Next morning, till everyone could know Mohan had gone taking Geet with him. Where, no one knew. Alka had tried to ask Yash but she had neither authority nor courage to question straightway and Yash did not tell what had happened between them.

In these entire, one person was mute witness of all happenings. Maan had though tried his best to stop Mohan taking Geet, even he had stolen her game so she could not be taken away from him at night but his little effort was not enough to stop Mohan for next day also. He could not crib for Geet when yash was there and knew, Alka was helpless like him. There was no one who could help him, could understand his ache which he himself did not know why happened. After losing Geet again, he became like before, with having lack of smile and this Alka noticed.

After knowing the partial truth Alka was restless to know more about Geet. Somewhere in heart she had started believing that this all were not just an accident or play of children but something ample and wish of God was hidden in fate of both Maan and Geet. She had seen the anxiety in Maan for Geet and the comfort in Geet around Maan; it could not be taken so easily. She sensed there was something huge hidden in their future.

Mohan went to a lodge with sleeping Geet on his shoulder. He took a room and made her sleep on bed and himself went to get fresh. Washroom was outside; he closed the door but did not lock it. Inside, Geet woke up, perhaps getting the feel of change of atmosphere. She opened her eyes and blinked for while then stared around, "where was she!''

She did not find the place known; came down from bed and tried to identify this weird place, up to all she was searching for Maan to play the game! and then Mohan and Alka also,,

She saw ajar door, thought Maan and Alka must be in garden she happily rushed out to find them. Now she was witnessing a total different world, hassle of men and women, so crowded and up to all no known face around. She got scared and started crying standing in middle of rushing hall attracted everyone's attention.

"Why are you crying beta?? .. ' A lodge staff came running hearing her cry, "Whose girl is this!!!!'' he shouted. He took Geet to reception and tried to find out about her. After much effort Geet told Mohan name. he searched Mohan name in register and found out his room number, he took Geet there.

Geet was still crying for Mohan, when they reached in her room but mohan was still not there. Staff was not getting what to do, leaving Geet alone there and go, would not be safe. He was thinking when Mohan phone rung, which was kept on table.

Alka was sad looking Maan upset. No one could understand the dilemma of her heart where in one part of her heart was worried and concerned for Geet and Mohan and other part was worried for her own son. She was a simple women with simple values and humanity which used to feel sorrow with everyone grief's. She did not want to go against her in laws nor could able to ignore those past in which her Maan was also involved somewhere, not alone Geet. She wanted to know truth but did not get chance when Yash declared that they are leaving to US tomorrow.

Alka came running to see Maan if he was okay. She found him in his room cuddling on floor in a corner staring the game thrown some far away on ground. She also noticed his eyes were little wet!

"Maan did you cry beta??'' She cupped his sadden face, her heart was aching. She knew what he wanted, "Will you talk to Geet??'', she asked with expectation and as she had expected, Maan eyes shined. He nodded and smiled too but Alka cursed herself for what she said. What if Mohan wouldn't be ready to talk? But keeping hope in heart she dialed Mohan phone and it rung.

Staff was not sure should pick phone or not when Geet runs taking the phone, "Baba ka phone!!''

She was small to reach till table. She climbed up on chair first and then took the phone and gave to guy saying, "Uthao na, band ho jayega''

Guy smiled on her innocence and pressed call button, hello!'

Alka guessed it was not Mohan, then who it was,' she thought, she was to cut thinking got connected to any wrong person when heard Geet-like voice behind, she was mumbling for Moahn.

"Mohanji' , Alka asked. When guy told her what had happened. Alka got worried thinking Geet was alone! She asked lodge address.

"Mama, give me I also want to talk!!'' Maan snatched phone and said hello' but till then it had been disconnected. He glared Alka in anger when she said,

"Maan come with me!!'' she dragged Maan out,

She decided to go there and meet mohan herself; also for Geet she had become tensed. She told Yash that going to market and left to lodge taking Maan.

Mohan came after sometime. He was shocked to see Geet with a stranger, he became angry when guy told everything. Mohan calmed down and also given his gratitude to him. Guy left.

Mohan made Geet ready. He was combing her hair when someone knocked his door, he thought it was food.

"baba I will open it!!''

Geet jumped up and rushed to open the door and found Alka and Maan there. She grinned looking them. Alka carried her in arms kissing her cheek, "How are you beta!'

"Alka ji aap?'' Mohan was surprised.

Alka told how she had called and got to know about Geet was alone and came to see if she is okay. Mohan felt strange that why Alka was this much worried for Geet. Honestly he did not want to meet Maan and Geet ever in life, which could lead to end of everyone's happiness and this he wanted to tell her.

"Mohan ji, I guess you're not happy to see me here, I'm sorry but I was worried for Geet'

Mohan felt bad. He knew that what happened or happening there was no any fault of them. He thought to get a proper talk with her.

