Mission Impossible: The Don n The Diva

Chapter 4

Morning sun hit on Geet's sleepy face and she signed up and got up tired, yesterday night after talking to Breej and get an appreciation, she was so happy and was reading about MSK and his Personality Analysis report and about his business details, "OMG this much businesses, and how is he handling those at a time, must be quite talented," Geet thought and as she was reading she lost time and slept off late,

Geet sat up on her bed and prayed as usual and then she took the locket which she keeps under her pillow and looked at it, "Warrior, my first day in job, be with ah, feeling extra nervous," Geet said looking at the Locket and kept it down, and she thought of Breej's words, "for a few days be with him always, do all the works properly and try to impress him," Geet thought for a minute about it, "Hmm, he wants to impress him but he haven't even gave me his photo,"

Then she got down from her bed and got ready and took her bag and went away, when Geet reached the office, she saw Pinky standing near the lift, "Geet," she smiled big and Geet too smiled big, "Good morning Pinky," Geet said with a smile and Pinky too wished back, "Nervous ah," Pinky asked and Geet nodded, "Don't worry I am there na, if you have any doubt ask me, and Adi sir too is there na, he is so sweet, he will too help you,"

Geet smiled at Pinky's innocent talk she always wanted an friend like her, and as they got in to the lift Pinky offered her a chocolate, "first day in office na, so have some sweet" she said, "Thank you," Geet said as she got it, "Geet, everyone in our office are not bad, except for those evil twins, stay away from them," Pinky said and Geet looked at her puzzled, "Evil twins," Geet asked, "Ah, Sasha and Tasha,"

Geet remember Sasha and nodded her head, "Pinky, how is our boss, I means yesterday Adi sir said he is strict," Geet asked, "Yes, Geet, DD is every strict," Pinky said and Geet looked at her confused, "DD, no I mean MK, our boss," she said and Pinky smiled and their lift opened, "Oh, MK is DD," Pinky said as she stepped out followed by Geet, "DD means Dhak, Dhak, his nickname we girls in the office kept it for him," Pinky said,

"Dhak, Dhak, what kind of name is that," Geet asked, "I will tell you, Boss na, he is so handsome and he has an killer attitude, seeing him na, a fear will fill your heart but still you can resist falling for him, it's an dream of every girl to talk with him and atleast make him see her, thought it fears to stand before him, we love him so much, and whenever we see him our heart starts to beat high as Dhak, Dhak, Dhak, Dhak, so it's DD," Pinky said as she walked Geet to her cabin,

As they entered the cabin they saw Sasha and Tasha in her cabin, "Hello Ms, whatever you are, good for you that you came on time, and ah this is your first day, so thought of helping you a little," Sasha said and Geet and Pinky looked at each other and turned to her, "Here, I had made a list of work to be done by you today, as it's you first day I had made an list to make it easy for you,"

She said and went away with Tasha, "Pinky, they are not so bad I guess," Geet said as she went towards the desk and took the list that Sasha made for her, "surprising," Pinky said, "Knowing that you are MK's Secretary and instead of send you out of the job, she is helping you," Pinky asked and saw Geet turned around with a scared face, "Not helping, look at the list," Geet said as she gave the list to Pinky, "O my god, this much work, in one day, Geet what will you do," Pinky asked as she saw the list,

"Don't know Pinky and these files, I don't know where it will be," Geet said worried, "Geet, relax, I will go and inform Adi sir, he will help you and even reduce your work," Pinky said and Geet nodded, and she went away and Adi came to her cabin after a few minutes, "Geet, what happened, Pinky asked me to help you, what kind of help Geet," Adi asked and Geet showed him the list,

"Hmm, looks like Sasha had already on the run to make you go away from this job," Adi said with a smile, "Don't worry Geet, all the files are kept inside the rack there and the serial number of the files I will mail you now, so it will be easy to identify the files", Adi said and got the list and took his pen and marked up, "Here just mark and update these files alone, but take care of Maan sir's schedules properly, ok," Adi said and Geet thanked him and so Adi went away,

