When Maan stepped inside the room, Yash surprised by his sudden presence, though he was amused and happy together. Maan comes and found Yash sitting behind desk as usually. He comes and stops at another side facing him. He was fuddling with words to start the convo. Geet in hurry sent him and he was not ready to face the old man. It afraid Maan that really, he was needed a subject to talk with his own Grandfather. It shouldn't look normal. The same situation yash was handling. He was surprised to see Maan, at this time and he wanted to share something? "That's strange!" but at the same time, it brought pleasure in his heart that his child himself has come to have a talk with him. He wanted to smile, but felt this emotion far away from his harsh turned personality. Seemed he had forgotten to express the pleasure.

"So you want to tell me something. What's that?" Yash said.

"Yes Grandpa. I have something I think, you should know"

"Really?... he has come to share his secret with me?" That's truly a miracle! Yash heart pounded a leap above from chest with the feel. His eagerness increased.

"Actually Grandpa.. "

At the same time, Geet knocked the door and walks inside and their talk interrupted. Both men looked her with surprised. Maan amazed to see her there, and that also, with Kheer. "She must have something running in her mind" he was sure. He glared her secretly and Geet smirked with same secrecy. She walked to him.

"Maan Maa has made Kheer for everyone. Yesterday no one could have had it properly, so she prepared today again" She kept the bowl before him on table. Maan was confused but she had already turned to yash walking there. Maan feared, again Yash will shout on her. He curled his fist to control the upcoming anger. But Geet was faster to manage the situation. She speaks before Yash could open his mouth.

"I know dadaji you don't like this. But please, I'm just keeping it here. You don't need to have it. Actually Baba says that if two people sit together, serving food to one only is not a good manner. Please, let me leave the plate here" She smiled.

At the moment, yash was so happy to say harsh words to anyone. He kept silent. "Thank you Dadaji" she happily said. She turned to Maan and found him looking her in amusement. She winked and left the room before laughter would have left her mouth witnessing Maan's awed face. She then came to SD and requested her to call on Maan's phone and tell him, someone is looking for him at door.

"But why Geet?" SD asked in surprised.

"Please Dadima, for me. I have to win a bet from Maan. Just call him outside and keep him engaged for some times. Please Dadima" She requested innocently. SD smiled. She understood Geet was up to something and she had no reason to feel suspicious. She called Maan and said, someone has come looking for him. It was second time he had got shock. "Who can be here, looking for me?" He looked yash who was waiting for him to share the secret. "Excuse me Grandpa, It seems someone has come. I be back in some time" He left. Yash couldn't stop him. His face dimmed. Suddenly he saw the bowl was still keeping there and it was full of his favourite dish. How much he wanted to taste it since last night. His throat choked. He wanted to touch the spoon but pulled hand back holding heart-wish back.

When Maan became vanish from everyone's eyes, Geet came to Alka and said, she has served Kheer to everyone. Scared Alka asked about yash reaction on this, Geet smiled.

"He didn't shout"

"Really? Are you really telling truth?" Alka was surprised. Geet nodded. "Of course Maa. Anyways Maa, don't you feel bored sitting here alone? Let's go outside, in garden" She held Alka's hand and started bringing her out.

"No Beta, I'm fine here"

"You should come Maa. You'll feel happy"

"But.."

"Please maa" She made face. Alka couldn't refuse her request. They came outside. Geet intentionally brought her near yash room, where a window opened outside. Geet stopped next to window.

"By the way Maa, Kheer was Maan's father's favourite no? Maan told me"

Alka nodded. "Yes beta"

"You know, what my Baba says" Geet spoke in loud voice so it could easily be heard by yash.

"What?"

"Baba says that if our loved one leave us and go to God, and if we eat his favourites, it straightway reaches to the person in heaven. And it satisfied his soul. I know, this Kheer, which Papa loved most, if we would eat, specially Dadaji because he is a father, the sweetness of this taste will surely reach to Papa"

"Really Geet?" Alka shouted. Tears welled down from her eyes. "But Papa will never eat it. I wish he would"

"Ohh Maa I forgot something!" Suddenly Geet screamed in hurry. "Come, we'll return here later. I have to show you something" She dragged Alka inside..

"But what?" Poor Alka was confused with her strange behaviour.

"Come Maa don't ask. I need to show you something, just come with me" Geet dragged her far. "Maa, you sit here, I'm just coming in five minutes" Geet left Alka in her room and herself, went to see Yash. She peeped through window. She smiled when found inside, Yash was relishing the Kheer from bowl. Her plan was worked. She prayed God and ask for His forgiveness that she lied, but then, it was for goodness. She knew, she will be forgiven. Happily she came back to Alka and said,

"Maa, I am feeling slight pain in stomach. Please, can you bring back bowls from Dadaji's room? Maan is not there. Food will be getting cold"

Alka agreed. She went to his room. She found yash was as usually engrossed in his work. She kept full bowl in tray and started looking for another one. She was wondering where did Geet had kept it. Then suddenly she found a half-emptied bowl at the corner of table, hidden behind rack of files. She looked at yash in awe. A white drop was dangling from the corner of his moustache. She understood the situation. Silently she came out of room and she was very happy about what she had seen.
