It's not fair Maan' she stood up, shouting irritated..

"What not fair Geet!! Ab galti ki hai toh manana toh parega hi na. Anyway it won't be that tough. And you know what, it would be good for you also''

"matlb?'

Matlab ye Geet ki if you succeed to impress her, she can even accept you as her daughter in law''

She thought for a while then said,

'But Maan I don't know anything about her, mean her likes and dislikes..and''

He smirked wickedly . "That you don't need to take worry Geet, I'm here to tell you everything about her. You just be preparing to show how good girl you are, okay!!'

"That I'm Maan I don't have to prove anything. Anyway she likes me'' She said satisfied.

"Really!!'' He pulled her in his arms suddenly, embracing her from waist. "So you are good girl hm..''

She nodded head feeling goose-bumps.

"And Dadima already likes you?'' He whispered nearing her. She gestured yes smiling.

"Aur mai''

Her heartbeats were slowing down feeling his warm breaths over her face and his question made her weak on her own legs.

"Tell Geet, do I like you' he continued getting closer to her lips, when she pushed him back,

"Maan here I am so worried about Dadima and you are thinking for your naughtiness. You even forgot that I am starving since morning and how much hungry I am feeling now.'' She complained.

"Okay Baba let's go. First have dinner and then we would think how to pacify Dadi, oaky''

She agreed, smilingly she followed him to dinner table and had their food in silence, because it had not been so late to be slept by Dadima and servants but it didn't mean they forgot to steal glimpse of each others.

After dinner,

"Good night Geet' Maan said when he started moving back in his room.

"Maan where are you going' Geet stopped him.

"Geet, it's already night, of course I'm going to catch some sleep'

She made worried face, "But you did not tell me how I would pacify Dadima. I'm tensed'

Maan though felt bad for her that she was seriously worried for dadi but then how could he miss to see that baby cute worried expressions of her face. He lovingly cupped her face, said,

"Dont worry Geet, we will find out for some plan for sure, but for now it been so late, you should take rest'' Saying he kissed her head, and left to his room leaving her wandering in her room and so much worried about Dadima.

It was passed mid night and still Geet could not sleep a blink. It's not that she was only worried about Dadi but she already had taken enough rest in evening so now she was not feeling sleepy anymore. In awaken her mind was repeatedly going toward Dadi and how to make her happy. Also Maan had said that it could be great chance to prove herself as Khurana Bahu so for now it had become an important task for her now.

She stood up and started taking tour of her room. She found a door which was connected to outside small balcony; from where she could see a small part of huge garden of mansion. She walked and sat on a swing there. Little curve shaped incomplete Moon was the only witness of her arrival. Cool night breeze was feeling so shivery beautiful to her body that she in her own thought started smiling, without any reason. It seemed, she was enjoying her aloneness with these nature's possessions and they were enjoying also in her company, finding the only woken beauty of this earth, in this blue night.

Geet was looking up in sky when saw a falling star, she immediately closed her eyes for a wish. She wished to spend entire life in her Maan's arms. She opened them and found him in her embrace laying; resting head on her lap and she shocked,

"Maan.. you here!!!!''

She tried to make him up but he was lying closing his eyes so calmly and gave his plastered smile in return.

"Maan aap jaaiye na what if dadi see us!!'' she was so in hurry and concerned.

"Geet I'm not going anywhere so please let me sleep'

"But Maan Dadi..''

"She is sleeping peacefully and here how her grandson is restless, don't you have any worry for him'' He crossed his arms.

"Restless, but why!!'' She stopped forcing him to go.

"Because you stolen my peace Geet, now be a good girl and let me sleep otherwise I won't tell you about Dadi' He threatened.

"You're threatening me!!!'' She tempered.

He shook head in no, "how can I???' He held her hand and making her hold his cheek, "But you've no other choice na Geet, so I don't need to threat you'' He smirked. Till now Geet had understood no way he would leave so she stopped struggling. Anyway she loved his presence at this time of silence, as she had wished just few minutes before.

"Maan you know how naughty you're'' She stroked in his thick hairs. He opened eyes and looked her, smiled,

"I didn't realized it before, but you know what Geet.. I love to tease you'

She shied, how openly he confessed his heart. But she made face,

"Hmm and your mischief make me in trouble that you don't even bother for, hai na!!'

"But I always be with you to ease your trouble, don't I?'' he kissed her hand.

"So, why aren't you helping me now??''

"And for what I'm not helping you?''

"dadima Maan.. did you forget???''

He sat up. "And that's why I've come here, take this'' He gave her a note.

"What's in it?''

"I have written everything. What Dadi likes in food and what not. You just make her favourites and she will be yours'' he winked.

She happily takes note and read,

"Pasta!! Maan Dadi loves pasta???''

"Ya Geet, she loves it so much. Aage padho na!!'

Geet read further in surprise, "Chocolate moose'', she looked him suspiciously. He chuckled secretly. He had written everything of his favourite only.

"Why you so shocked Geet. She is my Dadima, MSK's Dadi, she likes Italian ' continental foods more than anything. Now keep this note with you and give her surprise tomorrow. I know she will feel good'

"Per Maan I don't know everything how to make them'

"Don't worry Geet, I will give you recipes''

She was satisfied.

"And Geet, don't take stress okay, I'm with you'' He tried to ease her tension. He cupped her face and kissed forehead and it made wonderful effect on her worried mind. She felt relax.

"You should go Maan'

He shook head,

"Please''

He smiled. "Good night jaan' and kissed her cheek softly.

She loved his calling her 'jaan', she smiled. "Good night'

Maan stood up and left. Geet also went back inside and after some times, she slept.