Geet smiled in relief as she saw Adi just marked a few files and Geet too started her work praying up and she logged in into her system, as soon as Adi's mail came she started to get all the files she needed as per the list, and as she checked there was one file missing, Geet checked in her whole cabin but she didn't get any so she called Adi, "Adi sir, one file is missing, I checked everywhere," Geet asked tensed, "Oh, Geet, I think it's in MK's desk, just go and check there," Adi said and Kept the phone, "Boss's Cabin," she thought and she felt an shiver,

Geet slowly went to his cabin and checked for the file and she smiled big as she found one, Thank god, it's here, Geet thought as she smiled up and stepped back, Maan who was in a hurry rushed into his cabin and Geet tried to turn around suddenly, Hit on Maan, she suddenly felt she was hit by a moving storm and she lost her balance as she hit on him and she held him tight and she felt the strong arms hold her tight prevent her from hitting the floor,

It all happened in a fraction of second, before both Geet and Maan realized what had happened, Maan looked at the girl who was in his arms staring at him with her two big shinny eyes, with a expressionless face and holding on to his shoulders, Geet was looking at Maan, who was holding her tight, and she looking at his face and his big dark eyes, and felt that she must have been dreaming, so as Maan who forgot himself looking to her,

Maan could see his face in her eyes and so as Geet can she her face in his eyes, Geet felt safe and Maan was immediately attracted to those eyes, which gave him a familiar look, their heartbeat was the only thing hearing in that room, Geet was searching for someone she lost in those big dark eyes and suddenly they felt a heat inside them due to the closeness, and Maan pulled her up and made her standing straight,

"Excuse me, who are you," Geet asked and that was enough for Maan's anger to reach its peak, "Great, walking into Khurana Concern and standing in my cabin, and asking me who I am," Maan yelled freaking her out, "who the hell are you and how dare you enter into my cabin," Maan yelled again, Geet was really scared and stood there silently, "I am asking you something, answer me," he yelled seeing her standing silently,

"I am, I am Geet," she said slowly and stood there silently, Maan looked at her standing there looking down, after one whole minute of standing there, "Ms. Geet, should I wait for another day here, to get my answers for my other questions, what the hell are you doing in my office, in my cabin," Maan asked stressing his words but he was soft this time, "O, I am your new secretary" Geet said shocking Maan, "You," Maan asked and Geet nodded,

"ok And," Maan asked, "And," Geet looked at him puzzled, Maan took a deep breath controlling his anger, "what are you doing in my cabin," Maan asked again, "O, I came to take a file from here, sir," Geet said slowly, "Great, so Adi had selected someone who can't even speak properly, what the hell was he thinking," Maan shouted in frustration and Geet looked at him immediately, "No Sir, nothing like that, I can, I can speak well sir, it's just, I was scared seeing you," Geet said and Maan looked at her

"Scared seeing me," Maan asked with a stern look, "Do I look like an monster to you," Maan yelled up and Geet shocked her head a no, "No sir, you are looking handsome" Geet said without thinking and closed her mouth with her dupatta, "What am I saying," Geet thought as she closed her eyes, and after a second Geet looked at him with a baby face, Don't know why but Maan was feeling light as he talked with her more,

"I look handsome," Maan asked and Geet felt trapped, what to say no or yes, whatever I say, it will be seemed wrong, Geet thought and Maan folded his arms around and looked at her funny reactions, "Enough, get back to work, I hate wasting the time, go," Maan said and Geet nodded and went away, Maan saw her going out, and he felt a strange feeling which he thought was lost inside him,

Geet too went to her cabin and kept the file in her table and went and sat on her chair, she was feeling confused now, she turned and looked at Maan's cabin, and he was busy with his files, she looked at him so closely and was thinking hard, "Baba ji, what is this, he looks, he looks, a bit like my warrior, those big black eyes and his face and those lips, all seems to be same as my warrior," Geet thought but shook her head a no,

"What the hell am I thinking, he is MSK, king of Khurana empire, and also an criminal, underworld Don, my Warrior will not be like this, never, he fights for truth and he is a good person," Geet thought as she looked at Maan and suddenly her mind went back to her childhood, the first time she saw her warrior, which was still fresh in her mind,

