PART 10:

Geet received a call from her officer that she can go back home ... she felt happy that atleast now Maan will out of his misery. She rang him up but he didn't pick it, so she left him a text saying they should leave in the evening. Geet restlessly came back home getting no reply from Maan made her mad but still she controlled herself. She became little down ... when she returned she saw him waiting for her with the already packed luggage. The car was waiting outside ... tum fresh hona chahti ho toh ho javo, ill wait for you in the car, saying he left.

The journey was a silent one ... a tired one, Geet didn't understand what went wrong ... what was her fault. She waited for him to speak out which Maan was not willing to do. Reaching mansion is something Geet is hating right now, what if Maan goes busy again?? This was the only chance she had ... life is not about being stubborn ... its about commitment and adjustments. As the car stopped in front of the mansion Maan got down the car not bothering to look at Geet. Servants came to take the luggage, she made her way with tears threatening to flow.

She didn't find Maan in the room, but very well understood he was in gym ... It was supposed to be a trip of makeup, instead it got messed up. They were still not that close that Geet could shed her inhibitions to ask Maan where she went wrong ... it was late either for Maan left for office in a while.

Feeling tired she rested for a while and decided to tell dadima what happened in the village ... probably that might help out she thought.

Dadima heard the knock, she smiled ... ab yaad aaye hum Geet ko, chalo acha hai ab toh yaad aaye, she told herself ... andar aayiye bete aapko kamre mein aane ke liye permission ki jaroorat pad gayi??

Geet ... she called again, she ran into her arms like a kid ... I missed you so much dadima, pata hai maine mama ko bhi kabhi itna miss nahi kiya, she held her cheeks lovingly and kissed them.

Haan dekh rahe hai ... aapki kisses bol rahe hain, toh batayiye aapki trip kaise rahi??

Bohut acha tha dadima, aapko pata hai waha hero bani .... woh kaise?? Dadima caressed her hair and then kissed her forehead. Geet narrated what happened, and then she actually blushed remembering the way her husband came for her ... Dadima mujhe toh laga tha ki I wont be able to fight, I thought a woman is an enemy of a woman ... when I was surrounded with all the women ... one of them secretly passed me a knife, I couldn't thank her as she left by the time issue was solved

Dadima's heart swelled in pride for this girl who had come home who was coloring their life, who was becoming a part of the lifeless place to give life, Maan indeed had a great choice. She mentally patted herself for bringing Maan up ... at the very moment seeing the tears in Geet's eyes she wiped them and questioned her ... kya hua?? Aap ro kyun rahi ho bete??

Mujhe samajh nahi aarahi hai dadima ... Maan mujhse naaraz ho gaye, he didn't have his food last night and morning I had made breakfast for him, woh bhi chod diya ... he didn't pick my call, neither did he speak to me for once during the travel back home.

Yaad kijiye bete kuch toh hua hoga,, Maan aise nahi hai ki woh batayenge ki kya hua ... unke liye unka ego bada hai ... woh toh thik se baat karte bhi nahi hai

Thik se baat nahi karte?? She repeated the last words of Dadima with a shock. He speaks ... Maan speaks dadima, that was what she felt like telling but then couldn't listening to what she heard, nahi bete woh baat kam karte hai, hum toh thak chuke unki khamoshi ko samajhte ... she held her breath for a second realizing that her husband had actually changed himself to show himself sorry.

She came to her room ... recollecting whatever convo she had with him. It took her a day to understand what hit Maan, she was continuously pointing out at his character. That was the reason he left from the office, that was the reason he snapped at her after the incident when she again spoke about him giving her shirt.

She took leave for two days and stayed at home ... the hesitance she had to talk to Maan didn't leave yet. Geet couldn't go to Maan with a brave face, she feared him now ... she understood he was a man made of damn anger, no one would be able to handle him normally and here he has changed himself into a lovey dovey husband for her.

She was lost in her agony when Mrs. Ayyer called her, Geet tum do din tak nahi avogi na ... toh maine socha ki aise phone mein boldon ... hamare yaha Kalyanam hoga, matlab ki Ram aur Sita ki shaadi ko hum kalyanam kehte hain, tum Maan ke saath aajana ... She spoke in a typical south indian accent

She sucked in a deep breath mentally cursing her ... inko bhi hamesha aisa hi kuch bolna hota hai, ab main kya karon babaji? She looked up for answer when Mrs. Ayyer thickly said ... Dekh Geet tu nahi aayegi toh acha nahi hoga ... Pata nahi kaisi ladki ho, shaadi ho gayi aur tumko pati ko kaise aapne pallu se baandhna hai yeh nahi pata ... der mat karna, jaldi aajana, Geet couldn't say no. She will have to talk to Maan now, god why is this going even more difficult?

Finishing the call Geet decided to go to the office to talk to Maan, when he could give her a right why not use it now? She excitedly got ready highlighting her sindoor ... Geet blushed checking herself in the mirror before leaving.

Yeh Maan sir ki wife haina?? Tasha asked Sasha stunned with Geet's beauty. The claim that Geet was carrying with her was envied by all the women there in the office. She elegantly made way towards Maan's cabin and no one dared to stop her knowing her identity.

Geet had heard about Maan's work and his achievements but she was seeing all that for the first time. She couldn't believe that he was the same person who was following her, and sadly she ended up hurting him.

Her hand shivered to turn the knob of the door, taking a deep breath she made her way inside opening the door. As Maan heard the click on the door he turned to see who could have the audacity to come in without asking his permission.

He froze watching his beautiful wife in a peach colored salwar ... looking out of the world. What enhanced her looks was the sindoor which made him feel proud seeing her flaunting it for the first time ever since they got married.

Sorry about the last update!! I didn't know that I was confusing you all ... shoba di sorry to let you down :/ I didn't clear that knife wala part coz I didn't want to bore you all with less maaneet scenes so I fastened it ... but then you wanted it clear so I did it here!! And to all those who have asked me here is the answer and one more thing .. she wasn't half naked she was dipped in haldi and milk which outlined her figure, which made Maan restless so was the reason he gave his shirt to her and madam rejected it!!

so it was a woman who helped geet by giving a knife.. and Maan right even though it was his mistake to leave her but she is stretching it too much now.. she speaks wat comes in her mouth not even looking at the fact tat he is been doing everything to make her happy to show his love but she does not want to
