I'm the worst person lol to ask advice from
I just go sleep and worry about in the morning
Honestly you need to sleep as well

I suggest sleeping a bit earlier than you normally do
Then getting up and revising a bit earlier in the morning

when i cme bck frm clg.. I study + ifing side by side( reading stories + talkng to u)
then after dinner, i study without any disturbance
till11:30 or 12 smtimes though very rare ..
Then in my cab smtimes or i listen songs ..