It was an hot Sunday, Geet was a kid then and was happily playing with her friends on a big vacant ground a bit out the village, suddenly people started running and Geet had no idea why, she looked at her friends who was scared too, Geet started wiping getting scared of chaos there and finally she started to cry, "How dare of those Handa guys hurting my village people, kill everyone you see in this village," An tall dark man said,

Suddenly an lady came and pulled Geet and her friends and took them inside her house, "Shhh, stay here, ok, those guys are bad," she said and Geet and her friends sat there, and looked out through the window what's happening on the streets, suddenly Geet saw an guy pulling a boy of an 17 year old and made him stand before the dark man, " Viru Veer ji," Geet said looking shocked, as he was one among the workers in her house and the women there made her quite,

The dark man give a smirk at Viru and pulled an sword and raised above, suddenly out of nowhere, a horse came and hit the dark guy and that's when Geet saw her Warrior, on the top of the white horse for the first time, he then jumped down, he was too young yet he was looking like an lion, he was no match for those guys standing before him, "You dog," the dark Man shouted as he came near the those two young guys, they looked at each other and looked around and saw a rope and they took it and each held the either ends and tied it opposite sides and making a boundary,

"No one's entering into our village," Viru said and his friend looked at him with his sharp eyes and nodded, and the dark guy started laughing, "These kids will stop us ah, what a joke," he laughed out, "now go and throw these kids away," he said and Geet was looking at them with her eyes wide open, and she saw a gang of guys against two young boy but to everyone's surprise they were stronger than they look,

Geet saw blood running from their body after a few minutes of the fight, suddenly Viru lost his strength and fall off and his friends was in a situation to fight them alone, Geet was feeling hurt to see him been beaten and she saw he wasn't giving up, "Baba ji, help him, please," she prayed with her eyes closed with all her heart and soul, she opened her eyes only when she heard a huge noise,

Geet saw many mans of her villagers run up with sticks and swords and the dark man and his guys saw it and left the poor boy up and started to run away, as they went out, the women who took Geet and her friends in opened the door and rushed out towards the young boy and they both had a conversation and the village people took Viru and that young guy away and Geet and her friends came out of the house, and saw that lady in tears,

"Where are they taking them," Geet asked slowly in her sweet voice, "To give treatment, they got wounded na, so only, now you girls go to your house immediately, ok," she said and Geet nodded and rushed to her home, but her heart was struck to the guy who fought so bravely, suddenly she remember something and rushed fast towards her home and then to her room, and she searched her story book collection and pulled an pictorial story book and rushed to her mom holding it close,

"Mama, Mama," she went to her mom, who was standing on the terrace, "Geet, please, slow down, what happened," she asked seeing Geet running towards her with a big smiled, Geet took the book and opened it and found a page and gave it to her, "Who is this guy on the horse Mama," she asked and her mother saw the picture and looked at Geet eager face, this is Alexander, a great Warrior," she said and Geet looked at her, "What is Warrior," she asked,

"A Warrior is one who fights for the truth, he is so brave, and fearless and will fight for his kingdom and his people," her mother explained and Geet was imagining that boy, "And Mama will he ride a horse," she asked and Geet mom smiled and nodded an yes, and Geet smiled big, "Warrior," she said and rushed up, "Geet, now where are you going," her mom asked and Geet smiled up.

"To see the Warrior," Geet shouted and her mother was looking at her "see the Warrior", she thought, "this girl is crazy," she thought and continued her work, Geet run towards the place where the treatment was going on and looked inside, she saw that Viru was been made lying on the bed and an lady was treating him and she looked around and found the one whom she is looking for,

He was sitting there in a bench near the wall, closing his eyes and his head held back, and he was tied with white cloth in his arms, wrist, forehead, knees and some green paste was applied on face near his lips, and on his bare chest and stomach, Geet went near him and climbed on the Bench and touched his bruised cheeks, making him open his eyes immediately, and he looked surprised to see an little girl there,

