so i make a mixture with bolied aloo ... and fry it wth onions and then the usual masala.. and make a dry mixture...

i usually have mayonise ... other wise tomato sace brad par lagaoo ... then keep this mixture above ...u can use the malai one too... grated cheese hain tho wo bh chido... cook on a low flame..
