Next day,
Neha woke up before Geet and was going to wake her up so that she can wish her but suddenly she remembered her promise which she made to Maan that she will let him wish her first and then she remembered that today is the day when Maan is going to propose and making Geet's day more special. She smiled thinking about Geet's happiness but then she remembered that she has a job which is to send Geet with Maan without her being suspect about it.
Neha ( st ) : God, why Maan has to put me in such a situation and why did I agreed to help him just bcoz of this Geet who will definitely forget about me after Maan will propose but what should I do now, okay lets start with waking her.
She went near Geet and shakes her slowly but Geet didn't even budged so she shook her again and an irritated Geet woke up
Geet ( with a frown on her face sat on bed and rubbed her eyes ) : What Neha?????? Why did u broke my sleep, we don't have any school from today then why the hell u woke me up.
Neha : Geet get ready fast
Geet : Why????? BTW what's today's date??????
Neha : Um.. 15 December, she left a heavy sigh bcoz she knew after that whats going to come on her way
Geet : WHAT... she pushed her quilt and rushed to check her cell to confirm the date.OMG today is 15, Neha don't u think today is something special. Geet said getting excited thinking now Neha will wish her but was Neha thinking how to send her with Maan and she suddenly a idea struck to her and she said
Neha : Right Geet, that's why I was waking you, she said with a smile
Geet : Haina, now say whats so special today
Neha : Geet we all r going on picnic, Geet was happy thinking Neha planned a picnic for her but she didn't wanted to celebrate her birthday with all so she said
Geet : But Neha why all???? I mean we two can also go alone.
Neha : I know Geet but this was planned from a long time, U know all the children who stays in this locality has decided it from a long time to go on for a picnic and when u r staying with me here, that means u r also coming with me to the picnic
Geet : WHAT???? she was shocked hearing that and her face fell down and she become sad thinking Neha, her best friend, her soul sister has forgotten her birthday,I don't want to come, Go alone I won't come
Neha : That's not possible dear, U have to come and u r coming now get ready fast
Geet : But
Neha : No but, u r coming, she said with a strictness in her voice
Geet : Fine, but tell who all r coming
Neha : Aaa... she didn't know what to say bcoz no such picnic was planned, aaa... Aashi, Diksha, Pooja, Arun, Rohan, Jay,... and Maan, she said any name which were coming in her mind
Geet : Maan, That means Aaru will also some with us, Ok I m going to get ready
Neha : Yeah Aaru is also coming now go and get ready fast, Ok, she said with a smile thinking her work is done
Maan's house
Maan was pacing here and there thinking how Neha will send Geet with him without making her suspect about anything, Nikhil was going out when he saw Maan tensed and went to him
Nikhil : Maan what happened????? Why r u looking so tensed??????
Maan : Huh?? No jiju its nothing like that.
Nikhil : Girlfriend problem???? If u want I can help u.
Maan : Jiju she is not my girlfriend yet.
Nikhil : So whats the problem?????? Does she love someone, he said putting his hand on his shoulder
Maan : WHAT.. NO?????? he looked here and there to see Purvaa is not in the view,actually today is her birthday and I have planned to propose her today
Nikhil : What??? R u serious???? Wah Maan it will be a great surprise for her, then why r u waiting for
Maan : Nothing but getting nervous
Nikhil : Do want any help any tip, I m always there. Nd have u thought to buy any gift for her, like promising gift
Maan : Actually I was thinking for the same but don't know what to buy, so bought a thing which will be with her forever
Nikhil : Buy something which will remind her about u and this day, nd here take some money, he said handling Maan some money in his hand
Maan : No. jiju how can I ???? he said again giving back Nikhil his money
Nikhil : U have to. Nd think it as my gift for u nd ur would be girlfriend, Maan was going to say something but he cut him in between, nd I don't want to hear anything regarding it, Understood, Nikhil said patting his cheek with love and Maan nodded his head with a smile
Maan : But jiju please don't say anything about this to di, I want to say and confront her about it to her
Nikhil : I won't, he said with a smile, he was going when Maan asked
Maan : Jiju r u going somewhere????