"Is it paining so much Warrior," she asked in her sweet voice making the young guy to puzzled, "Warrior," he asked, "Ah, I saw you fighting, you were so brave, my mama said a Warrior will fight and be brave and will ride a horse just like you, means you are a warrior right," she said and he smiled up hearing Geet explanation, "is it paining so much," Geet asked and her new found Warrior grinned, she was looking so innocent even for her age, and Geet slowly leaned up and kissed his dark red bruised cheek,

"You will be alright soon, I will pray for you," she said with a big smile and her warrior smiled and patted on her cheeks and stood up and pulled her down, "Go home," he said with a smile, "Bye Warrior, tomorrow will come and see you after coming from my school, ok," she said shaking her heads like she was telling some rhyme and went away but came back soon, "Warrior, where will you be," Geet asked and he shook his head and said the spot and she waved and went with a smile, "ok see you tomorrow"

Geet pulled her thoughts back and looked into Maan's cabin who was still working, Geet too then started to do her job, after a few minutes her phone rang and she took the call, "Can I speak to Mr.Maan Singh Khurana," an bold voice asked and Geet turned to Maan's cabin and saw that he was not there, "Where did he go," Geet thought and turned around, to see Maan passing her cabin,

"Maan sir," Geet called out loud and Maan stopped and looked at her, his anger filling his eyes, "Phone for you," Geet said and Maan looked at her with his serious look and turned and walked towards her slowly, "Why is he looking so serious now," Geet thought and looked at him, as he came near she slowly gave the phone to Maan and Maan stopped her, "Do you have any short term memory loss problem," Maan asked seriously yet slowly,

"No sir," Geet said looking puzzled, "Then you should remember who I am right," Maan asked and Geet nodded a yes, "My Boss," she said slowly, "and don't you know how to behave with your boss," Maan asked and Geet looked at him confused, "Is this how you will call your boss and ask him to attend his call, in your cabin," Maan asked and Geet looked embarrassed, "Sir, sorry, I saw that you are leaving and the caller wants to speak with you, and thought it might be important so only",

"God, Ms.Geet, you no need to worry about the consequence of not attending any calls, and if you have seen me leaving, then you should have told him that I am leaving and should have taken the message, know that you are new to this job, but atleast you could use some common sense," Maan said, "I really do get a think why Adi had hired you," Maan said and Geet tried to speak up,

"Enough", Maan waved his hands and stopped her, "I am going out, if anyone called, get the message," Maan said, "But where are you going sir," Geet asked and Maan looked at her and grinned up confusing Geet, "don't know for what Adi is taking revenge on me, this girl really has an memory problem," Maan said looking at her making her scared,

"For the finally time, I am the boss here, and here, only I am suppose to ask questions and order anyone, no one ever have the right to question me, got it, just do what I say, ok," Maan asked and Geet nodded a ok, "and next time if you forget this, you will be out of my office," Maan warned and Geet looked at him shocked and he went out,

"Baba ji, is he really an bad guy, an heartless criminal, he could never be my Warrior, he is MSK, the Don, Dangerous Don, Geet thought as she sat up and took a deep breath and started to work, the day went well and it turned Evening, and as the time passes, and the clock hits 7 everyone started to move and Geet felt tired and looked in to Maan's cabin and he was working seriously in even looking outside his cabin, so she too started to continue her work,

After a few minutes Maan came to her cabin, and Geet felt happy seeing him thinking that he had come to send her home, "Geet, the Rathore construction files, how much have you updated" Maan asked and Geet took the file and gave it to him, "Fully completed sir," Geet said with a smile holding the files and Maan looked at her with an surprise look, "Good," Maan said and Geet smiled big, "And Geet I have some important work, so I don't want any disturbance ok," Maan said and Geet looked shocked,

So this means I can't go home now too, Geet thought but she didn't ask any questions but stood there holding the file, Maan saw the files in her hands and her frozen self, so he himself caught the files for her, Along with the files, he held her hand too, which gave an electrical shiver to both and each looked at one another immediately,

They lost into each other's eyes again and stood there looking at each other face and there was an feeling raising inside them, screaming something for them, this feeling was alien to them, the feeling was saying something but the both refused it as they don't want it and turned around from each other and Maan took the files and went away without a word, Geet stood there frozen up struggling with the feelings in her heart, confused and puzzled...
