PART 15

I was on my way home when Dev called me and told me that Sir was not taking calls and he was still in the office. What he wanted to know was that is Sir working on some project? I told him that I would check and inform him.

I was worried, Sir never stayed late and he was always particular in taking calls, even in between meetings he would assign someone to take calls. He believed that if there is be some emergency then anything fatal can happen.

I reached office and rushed to his cabin praying that he was well. I did not find him on his desk and his mobile was sitting in its stand, I found the lights of my side on, I went there and was surprised to find Sir staring at the PC screen, I sighed he must be wondering what the password is? He was so engrossed that he did not notice my arrival, I slowly went near him and as I stood facing the PC I was shocked, he had not only successfully logged in, he had accessed my personal folder also and was now staring at my NOKIA 6600 photographs, his photos from the past.

I did not know what to do. I just stood there numb; I mumbled a short prayer and slowly said, "Sir!"

He turned to look at me and gave me a blank look and then again turned to the screen and again looked at me and said, "These are all my pictures from my past"

I simply nodded

He gave me an accusing look, "You are Brij Handa's sister" he stated

I just nodded

"You are someone from my past"

I nodded

"You have known me very well"

I did not say anything, his eyes were so helpless

"It is not a coincidence that you know all my likes and dislikes"

I did not have courage to say anything

"I have told you everything all those years back"

I nodded

He came near me and for the first time in these days touched me, he held my arms and shook me up, "Geet, I hate you"

I looked at him in disbelief

"I thought you are someone special, why did you not tell me that you are a part of my past" he tightened his grip

I felt as if my life sap has drained

"Like all others you too have known how perfect I was? You are also someone who knows everything about me. I am fed up of all this. I don't want people from my past. Geet I don't want you"

I would have fallen if he would not have been holding me

"Go away from here I don't want you. You have come here with my family's consent"

I did not say anything

"My mother wants me to marry you. This was the whole plan. Tell me Geet, you have come here with this motive. GEET! Tell me"

I felt like crying but I controlled myself. I mustered courage and said, "Ok I will go but after 1 month. Being your secretary I can leave after 1 months notice and you can also not fire me without a month's prior notice. So I will be here till a month"

He looked at me in disbelief, "very smart, OK but only 1 month"

I gathered myself and said, "How did you spy my PC? Who told you the password?"

He looked at me shock evident on his face, "I don't know" and he left confused

My password was difficult and only Sir could have known it. It was MERIJAANMERANOKIA6600 and my folder password was MEANDMYSIRANDMYN6600