Nikhil : Yeah, me and ur di is going to Noida for some work, we will be late at night, so today is ur day if u want u can bring ur girlfriend home, he winked at Maan and laughed and Maan also laughed with him
Maan : And what about Aaru is she also going with u ?????
Nikhil : No, she is staying here but since u r going out I think she have to stay with Neha, nd ya u have to leave her with Neha after we go or else ur detective sister will start her question bank, nd both laughed on this and then Nikhil went from there with Purvaa
Maan cell beeped and he saw a message of Neha regarding the thing by which she convienced Geet to go with them
Neha ( msg ) :I have planned everything, Geet is going to come but for that u need to be out in 10 mintues and if Geet asked where I m, just say her that I went ahead with other and as bcoz of her we were getting late so I asked u to come with her.
Maan ( msg ) : Thanks for the help, but need one more
Neha ( msg ) : Now, what?????
Maan ( msg ) : U have to take care of Aaru till the time we r out
Neha ( msg ) : Thank god, If u would have said something else I would have killed u.
Maan ( msg ) : Ok I m outside send Geet fast and take Aaru with u after we went.
Neha ( msg ) : Ok and Maan don't let Geet to know about her cell till the time u r enough far from this place, And Good Luck

At Neha's house
Geet was searching for Neha, as she didn't saw her from the time she got ready, she went to hall to see if she is there but instead of Neha she saw a sticky note on the door, she went near the door and took the note in her hand and started to read Neha's note Geet, I m outside u were taking so much so I thought to go out, so come out fast we r getting late and yeah, I knew u would take time so I have ready ur bag which have everything which will be needed, just pick that up fast and come out, after reading the message Geet was angry on Neha thinking first she forgot her birthday and now she was taunting her on her birthday, she went inside took her bag and went outside the house to give a piece of mind to Neha
Outside the house
Geet banged the door hard in anger nd with the noise Maan got startled and Geet bit her tongue thinking what she did, it was not her house that she was showing her anger on the things, seeing her expression changing from one to another Maan was confused so, he asked her
Maan : Why r u banging door so hard Geet???? what's his fault. Geet was surprised to here Maan's voice
Geet : Ahh. nothing, It was my fault, leave that, have u seen Neha????? She was not in mood to talk anything right now so she directly asked about Neha
Maan : Ya, she went with others, so she asked me to wait for u as u were taking time according to her, he said that so that Geet won't get angry on him, so here I m waiting for u, so that we can reach the, so may we ???? Geet just nodded her head as she got more angry on Neha's behavior
Geet : Do u know the route and how we will go there
Maan : Yeah, I know the route and how we will go there then, he said pointing at his back so that she will get to know by which they r going, Geet saw the car behind him and went inside to sit and closed the door, Ooo it looks like madam is really very angry on the plan, but just hope she will be happy soon after receiving her surprise, saying this he went to his side nd sat
Geet : Aaru is not coming with us???? She asked as she remember Neha telling her about also joining them
Maan : No she went with di and jiju to Noida, He lied to her
Geet : But Neha said she was going to come with us to a picnic
Maan ( st ) : God what has Neha said to her Aaru coming???? Picnic ?????? I have to use words carefully or it will make her doubt, but anyway she will doubt when she won't see anyone there but for now answer her Maan and stop talking to urself
Maan : Yeah she was going to come but at last moment she wanted to go with di and jiju, so she went with them, he looked at Geet's face and by her look he got confirmed that she believed his words and he took a sigh of relief. He didn't started the conversion thinking if that will lead to the so called picnic talk, it will be problem for him bcoz he don't know what story Neha had made to sent Geet with him, and Geet also was in not in mood to talk much bcoz from morning nor Neha wished her neither her Mom and Dad, so she thought to listen the music to distract her thoughts from that, she started to search for her mobile in her bag but she didn't got it, so she thought that she left it at home
Geet : Um.. Maan, I think I forgot my mobile at home can we go back, she asked hesitentaly
Maan : Sorry Geet, but now its not possible, we r enough far away from house and it will take our good amount of time if we return back
Geet : Ohh..., she become sad, Maan saw her sad face so he asked her
Maan : What happened Geet, why r u so sad?????
