Part 26

Maan was holding Geet's soft face in his hands and looking into her golden gaze, and Geet too was looking straight into his eyes, he slowly rubbed his thumb on her sweet lips, and Geet moaned slowly and closed her eyes, and parted her lips for Maan and inviting him and Maan slowly pressed his lips on hers and took those petal soft lips in his and started kissing her passionately, he could feel the sensation all over his body,

He held Geet's face inside his hands and Geet held his hair holding it in a fist, as the minutes passed their passion got higher and Maan took his hands from her face and held her waist kissing her more in silence, the silence which was disturbed by an gunshot and Maan pulled from his kiss and looked at Geet terrified,

Maan felt wet liquid on his hand which was holding her back and he pulled the hand from her and looked at the red blood filling his fingers, "Geet," Maan screamed, "no, no, Geet," Maan screamed and looked at who shot her, far in the darkness, Vikram's smile echoed, Maan scooped Geet in his arms, and saw her eyes which was in pain "Maan," she tried to touch his face but before she could touch his hard skin her hand fall off lifeless,

"Geet," Maan screamed and jumped up, it was shining bright in his room it was an day dream symbolizing his fear, Maan looked at the clock it showed 7.30, Maan was feeling a kind of suffocation, his breathing turned difficult, he was still feeling the anxiety, he looked at his hands, it was clean, he got up and went straight in to the bath room and stood under the shower and opened the warm water knob and stood under,
The warm water was making his rigid muscles to relax, don't know how long he stood under it, "no, if I didn't stay away from Geet, this dream could come true," Maan thought closing his eyes,

Geet came in to the office holding her heart tight; yesterday's happening was haunting her like anything, she didn't sleep, an strange dream kept her awake after the mid night, "First she saw someone standing in the dark, she can't see him but just heard the voice, "Choti Rani, I am back for you" the shadow spoke and Geet rushed and hugged it tight, "warrior," she said holding to him and crying out of happiness, and after a few minutes a light flashed and Geet pulled herself and looked up,

Geet was shocked to see that she was holding to Maan and not her warrior and she pushed him away, and also her sleep, after that she didn't sleep a minute, "Hey Geet," Pinky's voice make her to smile up and Pinky came rushed to her and hugged her, "what happened, Geet, why didn't you come to the office yesterday," Pinky asked eagerly, "oh, actually will tell you later, but tell me first, whether Maan sir came or not," Geet asked slowly,

"No Geet, Maan sir, won't come today; today he is going to Nodia, it's not that important but don't know why he said he is going to that conference," Pinky said puzzled, "to avoid me," Geet thought to herself and smiled and went to her cabin and her eyes went directly to Maan's empty cabin, it's emptiness made her too feel empty, "what's happening to me Baba ji, why am I feeling restless without Maan sir near me, why," Geet thought and started to do her work,

Maan was travelling in his car, while his mobile rang up, "hello," Maan said and listened to a few seconds, "ok, I will be there," Maan said and cut the call and looked puzzled, "god, I need to go the diamond auction now, what to do, I said I will come to the conference in Nodia and Adi and Sasha too is also going to met the wellington groups meeting," Maan thought and decided to send Geet to Nodia, and called her,

"Hello," Geet's voice flowed into Maan's ears and for a minute he forgot why he called, as they was an long silence, Geet found who it would be, "Maan sir," Geet said making Maan shocked and he took a deep breath and spoke to her, "Geet, I have some other work today, so I want you to go to Nodia's conference," Maan said and Geet said an yes, "Geet, take the company car, and keep your mobile with you always, if you have any doubt, just call me, or Adi, ok," Maan said and Geet again said an yes,

"Take care," Maan said and cut his call, Geet could feel the love even from his words, "he is in love with me so what, that's what I want right, but why am I feeling tensed with his love, why," Geet thought tensed, and shook her head and started to get ready for her Nodia visit, and went away,

It was 3.00 Pm when Maan came to the office, "Pinky, did Geet called," Maan asked as he went towards her, "Yes sir, she is in the conference when she called, it will get over by 3.30" Pinky said and Maan nodded and went to his cabin and it turned 4.00, when his mobile rang and it was Dev, and maan took the call, "Bro, where are you, you are ok na," Dev freaked out confusing Maan, "Dev what? What are you saying," Maan asked, "where are you bro," Dev freaked out again,

"In the office," Maan said, "Thank god, thank god, you cancelled your Nodia trip ah?" Dev asked confusing him more, "Dev what's the matter," Maan asked, "Oh, Bro, actually, today morning you said you are going to Nodia and said will be back only in the evening na, so only, just now say the news, there is an huge problem going in Nodia, political parties fight, they are breaking the cars, hurting the people and it's a mess, so got scared and called you," Dev said and Maan's heart stopped beating for a second, "Geet," he thought feeling tensed,

