Part 89
Geet was speechless. The words she had heard had not been ever imagined by her and she was shaken with the reality. Maan pulled her in arms. "I'm sorry.. I shouldn't have shouted on you Geet"
He was in guilt. Maan didn't want to have opened this things to her but in his anger, had been done the thing which should haven't and now there no back off was left. Looking her scared and worried he cursed himself for his deed. He hugged Geet and kissed her head to normalize her condition. After some time felt her heartbeat come on usual. She was fine but Maan could not guess what she had been thinking all the time. "Are you okay?" He looked at her face. Geet nodded and she smiled to give the proof. Maan was happy that the topic was got over but again her question shook his mind and this time, even faster.
"Maan if Dadaji wanted to kill me, why didn't he finish this task yet?" Geet asked. "He would've gotten many chances to harm me, why didn't he have taken advantage from them?"
Maan stared her. The question itself had been forced his mind to think on revert for a minute but then he smirked. He put free curls from her cheek to behind her ear and cupped her face lovingly. "Because he is businessman Geet. You don't know him but I know, if he has not harmed you yet, he must be thinking for right time to come. This can be his another strategy to separate us but not a kindness as you're thinking of it to be. So please, don't think much about him Angel. He is not much worthy for you to think about him. Hm! And you don't need to fear of him because till I'm with you, he can do nothing"
Geet nodded. She understood this was not the correct time to make Maan understand or to talk about his grandfather. But she made mental note that she was going to help him to solve his family issues as the equal, Maan had done for her. Somewhere her heart and mind were one, on to support this old man who rather had been threating Maan and his mother for entire life but why he didn't ever showed his majesty to her family, she wondered. She said Maan to talk to Yash while she would go and warm the milk. "And lessen down your temper Maan. Be relax and talk to him" She caressed his face. Maan held her hand and kissed on her palm and nodded. "As you wish sweetheart''
Geet smiled and left the room.
After Geet leaving his refrained temper returned back and expression turned into rigid. Grabbing phone into stoned hold Maan dialled to Yash and after two impatient rings Yash received his call.
"You wanted to talk to me Grandpa?"
Before Yash could start the conversation Maan interrupted him in his sharp tone. Yash understood, Maan was in wish to finish this conversation in short and so he himself landed on point.
"I've heard that you've transferred your company to that girl name"
"Her name is Geet grandpa and if you recall, I don't even need to transfer anything to her name. My everything is already hers due to the relation we share"
"You do not share any relation with her my son" Yash smirked and Maan could feel the scathing laugh in between the short silence. "She is still an unnamed girl for me, who is now in look for a chance to impose you and get hold of your property and fame and you've already given the proof of your inanity"
"What I did shouldn't be the thing of your worry grandpa" As if Maan was all ready to answer back, guessing what was about to come. He replied, "You've already made yourself free from any botheration about my life when you had threaten my mother for her entire life and when you did never thought about me, before shattering my only privation of life. I always tried to become your obedient grandpa. Never expressed my necessity before your provision but that had been digging hole in middle of my heart which had been started hurting me but you, never cared for my pain. But now it has been mended. And due to whom this miracle happened I don't want to hear a word of damning about her. You made a deal with me and I'm trying to accomplish your wish. That is the only bond has left between us grandpa and I will not be going to allow any moderation within it"
Maan kept speaking in one breath. This amazed yash. He had never seen Maan to argue with him so openly with bitterness but now, when it was happening, he kept himself silent. He wanted to hear what next Maan can say and he waited and waited and when didn't hear any further, he ragged the talk in his piercing voice.
"I'm happy to hear you my son. I am happy that you started opening up before me. At last, you learned to argue with me, the chance you couldn't get during staying with me and no wonder, who taught you this skill"
Maan smiled, "What a confliction grandpa, the person you are doubting on, she was just trying to console me in favour of you even after knowing how you had been trying to make her life hell. But she still believes that you can't be the one what I manifested you, before her. I just hope you could understand her grandpa, even for once" his voice had desire but not the request indeed.
"I will soon be there to fulfil your wish my son" Yash answered. His reply could have puzzled Maan but before call had been disconnected. Maan threw phone on bed. He was highly annoyed and wanted to be relaxed. He hastened out looking for Geet. He found her in kitchen. Maan came and hugged her from back and hid face between curves of her neck. He was all silent. He smelled her fragrance and tried to keep his mind cool.
"What happened?" Geet tried to turn,
"Don't move" Maan ordered. He didn't want to break this silence and the position which was giving him relief. He stiffened hold over her stomach and tugged her against him closer.
"I love you Geet" he whispered and kissed her shoulder. He kept kissing the slender area of her shoulder and neck and ears. Geet shuddered with his cold kisses but she didn't attempt to stop him, let him release his temper in a way, he had wanted and slowly herself got lessened in the spell of his desire.