Geet : Nothing, can u please switch on the music.
Maan : Yeah sure, he switched on the radio, nd saw her face which was rested on window
Maan ( st ) : Sorry Geet, for making u sad, but after sometime I promise u, u will be the most happiest girl
After sometime they reached their destined place and Maan was feeling excited about proposing but nervous as well, while Geet was confused to see that they are at a beach which is in outskirt of Delhi and seeing no one there she was even more confused bcoz Neha and others left before them, according to her, she turned towards Maan and saw him nervous
Geet : Aa.. Maan why r we here?????? nd why r u looking nervous????
Maan : Bcoz this is the place where we have to come, he said composing himself, he ignored her looking nervous question
Geet : But no one is here and this place is so far from the main city
Maan : I know thats why I decided this place
Geet : U decided????? She was confused with his words, but Maan, Maan didn't let her complete it and cut her in between
Maan : Yeah I decided, Geet do u believe me
Geet : Yes Maan, I do but what r talking about I m not getting anything
Maan : If u trust me, then come out and don't ask anything, he said and got out of the car while Geet followed him and came to his side, Maan looked at her face and held her hand, feeling his hand in her Geet looked at at their entwining hand and then looked at his face and saw some kind of determination and spark in his eyes.
Maan : Let's go
Geet : But where????
Maan : Sh.. don't ask questions just follow me, and he led her towards the beach and Geet followed him silently, when they reach at the center of the beach, Maan looked at her face and took of his hand from hers and pulled out a white cloth from his pocket and blindfolded her, Geet was shocked seeing him doing this
Geet : Maan, what r u doing?????? and why this cloth
Maan : Shh... Geet don't say anything, just be quite and don't move from here, I m coming, nd don't dare to open this blindfold, saying this he rushed back to his car
Geet : But Maan, where r u going, she said trying to locate him by her hands but didn't got any reply, so she concluded that Maan went away leaving her here, nd she have nothing to do, other than waiting for him to come and open her blindfold
Maan came after sometime and did something on the sand and went back to Geet and opened her blindfold, Geet blinked few time to adjust with the light and then she was shocked to see the thing which Maan had done, she saw I love u written on the sand decorated by flowers,
She went speechless looking at that, bcoz she never thought that Maan will propose her and make her dream come true which was secret to her, to get proposed in very sweet yet in simple style, she turned and looked Maan waiting for her answer, but she was just to shocked to say anything and thought it to be a dream, so first she thought to confirm it
Geet : D... do..do u r.. rea..really love me??????? she asked with tear in her eyes, Maan wiped her tears from her eyes and replied
Maan : Well, I don't see anyone here other than us and saying I love u to a single person standing here other than me, That means I love u, Geet frowned at his answer first but then she just hugged him tightly by his waist, Maan was sweetly shocked with sudden hugs stumble few steps but then hugged her back, Will I get my answer today,he asked to lighten the mode, Geet come out of the hug and looked at his face and then bend down on her knees and wrote same words on the sand. First Maan was confused seeing her going on her knees and then writing something and when she finished writing and stood straight looking in his eyes she said the words I love U, first he looked at the words and he was more than happy and when she uttered those words his happiness knew no bounds, he knew that she loves him but getting it confessing from the person whom u love gives u immense happiness, that what happened with Maan, he just hugged Geet tightly with happiness and Geet reciprocated that, after a while Maan turned so that her back was facing his front, he put his hand in his jeans pocket and took out a pendant and made her wear that, Geet was first confused to see a heart shape pendant but when she gave a look to it she saw word ' Love ' written on it, Geet touched it softly and turned around
Geet : Maan, yeh...
