Mission Impossible: The Don N The Diva

Part 14

Geet was crying up and her phone rang and she knew who it would be, and she felt like running away from that place, and hide herself, as she used to hide behind her warrior, and suddenly she remember something from her past, she felt the fresh happy Saturday morning, it was her school's speech competition and Geet had prepared well and she all by herself prepared the speech and wrote it on the paper,

Geet was so happy, and as it was on a Saturday and Geet had made her mother, brother and her Warrior to come to the school as she was going to give the speech, she made everyone to sit on the first row, and went to her class and took her speech paper from her bag and came out and was reviewing it and suddenly an wind blew up and took her speech paper with it,

"Baba ji," Geet panicked and ran behind it and started crying high as her speech paper was caught in a rose plant there and was torn up due to the wind and throne of the plants and she started weeping high, everyone was waiting for her speech and her paper was torn, Geet busted in to tears and run up and saw her Warrior standing there alone, and she rushed and hugged him from behind,

He freaked out for a minute, and turned around and Saw Geet crying, "what happened, Choti Rani, why are you crying, did anyone scold you," her Warrior asked wiping her tears away, "No," Geet said and told what happened weeping up, "Warrior, what will I do now, my speech paper was damaged, I prepared it all by myself and wrote it and now it's gone and now I will never be able to speak,

Geet cried high and her warrior kneed down and wiped her tears, "ok your paper is gone, but why can't you give your speech" her warrior asked and she looked at him puzzled, "Because the paper is gone, what will I see and speak," she explained and her warrior smiled, "why should you need that, you only prepared that speech, right and wrote that in the paper, right"

"it's your idea, your words in that paper, it came from your mind and not from that paper, means can be destroyed but not the origin, your speech was not only in that paper, before the paper, it was and is, in your mind, relax, cool yourself and remember what you want to say, and you will remember everything," her warrior said and Geet looked at him, "Really, it will be in my mind," Geet asked stopping her weeping,

"Yes, if you have prepared it will all your effort, whole heartily, than it will be in your mind, remember, our mind is the biggest paper which holds all our thoughts and it will never be destroyed or erased even if we think too, so your speech will also be have stored in your little mind, just relax, remember the topic, what you thought to speak, close your eyes and recollect and speak up, I don't want My Choti Rani to give up but I want you to win or atleast try, try to win,"

Geet opened her eyes holding the locket in her hand and her tears flowed down and a smiled came up, she wiped her tears away, "yes, My warrior is right, this presentation, I had prepared it and I had gone through it like what, a 20 times, I knew every details of it, and all I need is some hint words, and I could do the presentation myself, without the CD," Geet thought,

"Maan sir's note," Geet thought about the hints he gave her how to prepare and in what order to present the slides, Geet looked at the locket, "I don't know what will happened, but I am not going to give up, I don't know whether I will win, but I promise to try," Geet said and smiled and went up to the conference room, and saw everyone was waiting for her,

And the conferencing had already started and she saw an big TV screen displaying another conference room filled with some foreign faces, "Sir, this is Ms.Geet," Adi introduced Geet and Maan too looked at her and smiled and found puzzled as he saw just an note pad and not the CD, "As the presenter is here, can we start the presentation Mr.Khurana," a voice echoed from the speaker

Maan nodded at Adi and Adi looked at Geet, "Geet, CD," Adi asked and Geet took a deep breath, "Good Morning Maan sir, and good morning team and Good morning Gentleman's, I am so happy to have been given an chance to present this presentation to you all on behalf of my company, Its' my privilege, but I have a something to say to you all before the presentation," Geet said and looked at Sasha and Tasha, who were grin up their evil smile,

"My Presentation CD was destroyed by virus, and I came to know that, it was because of my computer which had also destroyed by the virus and all the presentation and document related are destroyed completely," Geet said and they was an sudden buzz in the room and Maan was shocked, "so the presentation is cancelled," A voice came from the speaker and Maan held his head,

Sasha and Tasha was smiling big now, but it was stopped by Geet's answer, "No sir, the presentation is still on," Geet said, "how is that Ms." An voice came up and Geet looked straight in to the cam and the TV screen, those Virus had destroyed my CD and My files, but I am still alive only the means can be destroyed but not the origin, I created that presentation and now too I can create the same live again," Geet said and Maan looked at her surprised he remember those words which he said to her,

"I can present it exactly as in the slides, with the board," Geet said, "but it will take a bit more time," Geet said and Maan was looking at her surprised, he was struck by her courage and confidence and feel some kind of pride and happy, "Sure, we can," the voice came from the speaker and Geet smiled big and Geet kept her note pad on the side,

And she was right she remember everything rightly, she made the graphs, charts and everything as it was in the slide and she was correctly ordering up to, and the clients would ask her some question and Geet would answer it and Maan was mesmerized and was looking at her surprise and Geet would look at him now and then, to get his approval to answer and Maan would nodded an yes,

The presentation was excellent and Geet's language and clarity made it more excellent, Maan suddenly jumped up from his gaze on Geet, as he heard a clapping noise from the speaker and Geet was standing there with a smile, "Brilliant Mr.Khurana, Brilliant, what ideas and what clarity in the thought, we are so happy we chose you, and you, Ms.Geet, what an confidence and it's clearly shown how much you value your company and your boss, well done," A guy stood up and spoke and Maan too came before the cam,

"Thank you sir, I am glad you liked it, I will send a verbal copy of this presentation and if you need an changed you can tell me," Maan said and then they signed off, "Good work Geet, Good work," Maan said and went away and Geet smiled a big smile, "and came to my cabin," Maan said and went away and everyone praised Geet and congratulated Geet, and Sasha looked at her burning up and went away with Tasha.

