressed up to have his breakfast and Geet went to the kitchen and saw Nakul carrying the tray, "Nakul dada, let me carry it" Geet said shocking Nakul, he too knew what happened yesterday and was shocked that Geet wishes to go before Maan again, he was bit scared to give it to Geet, as Dadi maa too was not there and so paused up,

"Please, I will not drop it" Geet pleaded and he gave it to her finally, and Geet carried it to the dining table where Maan was sitting, Nakul and Mohan both were watching from kitchen expecting an big scene and an anger blow out from Maan, Geet went and kept the tray on the table and looked at Maan, and Maan too looked at her, Geet smiled a bit and started serving him, "Where is Dadi maa" Maan asked in his roaring voice creating an shiver inside Geet's mind, "oh, she had gone to the nearby temple, as it's Friday" Geet said slowly and clearly,

"Hmm," Maan said as he knew Dadi maa used to go to the nearby temple every Friday before her breakfast, Maan had his sandwich and his juice and stood up, and Geet started to place the plates back on the tray, "Geet" shouted up as we went to the hall and she rushed towards him, "if Dadi maa comes today, tell her I will be late tonight" Maan said and Geet nodded a ok, and Maan went away, Geet smiled big and went and took the tray and went to the kitchen, where Nakul and Mohan was staring at her,

"Nakul Dada, what's going on, Maan sir, didn't say a word to Geet ji after all that happened yesterday" Mohan asked and Nakul too nodded up, "me too thinking about that only" Nakul said but kept silent,

It was night 9 pm, and Maan and Adi were still preparing for the presentation tomorrow, and they completed it when it was almost 10.00. "Maan sir, you go home, you look too tired, and tomorrow you have to be fresh for the presentation right," Adi said looking at tired Maan, "No Adi, need to do an final check up," Maan said, "Sir, you don't worry, I will take care of it, you go home, I will do the final touches and then bring the pen drive to you tomorrow morning"

"Ok Adi, but remember I want it at 7.30, sharp 7.30 in the morning" Maan said and Adi nodded an ok, "sure sir" Adi said, and Maan went home,

Geet was sitting in the sofa waiting for Maan as she made Dadi maa to go to bed and Nakul and Mohan too went to their quarters for night as Geet said she will take care when Maan comes back, Geet waited for Maan and slept off in the couch itself, holding the hand rest, Maan came in and saw that the hall was lighted up and went in to find Geet sleeping calming on the sofa, "why the hell is she sleeping here" Maan thought and went towards her,

"Geet, Geet" Maan yelled up and Geet jumped up from her sleep and looked at Maan's face with her sleepy eyes, "Did all the rooms in the Mansion got filled up, why the hell are you sleeping in the couch," Maan shouted and Geet looked at him a bit scared, "waiting, waiting for you," she said slowly, "what, for me, why" Maan asked puzzled, "Dinner" Geet said, "Do I look like an baby, I can serve myself" Maan said and Geet looked down her face turning sad,

Maan rushed upstairs and Geet went into the kitchen and heated up the cold food and kept it in the serving plate and kept in the tray and waited for Maan and Maan came down in his night suit and looked at Geet, "she is still awake" Maan thought, "served up right, now what are you waiting for, go and sleep" Maan said and Geet looked at him pausing up, " going to feed me up with your hands ah," Maan asked irritated up and Geet nodded a no, "Then, Go" Maan yelled and Geet turned around and walked up, Maan turned towards the tray and saw two plates of food,

"Geet" Maan called stopping her, and Geet turned around, "You didn't have your dinner yet" Maan asked and Geet nodded an yes, "what, are you crazy, look at the time, where the hell you are from," Maan yelled up and Geet looked down and felt like crying, "now why are you standing there, come and have your dinner" Maan shouted and Geet nodded and went and sat next to him and they both started eating up,

Geet looked at Maan who was eating looking away with his hard face, he looked as charming as ever even when he was so anger and Geet lost her sense and started starring at him, his each and every gesture attracted Geet so much, she liked watching him, she kept her food in the mouth and was eating slowly looking at Maan, Maan sudden turned to look at her and got her stare on him and his eyes turned puzzled, Geet turned immediately scared of his straight look and breathed up heavy with food in her mouth, which made her end up in heavy coughing,

Her eyes filled with tears immediately and she held her chest up, "Geet" Maan freaked out and took an glass of water and gave to her, "drink" Maan said as he held the glass near her mouth and Geet too caught the glass and started drinking up, and she pulled the glass away as she had enough and Maan kept the glass down, and her eyes was tearing up, Maan took his handkie and gave to her, "wipe your tears off" Maan said and Geet too did as he said, "Eat slowly" Maan said and Geet nodded,

