There was hustle bustle in HM as people were gathered for reception party of Geet Handa's relative. Probably this was first personal party in decade rather than business party in HM. So people were excited for this party. The moment they saw party atmosphere they once again believed that whatever Geet Handa does that turned out to be best. Geet's aunty Shila and her relatives were thrilled seeing the party decoration. They have never seen these types of grand party ever in their life.
Dadima came down and Shila moves towards her... Bhabi ji Thank you for doing so much for us...hum toh sage bhi nahi hai phir bhi you helped us so much...Dadi smiled at her aisa kuch nahi hai shila... aap aisa mat sochiye... they chatted for more minutes that moment Maan, Adi and all other employees of HC came there... Dadi welcomed them too. They moved towards party Maan was as usual silent but inside he was waiting for Geet. He didn't wants to come here but it was dadima's order and he couldn't refuse it.
Maan was missing for her one glimpse though he had decided to avoid her presence but how to console this heart. The day he changed team, after that Geet didn't even face him talk was far thing. He thought it will be hard to avoid her but it was hardest when she ignored him as if he didn't exist. His heart ached experiencing the pain of love...
Geet was in her room thinking about reception party. Marriage the subject reminds the cruel past of her. She was so happy that day... her marriage day but that only day snatched everything from her. That day forces her, what she is today heartless, arrogant... The pain she buried inside her was erupting day by day now. She wanted to go back to him and ask him solution to her misery, her pain... But she knows it was never his fault but she can't forgive him either. He is the reason for whatever happened with her. Her smile, her happiness, her love, her life everything is just him but he snatched her everything leaving her in agony. Geet beta... Dadima called her breaking her reverie ... Aap ready nahi hue...sab aapka wait kar rahe hai. Yes Dadi...just five minutes. Dadima left her giving her time.
Sasha came towards Dadima Namste Dadima... Beta kaha ho aaj kal bhul gayi Dadima ko? Arre Dadima yeh kaisi baat kar rahe ho...Main apni dadi ko thodi bhul sakti hu. Achcha yeh batao ki koi naya crush mila ki nahi? Dadi asked naughtly... Dadima iss baar toh lagta hai sachchi me pyar ho gaya...and starts blushing*uff* beta yeh toh aap har baar kehte ho... kya dadi aap bhi...She said pouting... Dadima laughed at her.
Geet descended stairs grabbing everyone's attention. Her beauty cast spell on everyone. She was woman to get whom all men could kill each other but she never gave any chance to anyone. When all were enchanted by her beauty Dadima could feel her tension behind that emotionless face. Dadi came towards her took Geet with her. She was introducing her all other relatives whom Geet never met. All were praising Geet for her beauty, her success...Geet was only nodding as she never interested in these types of thing. Savitri daviji ab to isski bhi umar shadi ki ho gayi hai... meri nazar me ek ladka hai... aap kahe toh baat badhaye?... Dadima could feel her restlessness. These talk regarding her marriage depressing her. Dadima politely excused herself left from there taking geet with her...then she left Geet with youngsters.
Shila and her friends came towards Geet where she was chatting with girls rather say they all chatting she was just answering in monologues. Geet beta koi gana(song) sunao na...Shila requested her... she was about to refuse... Ha ..ha sunayiye humne bhi suna hai ki aap badi achchi singer thi in college times...All requested her. Geet looked for dadima to escape from this situation but Dadima to give node for singing. Aur ha beta woh tumhara English gana nahi chalega... koi achcha sa Punjabi gana gao. Ha apne ranjha k liye achcha sa gana gao heerio... one of the girl said teasingly... meanwhile dadima came with her guitar Geet just kept staring at her guitar...She took her guitar caressed it...

Maan was sitting with Adi and other employees... When the beautiful voice fell on his ears...All turns towards the source of voice...Wow!!! Geet ma'am kitne dino baad gana ga rahi hai... Maan stared at Adi then shifted his gaze to her...

Maan was dumb stuck with her beautiful voice... every time he thought he knows her completely the very next moment she shows a new color of her. He couldn't comprehend why she is like this...? What is in her mind... why it is so difficult to understand her?

All the time Geet kept her eyes closed she knew if she opened it anybody can read her pain in her eyes. Silence had spread everywhere as everyone was bounded by her beautiful song...

Where everyone was enjoying the song two people can feel the pain in her voice... Dadima and Maan can feel her voice cracking... It's like she was expressing her pain. Only difference was that one knows the reason and other was not.

Everyone cheered up as she ends song... She opened her eyes Maan came to her vision. He stared at her deep down as if trying to see her soul. He was shocked seeing her eyes so blank as if it has no life in it anymore... She left from there excusing herself. Maan too left the party in between... All the way he was thinking about her emotionless face. Kaha jana hai sahib? Taxi driver asked him but maan kept quit for minute... Gurudwara...Maan whispered. He again wanted a solace but this time not for himself but her. He wanted beg in front of Babaji for her peace... He wanted to take all the pain giving her all happiness she deserves.

How's it? Hope I am able to express Geet's pain in right way. Suggestions are most welcome...And don't hate me for using songs again and again... I will try to minimize it...😊