Geet went to Maan cabin and knocked the door and went in, "Sir," Geet stood before him, "Geet, you know I hate when someone lie to me," Maan said and Geet looked at him shocked and puzzled, "What is he talking about, did he find out something about me," Geet thought, "Sir, what do you mean sir," Geet asked slowly, "why did you lie, Geet," Maan asked and Geet was struck, "Baba ji," she prayed,

"Why did you lie that the CD caught virus and the files had disappeared, Geet, in my office, all the computer are well secured, no one can hack or plant an virus, every system is protected with a strong antivirus key and a fire wall system," Maan said and Geet looked at him with a smile, "you are right sir, I lied," Geet said and Maan looked at her puzzled,

"Do you want me to say that someone had deleted my files, and stolen my CD, and to create a scene by complaining and investigating while our clients are waiting for the presentation," Geet asked and Maan looked at her shocked, "What are you saying" Maan asked, "who did it," Maan asked with his anger raising up, and Geet grinned, "Sir, leave it sir, now as it all well, no need for any mess," Geet said and Maan looked at her with a stern look,

"Geet, whoever did this is not fit to be in my office," Maan said in his boiling anger, "Sir, please for my sake, I don't want any change here because of me, actually the mistake was mine, I should have been more careful, I should have kept that CD with me and must have put an password for the documents but I didn't, so the mistake was mine, I let them do this" Geet said and Maan looked at her, the way she speaks made him proud, how grown up she had been Maan thought, "Sir, and for lying there, I am sorry," Geet said,

"No problem Geet, you did that to save my companies reputation, I am feeling so proud of you Geet and the way you took the responsibility on your shoulders, tells me how mature you had become Geet, you are not a kid anymore," Maan said and Geet looked at him puzzled and Maan realized what he said and turned away, "Got back your cabin Geet," Maan said and Geet nodded and went to her cabin,

Maan looked at her, his pride on her was hitting sky high, "My Choti Rani grown in to an young, responsible and smart queen, god, if I would ever thank you, that would be because what you have done with my Geet, you had protected and grown up her, I will always be thankful to you for that", "Always Keep her happy like this, protect her from everything, including me, she deserves to be happy," Maan thought and continued his work,

Meera was on her lap top when Dev came, "Hey Meera," Dev came in with a box of chocolate, and flower bouquet and stood with a smile, "Dev,'' Meera screamed, "Are you going to ask me as your valentine," Meera asked Dev and Dev smiled big, "Big joke Meera, do you think I have that much bad taste," Dev said and Meera looked at Dev with her furious look and went in,

"Meera, Meera," Dev went behind her, "Just kidding yar, and really you are not that bad, you are too pretty but the thing is I already chosen my valentine," Dev said and Meera looked at him with a grin, "Dev in Love," Meera screamed, "Not Love, I like her, she is kind of cute and you know, so innocent, goody good girl, and I am sure she would have celebrated V-Day or partied or something, so thought of calling her in, she is kind of conservative," Dev said,

"Hmm, if she is that conservative, why would she come with you," Meera asked, "Because my brother is her boss," Dev said shocking Meera, "What," she screamed, "yes," Dev said, "will your brother accept it," Meera asked, "I am counting on it," Dev said, "did you made the list" Dev asked and Meera told yes and gave him the list, "Meera," Dev looked shocked at the list,

"What the hell is this," Dev shocked up, "this much girls name, but you said your friends will be busy and might not come to the party," Dev said looking at the list, "Yes, until I said, the great MSK is my valentine," she said with a grin, "What," Dev jumped up, "You are asking my bro," Dev asked, "Feeling jealous Dev," Meera asked with a grin, "No, feeling Pity for you, Bro and V-Day, forget it Meera," Dev said,

"Why, Maan will not say no to me," Meera said, "Meera, I don't think so," Dev said, "oh really, tomorrow, Maan will be my valentine, bet you Dev, and I think you are the one who is going to go without a date," Meera said, "Very funny Meera, I will too make my Valentine accept, bet," Dev said "ok then, will see tomorrow, and ya, I had send invitation to all our friends, Dev, hall booking and decorations, your job," Meera said,

"Already done, just need numbers for food and beverage," Dev said and Meera gave the list and then they had their lunch in laughter and teasing up,

Geet walked out and Sasha and Tasha was talking something, and as they saw Geet they both looked at her, "Pretty smart, you are Geet," Sasha said, "Thank you Mam, you are also smart, But the thing is you are using it for wrong things," Geet said and Sasha grinned, "Maan sir was asking me about the CD that vanished, but I didn't tell him anything," Geet said,

"Even if you had told him, he would not have believed you," Sasha said, "Really Mam, he would have, I didn't say him, because I didn't want him to throw you out because of me, Maan sir, don't like liars," Geet said, "So what, in three days you knew everything about him," Sasha asked, "Yes, and also about others too," Geet said,

"Geet," Maan came up, and Geet turned around, "what's going on," Maan asked, "Nothing sir, just telling Sasha Mam about my lost CD," Geet said, "Oh, Sasha, I don't like such an cheap behavior in my Office, Geet is not telling me, how it is, atleast you ask her and find who did it and warn them severely and tell them clearly, one more mistake like this and their life will be a hell," Maan said in his bossy voice, scaring Sasha off,

"Geet, go home soon, will be an busy day tomorrow, have lost of work" Maan said and went away and Geet too smiled and went away, "Sasha Mam, looks like MK do believe this girl, and she is getting more close to him than you" Tasha said and Sasha's anger busted out and she went away,