Maan finished his dinner but looked at Geet who was eating slowly, "how long will she eat this" Maan thought but he didn't have the heart to go away leaving her alone so he waited for her to finish her dinner and when Geet finished her dinner, Maan stood up taking his plate in his hand, "Ji," Geet said and grabbed the plate from his hand, "give it to me," Geet said, "Geet, I can take care" Maan said aloud, "I know" Geet said and pulled it from his hand and kept it on the tray and stood up, and walked away with a smile, shocking Maan for a second, "you please go and sleep, Good night" Geet said and went inside the kitchen, "This girl is crazy" Maan said and rushed upstairs,

It was 7.35 in the morning and the whole mansion was filled with tension, Maan was roaring up and Dadi maa was looking at him with a smile and Geet was staring at him in fear, the rain was pouring heavily outside, but the thunder was inside the Mansion, "I Told him Dadi maa, I told him, how could he be late," Maan yelled up high, "Relax Maan, it's just 7.35, he will come now," Dadi maa said but Maan wasn't relaxing, "and his mobile is too not reachable" Maan yelled, "may be because of the rain, you relax, Adi will come now" Dadi maa said with a smile,

It was 7.45 when Adi rushed inside the Mansion, filled up with fear, "Adi," Maan yelled up and Adi first gave the pen drive to Maan, "Sir, sorry, I was struck on the way it was so flooded up" Adi explained up looking down, "that's why I told you yesterday even that I will finish the work and take the pen drive with me itself" Maan yelled up, "sorry sir," Adi said, and Maan put the pen drive in his pocket, along with his mobile,

"Everything is prefect right" Maan asked and Adi nodded an yes and suddenly Maan's mobile rang up and he took it from the pocket with a force and looked at it, "oh" Maan thought and cut the call, "Adi, take an look at the PNB Income statement, the bank manager had been calling me up" Maan said and Adi nodded an ok, "better I turn this off, or else people would be disturbing me up" Maan said and turned his phone off and kept in his pocket and went away,

"Uff, Dadi maa, thank god, Maan sir was in an hurry," Adi said and Dadi maa smiled up, "how are you Geet" Adi asked looking at her and Geet smiled big, "good" she said, "Adi sir, I will get something for you to drink" Geet said and turned around and found something on the floor, and went and took it up, "Adi sir, is it yours" Geet asked as she gave the pen drive to Adi, "Baba ji," Adi freaked out as he saw the pen drive, "it's the pen drive I gave to Maan sir, looks like he dropped it up here itself" Adi said and took his mobile and dialed Maan's number,

"God, Dadi maa, sir's phone is switched off, god, what will I do now, what will Maan sir do now, going all the way down to Nodia without this pen drive he will not be able to do the presentation," Adi said freaking out, and Dadi maa and Geet looked at him tensed, "I am so scared Dadi maa" Adi freaked out as his mind suddenly stopped working, "Maan sir, without this pen drive, how will he present and if he can't what will all say, what will happen to his image" Adi freaked out,

Geet suddenly grabbed the pen drive from Adi's hands and started running up, "Geet" Dadi maa and Adi both shouted up from behind, but she was long gone, Geet ran up to the gate, "Which way did Maan ji went" Geet asked and the watchman said the he went left and Geet too started running towards the left, but she couldn't see Maan's car, but she didn't stop, she ran as fast as she could, holding the pen drive in her hands, "Baba ji, please stop him, please" she prayed and run with all her life,

It wasn't easy for her to run in heavy rain, she was fully wet and the road was fully flooded up and her vision was also not clear, but she was so determined to reach Maan and give the pen drive, Maan was driving up face the problem with the rain, suddenly an police officer stopped Maan's car, and Maan looked at him puzzled, "Mr.Khurana" the inspector recognized him immediately, "what's happening" Maan asked, "oh sir, an tree had fallen off and had blocked the way, but don't worry sir, in few minutes it will be clear" he said and Maan nodded an ok to him,

"God, great, first Adi, now this," Maan said hit his steering up and waited up, Suddenly Maan looked at his side way mirror and got shocked, "What the" Maan thought shocked and looked out behind and saw Geet running towards him calling for him, "Geet" Maan thought and got down and went towards her, "what the hell are you doing" Maan asked holding her arms tight, Geet voice struck up and she was breaking heavy, and Maan left her arms, "you were running behind me from the Mansion," Maan asked and Geet nodded an yes,