Maan : This is my promising gift Geet, it will always show u that u r my Love and this is my first gift to u, so I wanted it to be different, Geet smiled hearing his words
Geet : Thank u, Maan for this, its so beautiful, but I don't have anything for u
Maan : I have u, that's enough for me, I'd do anything to be ur everything
Geet : U r already my everything Maan, she smiled having tear in her eyes, Maan again saw tear in her eyes and thought to lighten her mood, so that she will be back to her chirpy mood
Maan : Ok now lets stop all this lovey dovey talk, nd have some celebration
Geet : But how can we celebrate here, nothing is here so that we can celebrate
Maan : We have, so just close ur eyes and turn around
Geet : Maan, how many time will u make me close my eyes
Maan : Ok, this will be the last time
Geet : Promise?????
Maan : Promise, now close ur eyes and turn around, Geet did as he said, ok now open ur eyes, Geet opened her eyes and saw portable beach table and chair, and on the table there was packed food items and saw a cake, she thought that the cake was there to celebrate their special day but when she reached near it she was shocked to see the cake, it was a birthday cake,
she turned around and saw Maan standing at his place, scratching his head, Well.. I know its not up to the mark but I didn't have any more good plans to propose u
Geet : But how do u know today is my birthday??? Very few people knows it
Maan : I have my own sources to know about u, and winked at her and smiled, okay now lets cut the cake and celebrate the double happiness, he came forward and handover her a knife, Geet took knife from his cake and cut the cake and made him eat the first bite and after that Maan made her have a bite from that piece, Okay, can now we can eat, I m famished due to all the nervousness which I was feeling from the morning,Geet just nodded her head and then they had their food, after they finished their food
Geet : Maan, lets go for a walk near the shore, both went for a walk on the beach hand in hand and both talked on the random topics, they both stayed at the beach till the evening,
Maan : Okay, now its time we should head back
Geet : But I want to stay here, she made a puppy face
Maan : We will come again, but Geet Aaru is also alone and its already time and it will take at least 2 hr driving for us to reach the city, so it will be better if we head back, Geet agreed thinking about Aaru, at that time she just didn't registered his words properly
After 2 hours of driving, both reached their home and Geet went to her house bidding bye to Maan, nd Maan went to his house
Neha's house
Geet ranged the door bell, Neha came and open the door and saw her happy face, she got to knew that Maan proposed her that why this madam was so happy
Neha : Well, finally MKD is back, Geet was confused to hear MKD
Geet : What's MKD Neha??????
Neha : Full form of MKD is Maan ki Deewani, she blushed and Neha laughed seeing her condition
Geet : Move aside, she said and move inside but still she could listen her laugh, so she decided to divert her mind from her, Neha where did u plan the picnic, Neha looked at her and understood that she wanted to divert her mind
Neha : We went nowhere,
Geet : But u said u all planned a picnic, she asked confused
Neha : Did I????
Geet : Yeah u did, she asked getting more confused hearing Neha's reply
Neha : Leave that, u tell me, how did Maan proposed u, she asked getting excited to know about her friend proposal, but Geet blushed but then it strike her how did Neha know about that
Geet : How do u know that Maan proposed me???????
Neha : Well I know everything, but don't know how he proposed u, she said it so causally that Geet was shocked hearing that
Geet : That means u knew everything from start
Neha : Yeah, actually not from starting, u know the day u eloped from the school, at that day Maan came and confess his feeling for u to me nd asked my help to help him in proposing u, but u, u changed ur dream proposal every second day and when finally u decided how one should propose u, u hide it from me, she said making a sad face
Geet : But he actually proposed me in a way which I dreamed off, she said in a flow, Neha was shocked hearing that
Neha : What, come again, he actually proposed u in a way in which dreamed off, hearing her words Geet realized what she said in a flow,
Geet : Yeah, now can we go inside and rest for a while, I m hell tired
Neha : Really, she said with a teasing smile, but I thought after his proposal u won't sleep for days and won't let me sleep too bcoz of ur excitement
Geet : Nehaa, she said in fake anger and went inside the room while Neha followed but then she received a message from Maan asking her to open the backdoor, confused Neha went back side of the house and opened the door and was shocked to see Maan there
Neha : What r u doing here????
