It was late night and maan was working on some project well this was the same one which his company and mittal's (neeraj mittal geet's friend) were handling and he was doing the work so that geet won't have to exert herself already she was looking after diya and that was the really tough work.. maan saw his darling daughter in his wife's embrace ..geet was trying to make her sleep but she was too energetic to sleep.. mother and daughter were too engrossed in their talks when maan saw his daughter's pout and geet in a jiffy covered her with a soft duvet but diya kneeled over the blanket.. geet lied down and watched her daughter calling her dadda..

Diya opening her arms calling maan.. she was wearing a cute kittens printed night dress and geet had made two ponies making diya look like a kitten herself..

Diya : dadda come.. diya sweeply..

Maan knew that he couldn't work now so he closed the laptop and went towards his baby.. maan took her in his embrace and she went in his arms and maan kissed her cheeks geet was looking at the two.. maan would have lied on the bed but his baby was looking at her dadda.. maan made her lie on the bed and geet pulled diya patting her to sleep..

geet : now enough of dadda come and sleep baby..

maan pulled both of his ladies and diya went on her dadda's chest pushing her mum a little like telling her that its my dadda.. diya was grinning while geet was pouting her daughter was looking like she won a battle engulfing her dada close to her self ...

diya : diya's dadda..

geet sat up a little on her stomach and teased her daughter.. she pulled maan's left hand and hold it tight making diya angry..

geet : hello he is my husband first then your dadda.. she kissed maan's palm irritating her baby .. geet was enjoying a lot.. diya was looking like she would kick geet ..

diya : mumma , diya dadda.. she too kissed maan.. and made a cute irritating face as his stubble was irking her.. maan's plight was too bad he was like a rubber and both his ladies were hell bent on stretching him to her side..

maan tried to make geet stop doing her antics.. but she didn't even heard..

maan : geet stop now.. look she will cry.. he tried to pry off her tight hold off his hands and diya grinned as her dadda shifted away from her mumma and was now all hers..

geet : wow.. this is your love isn't it maan .. you got your daughter now who wants geet.. she too cried faking it and diya looked at maan and then at geet she tried to pull geet but geet glared at her and this was passed to maan...

maan murmured

maan : both are nautankies..

maan : diya sweetheart see your mumma wants to sleep so let's go to terrace.. he tried to go taking geet but next moment he was held by geet and she was glaring at the father and daughter..

geet : where do you think you are going..

maan : geet , are you really having the short term memory loss or something.. didn't you said that we don't want you so we are leaving.. you sleep well.. Sweetheart.. he kissed her lips and she was numb.. the devils were too bad for geet.. in fact diya literally made geet covered with the duvet and this triggered diya she pulled both and scared them with her angry voice..

geet : both of you are not going anywhere just sleep ..

her big doe shaped eyes did affected the two and they slept hugging each other...

NEXT DAY

Diya was following geet everywhere in the KM and maan was in the room getting ready ..he had completed the work early in the morning with diya sleeping beside him.. and right now he was getting ready for an important meeting then they were having an appointment scheduled with the doctor. ..

Vicky came downstairs his bhai had made him work too hard in the office and even early in the morning they were having their meeting.. poor guy couldn't sleep for more than three hours..

Vicky came and sat at the dining and asked his badi ma to make his breakfast fast..

Vicky : badi ma get my BF ready.. bhai must be coming any minute and he won't let me do if we will be late..

His eyes were searching for his niece which his daadu and daadi sensed and before he could asked he was given the reply..

Daadu : your princess is there see... he pointed at the sight which made Vicky to laugh.. diya was holding geet's dupatta and was following geet.. and this idea of hers was given by her dada.. diya wants something from her mumma and till geet agrees diya will follow her..

Vicky a little loudly..

Vicky : princess what are you doing..

Diya answered..

Diya : chachu diya manaofy mumma..

Vicky : hawww mumma gussa on diya.. he mimicked diya's expressions following her in the kitchen and made diya sat with him...

Diya looked at geet who served her and Vicky their breakfast and daadima and maan too came there only.. daadima made maan sit forcefully and his mother served him too .. this was after almost three years maan was sitting and was forced to have his breakfast otherwise he would have left without having anything shouting at Vicky..

Diya looked at her dada making a puppy face like mumma is not budging.. and maan now thought to take an initiative to talk to his wife.. his wife is changed geet was now much short tempered and her gussa that red nose would even scare THE MAAN SINGH KHURANA...

Maan : geet let her go..

Geet denied out straightly..

Geet : no.. maan i told you diya isn't going anywhere and that's final.. diya made an annoying face and maan too left his weapons..

Vicky : princess where do you want to go i will take you.. he buttered in and geet shoot an angry glare at him making him to continue..

Vicky : if your mumma agrees..

He too made a cute puppy face like diya and both of them looked at geet..

Daadima : where does diya wants to go geet.. daadima asked ..

Maan : nursery she is missing her friends but geet is denying ..

Daadima /Vicky : bhabhi , geet let her go..

Geet : daadima she isn't well and who will take care of her if anything happens ...

Maan : geet there is not need to worry its just a matter of two hours..and i have appointed a care taker for her she will inform us if anything will be wrong.. diya needs to mix up.. she needs a change ..

Everyone agreed ..

But geet was still reluctant, it was her mother's heart that was not relying on anything..

Though she didn't wanted diya to go still she left with diya to change her clothes..

Maan sensed geet's quite behaviour and he too left behind her.. she was changing her dress into a blue capree and top..

Geet was putting some coloring books in diya's monkey bag and telling her the same when she was pulled by maan..

Maan was seeing her change in expressions and everything she was doing was just for diya's satisfactions.. the fear that she was having when diya fainted in nursery was still a fresh ..

Maan : geet believe me nothing will happen with diya.. we are meeting doctor today and diya is stable now.. don't worry.. nothing will happen..

Diya was playing with her Mr. Bunny when she heard her mumma saying she was small..

Geet : maan she is still a baby .. i don't think she will be safe..

Maan : she is your daughter , strong hai wo geet.. look at her diya was standing with her hands on her waist and she nodded listening to maan .. she came to geet and warpped her arms on her neck..

Geet was instructing diya what to do and what not to..though its just a matter of two hours still fear was lurking inside geet..

Geet : diya no puppy business she threatened her cutely and Vicky asked what was this PUPPY BUSINESS..

Geet : you niece likes to feed her lunch to small puppies.. geet elaborated and diya swear that she wont feed.. diya would get her lunch for small puppies that were in the play area though small children were not allowed there but diya would go there and feed her lunch.. Herself eating cookies that were extra in her lunch..

The puppies too love her as she will daily do this and get scolded by her teacher.. but she too was diya khurana..

Maan took her with him and dropped her at the nursery..the teachers were too surprised to see him there as her father since he had specially asked permission in camp to keep her with him for some hours.. he told them her problem and disease even made the lady meet diya , there was his strict security too for diya and the lady too knew him very well ...

IN THE HOSPITAL

AFTER SOMETIME

Doctor : mr khurana everything is done , you and mrs khurana just have to undergo some test before we start the process of artificial insemination..

Artificial insemination were the words that were ringing in her ears.. they have been to the doctor and now she got to know that he had already done all the arrangements for her to conceive artificially..