"Are you stupid, why the hell did you run behind me like this" Maan yelled, "Pen, pen, pen drive" Geet said and gave him the pen drive and Maan looked at her shocked, "you, you dropped it in home, so" Geet said and before she could finish her words he left an dizziness and she fall back, "Geet" Maan freaked out and held her in him strong arms, "Geet, Geet, Look at me, Look at me Geet" Maan said but she was fainted up totally, Maan then scooped her in her arm and walked towards his car,

Maan opened the front door and made her sit in and put the seat belt on and took up the drive and drove back to the Mansion, Maan went in and parked the car and rushed inside the Mansion carrying Geet in his arms, "Dadi maa" Maan shouted up and Nakul and Mohan came up and looked shocked, "where is Dadi maa" Maan said, "ji, they went to look for Geet ji," Nakul said, "Call Dadi maa now and ask her to come home" Maan said and Nakul nodded and Maan took Geet upstairs and went to Geet's room and put her on the bed,

"what the hell is wrong with this girl, couldn't she call me" Maan thought and remembered he had turned his mobile off, "great, well the mistake was mine, she came all the way running to me in this heavy rain to give the pen drive, is she crazy, why should she do this for me, for an guy you always insulted her, god knows what this girl is" Maan thought and looked at her, Geet was shivering up, "looks like she needs a doctor" Maan thought and called his family doctor and asked him to come home soon,

"Geet," Dadi maa's voice came up and Maan turned around to see Dadi maa and Adi coming in, "Geet, what have you done, I was so scared," Dadi maa said as she sat near her, "Maan what happened, how did she get you, and what happened to her" Dadi maa freaked out as she saw her unconscious and Maan said what happened, "oh my poor thing" Dadi maa said, "Maan, she is freezing" Dadi maa said worried about her, "don't worry. I had already called the doctor, he will be on the way" Maan said and Dadi maa said an ok,

"Dadi maa, I will change up and will get back to my meeting" Maan said and Dadi maa nodded up, and Maan went away, Maan paused a bit at the window and looked at Geet, she was all shivering up, and he felt so bad for her, "she is suffering because of my mistake, hope she gets ok soon", Maan thought and went away,

It was night 10.00 when Maan came back to the mansion again, his presentation went well but he was so disturbed because of Geet, as he came to the Mansion, we rushed upstairs to Geet's room, and stepped in slowly, in small bed side lamp, he saw her wore out face, sleeping up with soft moans, "Maa, Maa, I am scared" she moaned up, "is she still have an fever" Maan thought and slowly pressed his strong hands on her forehead and it felt normal, "looks like she is ok," Maan thought feeling ok,

Maan saw the blanket laying besides her and took it up and covered her up, and stood up, walked towards the door, "Maa, maa," Geet moaned up again and Maan stopped and turned around and looked at her, "Maa, maa, I am so scared, where are you maa, why did you leave me like this all alone," Geet moaned and Maan looked at her and his heart suddenly ached looking at her, "take me with you, I am so scared, I am so scared" Geet moaned up, and Maan looked pitifully at her,

Maan then sat near her, "Geet, Geet" Maan called softly, and Geet moan stopped, Maan felt her hand on his and looked at her hand searching for a hold, Maan then slowly held her hand himself and she grabbed his hands tight immediately in her sleep, Maan don't know to do, "I am so scared," Geet moaned up, and Maan too held her hand back tight, "it's ok Geet, it's ok," Maan said slowly, after a few minutes Geet moans stopped and Maan slowly pulled his hand from her hold and stood up, and looked at her and went away from there,

The morning sun shined up bright on Maan, making him sign and get up slowly, he went to the wash room and freshen up and come to his room, and his mind automatically played Geet face to him and Maan walked to her room, and saw Geet was sitting up, as Maan went in, Geet tried to get up, "No need" Maan said aloud and Geet relaxed back, "Maan" Dadi maa's voice came up and Maan looked at her, "Good morning" she said commonly, "Good morning Dadi maa" both Geet and Maan said together,

"Geet, here is your special drink, all your pains will run away soon now" Dadi maa said and Geet got it and drink up, and Maan was standing there up, "Maan sit down" Dadi maa said and Maan too nodded and went sat up on the bed, "Geet you are feeling alright now, your fever is gone" Dadi maa asked worried and Maan looked at her, "I am fine" Geet said slowly, "but your fever" Dadi maa started, "Dadi maa, she is alright, stop over reacting, she was fine last night even when I checked her up" Maan said and Dadi maa looked at him shocked,

"You checked on her last night" Dadi maa asked and Maan looked away and looked at Geet who was looking at him with the same shock, "oh, oh, Dadi maa, I am getting late" Maan said and went away from there, "is this my grandson" Dadi maa thought surprised with a grin,