Maan : Well, I came here to wish Geet
Neha : U already wished her now its my time
Maan : So, I came here to wish her again, saying this she pushed her aside and went inside, Neha was shocked bcoz of his behavior
Neha ( st ) : Wah!!!! kya zamana aa gaya hai girlfriend mili toh jiski wajah se mili usse hi bhul gaye, ( Wow!!!!! when he got his girlfriend, he forgot about me bcoz of whom he was able to know about Geet ) she twisted her lips and closed the door and went inside, she saw Geet in shocked state and Maan standing behind her, Neha patted on Maan's shoulder and he turned around
Maan : What???
Neha : Right, what r u waiting for and why r u standing behind her????
Maan : Bcoz I have already took ur right to wish Geet first so now I was waiting for u to come and wish her, Neha smiled at his thought and went in front of Geet and snapped her fingers in front of her eyes and brought her out of her shock state
Neha : Happy birthday, she said and went near the bed and brought a gift for her
Geet : What's this????? She asked seeing something big in gift wrapper, and she literary tear the wrapper and saw a cute big teddy bear in it, she got a happy smile on her face, Neha was happy seeing Geet happy
Neha : I know u love soft toys, so here one from my side
Geet : Thank u so much, she hugged Neha tightly
Neha : Slowly Geet, U r crushing me
Geet : I don't care, and hugged her more tightly
Neha : But I do. nd can u please turn around, bcoz someone is looking at u like he lost his candy to me, and laughed, Geet was confused hearing her comment and turn around and saw Maan who was embarrassed due to Neha's comment
Geet : Maan, what r u doing here, that too at this time?????
Maan : Came to celebrate ur birthday again
Neha : Wait here, I m going to bring the cake, she went to kitchen and came back with a cake in her hand and saw Maaneet sitting on bed hand in hand, she coughed to gain their attention, Ahem, Ahem... Guys I know u both r officially a couple but u know I m still single, so its better u show some decency in front of me, or don't know what ur lovey dovey moments will effect my poor mind, but Maaneet just ignored her comment and Maan asked her to bring the cake on the bed, Geet once again cut the cake and this time she first fed Neha, who was shocked to see that bcoz she thought she will feed Maan the first bite
Geet : I know what u r thinking, but bcoz of u only we r together so this goes for u and u stand with me everytime as a true friend, and only bcoz of u both I had such a great birthday, saying so she opened her arms and Neha and Maan hugged her from side
Maan : Yes Neha, thanks to u bcoz of u only I was able to know about Geet's feeling and was able to give her a surprise, so Thanks again partner, Neha smiled at him
Geet : Partner????? Means she was ur so called source bcoz of whom u got to know everything, Neha and Maan gave a goofy smile, but Geet took two pillows and started to beat both with it, for few time Neha and Maan didn't dd anything but after some more time Neha also started to hit Geet with pillow and then trio started to have a pillow fight, after a while trio stop and started to laugh on their childishness
Geet : THIS WAS MY BEST BIRTHDAY EVER... she screamed in happiness, Maan looked at her with love and Neha with happiness, Maan looked at watch
Maan : I should go now, its enough late, Neha where is Aaru???
Geet : But Maan Aaru went with Mam and sir, listening her Neha and Maan gave a Duh... look and looking at their expression she understood that all the things were planned by them, This was also in plan
Neha : No, but it happened at last moment, Maan asked me to keep Aaru with me, so I agreed and Maan Aaru is in Mom dad's room she was tired so I made a sleep in that room... but they heard a voice and turn towards door to see Aaru standing there rubbing her eyes
Aarya : Mamu.. she said in sleepy tone, Maan went near her and took her in arms
Maan : Is my baby sleepy, he asked seeing Aaru dozing off on his shoulder
Aaru : Hmm... she said in sleepy tone and kept her head on Maan's shoulder
Maan : Ok, so lets go home, get ur dress change and then we will sleep, he turned to Geet, ok, so we r going now, Bye
Geet : Bye..
Maan : I love u, He said to make blush and she did blush hearing that word again
Neha : Maan, at least see in front of whom u r saying I love u, Aaru is with u only
Maan : Yeah but she is sleeping, Neha just shook her head, ok Bye, and then Maan went to his home with Aaru
