Geet has matured to a responsible person but seems to be loosing her innate childish innocence. Nurse misconstrues them to be a couple and it boosts Maan's own realization of his changing feelings towards Geet. Taayiji cannot control her behavior even in the situation but I guess it spurs her more to spray venom. Maan is the only one who can control her

Maan's feelings for Geet growing deeper. He is now dreaming of her as well. He is trying to not think of her romantically as she is Yash's wife but failing at that.