"when did it happen," Maan asked, "it's happening from around 3.15 and still going on, police force had been there trying to control the fights, it's live in TV bro," Dev said and Maan cut the call and rushed out, and he tried calling Geet, her cell rang but she didn't pick up scaring Maan more, and he called his driver and his mobile too rang up but no answer, "God, Damn," Maan rushed and called someone, "Locate this number," Maan said giving Geet's number as he got into the car,

"Sir, it's near Nodia sector 48," Maan got the reply and he got into his car and rushed out, followed by his body guards, Maan was driving as much as fast as he can and suddenly it started raining too and as he reached sector 48 in the beginning even police had blocked the road and Maan got down from his car and rushed to an police man there, "what's happening," Maan asked, and the police man identified Maan immediately,

"Mr.Khurana, you," The policeman was shocked to see Maan and his forces, "I need to go in," Maan said, "But Mr.Khurana, if you are trying to find someone go to that camp sir, here nothing is there except the vehicles, we had cleared the spot" he said and Maan asked for the camp and went and searched there, but there was no Geet there, Maan had a feel that she will be in the car only, and so he went there again, and this time he didn't wait for the policeman, he just went in by himself and asked him body guards to wait there itself,

Maan searched for his car in the heavy rain and finally found it, and saw its glasses where broken up, and he looked inside and got shocked, "Geet," he found her on the back seat unconscious and he tried to open the door with the handle and it was jammed, "Damn it," Maan shouted and tried all the four door which was all jammed, "Damn", Maan thought and try to pull the door off by holding the door frame, and the balance of the broken glass sticking on the frame ripped his skin as he tried to pull the door off,

His hands started to bleed but Maan felt no pain except he was worried and scared for Geet, after a full few minutes of his effort the door came away, and he smashed it off and hovered in and pulled Geet out, "Geet, Geet," He said as he hugged her close and scooped her up and walked towards the his car in the rain, as the body guard's there saw Maan they went and stood in their position and one was ready there opening the back door, and Maan went and put Geet inside the back door and sat with her and asked his guy to drive the car,

"Go to any hospital," Maan said and the driver put up the GPS and looked for an nearest hospital, "Boss, to get to the hospital we need to get into Nodia, which we can't and on this way too there is no nearer hospital," he said Maan looked at Geet who was on his lap keeping her head on Maan's chest, "wait, is there any of our recreation cottage nearby," Maan asked suddenly remembering his cottage on the way, "yes sir," the guy on the wheels said,

"Good, go there, there will be a doctor there," Maan said and he nodded and drove there, and he was holding Geet tight to his heart, caressing her head with his blooded hands, his blood was all over her dress now, as soon as they reached the cottage the Manager rushed to Maan, "Get me a room," Maan said and he immediately rushed in and took a key and came out and took Maan to an private cottage, "call the doctor now," Maan ordered to the manager and he did that immediately,

Maan took Geet in to the cottage and made her to lay on the bed and waited for the doctor impatiently, the doctor came up in few minutes, "Doctor, treat her, she is fainted, please," Maan freaked out holding doctors arms, "Mr.Khurana, please relax," the doctor said and checked Geet with his assistant standing nearby, "Mr.Khurana, she is alright, just got panicked I guess, I will give an injection and she should be ok, and please make her dry or else she will catch cold," Doctor said and Maan nodded,

After the doctor went out, the Manager too went out and Maan sat near her and held her hands, but just then he found that she was holding something in her hand, and he saw it trying to pull her fingers holding on tight and just then he found the locket in her hand and an smile appeared in his lips, "Doctor said she is not suppose to be wet but what to do," he said and try to wake her up, "Geet, Geet" after a few minutes of trying she started to sign up,

"Warrior, please, don't leave me, I will be a good girl, please don't leave me," she murmured in her unconscious state, "Geet, release the locket," Maan said, and she didn't react, but keep on murmuring, "warrior, stay with me, I will listen to you please," she said pulling Maan's hand and holding it tight, "Geet," Maan tried to pull his hands back, "Please warrior, don't leave me, take me with you, I don't want to live like this, no one is good here, take me with you," Geet murmured thinking she was dreaming and talking to her warrior,

"I too wanted to live like other girls, take me with you warrior, I hate that Breej," Geet said and Maan looked at her puzzled, what is she talking about and who is that Breej, "Geet, Shh, Shh" Maan caressed her head but she didn't listen and keep on murmuring, "he wanted me to love someone else than you warrior, I hate him, I am scared now, I love you warrior, just you, just you" Geet murmured and Maan was worried and sat down and held her close,