"Geet beta, you sit here and have your food okay!'' Mohan made Geet sit on floor and kept plate before so she could be busy in her food, would not disturb them.

Maan also sat beside her and stared her and then her plate. He also had not eaten anything since morning and now was feeling starve. He looked toward elders, they were engrossed in some serious talk. Maan advanced hand toward her plate and took a bite, looking at Geet, if she would again start her cry but she did not, in fact she grinned and put an Aloo in his mouth. Maan was very happy and both started eating in one plate happily.

"Alka ji, you should not have come here, Yash sir would mind'

"He doesn't know I'm here. Anyway I wanted to ask, why did you leave mansion without telling anyone''

"I did not want to Geet cry again for staying there and so, left before she could awake'

Both remained quiet for some time, Mohan was thinking, "Is this the only reason for her come!'

"Mohanji I know what you are thinking. Actually I want to know everything. What happened in village after my leave? Why papa called you here? I know it cannot be any co-incident that you were there in mansion''

Mohan did not want to hide anything from her. He told everything what they had to face in village and what talk had been discussed between them and what Yash had decided.

Alka was shocked to the core finding the complete truth. But she felt happy also hearing the decision that yash wanted to take responsibility of Geet studies and of future. Though she was surprised that Yash already knew everything what had happened in village and also shocked when came to know that he was the one behind Mohan transfer here in Delhi. Yash knew the owner of Mohan's company very well and with his insistence only owner was ready to give Mohan transfer and promotion and good residence in Delhi.

Flashback,

"I am very grateful to you sir that you thought about my Geet. I know it was just an accident and neither my Geet nor your Maan were on fault. How they can be when they both are just small child for doing any mistake, and believe me I can't take any favor from you sir. It's enough for me that you thought about us sir but I can't''

Yash said that it was not any favor but just a help and support to bring him and Geet out from that mess.

"I know Mr. Mohan that no one is on fault but still you and your daughter are only person who are suffering in all. Whether you believe it or not but my Maan also was involved in this incident and so, I want to give my small compensation to settle everything out. Anyway the post you have been given is not any favor but you are well worth for it. Don't think otherwise'

Mohan did not find reason to argue further he nodded in agreement. He thanked Yash and stood up to leave and turned when Yash stopped him in his stern voice,

"One more thing Mr. Mohan!'

Mohan turned back,

"I want one favor from your side that now onward, you and your daughter will forget Maan and everything for ever!!!''

Mohan smiled, "I know sir, and I agree''

He left.

Flashback ends,

"Alka ji, I also agree with him that we should close this chapter from our lives. Maan and Geet met and everything happened was just an accident and now we all should forget it, should remove even their name from their minds and hearts and for this, I would like if Maan never meets my Geet, and I also promise you that Geet will never cross the path where Maan will walk!!!''

Looking at the determination on Mohan face Alka feared, not for the decision but the way everything was leading to the end. She was sure it would must going to affect those children life severely. She knew this was not wrong decision but the method was not right. They should not force children to forget everything but should give them enough time to forget themselves but sensing the situation she was sure, Maan and Geet innocent wishes and hopes would be crushed violently.

"Alka ji, mai abhi aata hu'', Mohan left for something.

Alka was alone with her thoughts when she looked at the children who were unaware that their life was being targeted by others verdicts. They were lost and happy with each other. She smiled when saw how Maan was feeding Geet and Geet was busy in combing her doll hair. Alka had never looked Maan this much relaxed after his father departure and with the thought that he would become again like same, her heart shivered.

Mohan came back and Alka took her leave saying they are returning US tomorrow. Though Maan and Geet refused leaving the place but elders made them understand saying they would let them meet again.

Next day khuranas left..

They reached US.

In night, servant said Alka that Yash was calling her in study. She surprised as why', she went with thudding heart. Maan also companied her. Before stepping in Alka said Maan to wait for her outside of room and herself walked in.

"Ji papa, you called me''

Yash was reading some file, bending his head down over it and spoke sternly.

"Till now you would have already known well, why did I go India.''

She nodded sensing the upcoming. "Papa, wo I wanted to ask how you knew what happened in village?''

Yash raised head up to her,

"Alka, even if you have forgot but I did not, that who you are! You're Khuranas and every time my eyes were on you in India. I could not take any risk with my alone heir!!'

She nodded,

"Anyway I have called you to talk something else. Alka, you will have to promise me that from now onward, Maan would never remember that girl Geet, nor should I hear her name even from his mouth or in this house otherwise I will snatch everything from Mohan whatever I have given to him!!!'

Alka eyes widen hearing his words!!\

"If ever I hear you mentioning Geet name before Maan, then you will be the sole reason of her destroyed life. I will scatter that girl life like a storm blast away dry leaves from tree with it. She would never be able to collect pieces of her broken life for entire life!!!

'Everyone should know what return one would have to pay ever if he tries to play with Khuranas name!!!!''

The whole room shuddered with his voice along with little Maan who had heard everything standing outside...