"Choti Rani," Maan whispered and Geet turned silent, "Shh, don't speak, I am here, your warrior is here, I will not let anyone hurt you, I am here, I am here Geet, I am here," Maan said holding her close to his chest, "but had to dry her up, had to change her dress, but change into what," Maan thought for a minute and pulled himself away from Geet slowly and went to the bath room and thank god there was an bath robe there, Maan took that and came, "Geet," Maan signed as he sat near her holding the bath robe,

Morning sun shined up high when Geet tried to open her heavy eyes, she smiled and got up and prayed and opened her eyes, just then she found, it was not her house and she freaked out, and when she looked at herself she saw she was wearing an bath robe and she can feel that she wasn't wearing anything underneath it, Geet freaked out and hold herself close and try to think what happened, all she remember was she was struck in the traffic and suddenly some guys came and smashed the car glasses and Geet was scared and was freaking out holding her locket,

Geet looked at her hand and the locket was still in her fist, "but who did this," Geet thought and her thought was disturbed by a noise and Geet turned around and saw Maan coming out of the wash room and Geet's eyes widen up, "this means he," Geet thought and her anger suddenly raised up, and she jumped from the bed, "what the hell do you think in your mind, don't you have any shame to touch an girl when she is unconscious, never though you would be this cheap, you changed my dress when, disgusting, what kind of guy are you," Geet shouted as her tears rolled down,

"I am feeling sicken even to think, why, why," Geet cried and Maan went away from the room without a word looking at her silently and Geet cried even more, "hell with this mission, I am gonna drop it off, or tell that he is bad," Geet thought crying up sitting on the bed and leaning on to the bed frame, after a few minutes a lady came in smiling at Geet, "Madam you are awake," she asked with a smile and she had Geet's clothes with her, which she was wearing yesterday, "I came in the early morning even but you were sleeping and sir said not to disturb you," she said and Geet wiped her tears and looked at her,

"you?" Geet asked her looking at her puzzled, "oh, you didn't remember me ah Madam, oh, how would you, you were so unconscious, I am Raji, staff in this cottage, I only changed your dress and gave you a stream treatment, you were so wet na, so Maan sir said asked me to change your dress and Give the stream wipe as you were freezing and he was scared you would get cold," She was speaking on as she kept the dress on the bed, and poured an hot tea in a cup and gave to Geet,

"you mean you changed my dress," Geet asked shocked, and she nodded a yes, and Geet looked at her closed and she freaked seeing blood strains in it, "blood strain," Geet asked looked at her, "oh, yes Madam, sir's blood was all over your tops, his palms was bleeding na and with that he was carrying you here around na Madam," she said making Geet's head spin around, "Maan sir is such an nice guy madam, I guess he likes you so much, they way he was treating you,"

"He didn't get his hand treated but he got you treated first and I saw Madam, whole night Maan sir was awake and was sitting outside the cottage, he didn't sleep at all," she said and Geet was getting an hard slap in her heart, after a few minutes, the lady went out and Geet was staring at the wall, remembering her own words, "Baba ji, what have I done, how did I even think that, Maan sir would," Geet thought feeling disgusted on herself for thinking like that on Maan,

Geet took her dress and looked at the blood strains in it, "Maan sir had help me, saved me, not even caring about his pain and look what I did, blaming him and cursing him," Geet thought and stood up and went the washroom and freshened up and came and sat on the bed and waited for Maan, after a few seconds Maan entered the room with a plate in his hand, "eat this and have this tablets," Maan said keeping the plate and the tablet strip on the table, "Maan sir," Geet stopped him,

Maan turned to look at her and Geet looked at him with her teary eyes, "Geet" Maan freaked out and sat near her, "are you ok," he asked worried, "Maan sir, do one thing slap me hard on my face," Geet said shocking Maan, "what?" Maan asked, "I am such an idiot, before knowing the truth, I said many things which was not fit to be forgiven, so please punish me, slap me hard," Geet said sitting there closing her eyes, Maan grinned up seeing Geet closing her eyes tight,

"Warrior, slap me hard on my face, but please don't stay anger on me," Geet's childhood voice echoed in Maan's ears, Geet opened her eyes and looked at Maan grinning up, "Come on sir, I will accept it," Geet said and Maan suddenly raised his hand and Geet immediately closed her eyes expecting and big pain, but she only felt his rough hand caresses her soft skin and Geet opened her eyes, and saw Maan's his hand on her face and she smiled and pulled it and looked at his palm,

It had an wound which was made yesterday, and Geet's eyes filled up looking at it, Maan withdrew his hand from her hand, "Finish the breakfast, got to go," Maan ordered and went away, "why Maan sir, why are you doing this, your care, your concern, your love, for me, please don't love me this much, don't care for me this much, please be the bad guy, I don't want you to be good, I don't want to cheat an good soul, I don't want to hurt the feeling for a nice guys, please" her tears lingering up...
