The next day Geet went to her office ... to bid bye to all her colleagues and friends before she could join in Maan's office for she knew he wont leave a chance to have her beside everyday. Life has become a challenge for her, it had always been like that. Tharun warned Geet not to say the truth of her leaving the work to anyone in the office as it was meant to remain a secret. She was about to enter the cabin of Priya ... just then the talks that she'd overheard made her halt. Aman was consoling Priya, telling her it was ok!!! Trying to stop her hiccups she sniffed ... Maine Geet se jhoot kaha Aman, I lied that I lost my sister ... The day she will learn the truth that I was saving my sister at the cost of Geet ... She will break probably, I feel guilty Aman and then she saw was enveloped into his arms for warmth ... she never got such supporting side of him!! Both of them got panicked when they heard the door being closed, they understood a third person heard their talks but they wished it wasn't Geet. They came out to find Geet walking away, damage was done ... Priya followed her till the car parking area and when she successfully caught hold of her, Geet snapped away in anger with sheer hatred ... She tossed on the bed still trying to sleep, everyone seemed to use her brain and guts, she has become a toy, she sighed and stared at the ceiling when her topic of interest changed ... Aman knew everything and he didn't tell her, for Priya it was a matter of her own sister's life and somewhere it was genuine too but what made Aman to chose a friend over lover?? Didn't he care if she would be forced? Or killed? Probably he didn't that was the reason he hadn't called her to explain his side.

Sleep overtook her eyes finally and Geet drifted in a silent world where no more questions haunted her or irritated her. nothing will ever shake her.

In her misery and job Geet had almost neglected her sister ... no one realized she was not home!! She was somewhere else!!

Dev and Nisha cuddled together after straight sex of almost a half day!! Nisha was badly trapped in his love, she loved him like mad no knowing that he was only enjoying with her like he does with other women!! Since few days she was not satisfying him, he was getting bored on the bed ... Probably after a long time she could please him something which she too noticed

She came for the superior position compared to rest of the staff, and now it mattered for she mentally prepared herself not to go back to that job. Tharun made a point to the whole office that Geet's exit from the channel was due to her decision ... everyone thought that the crack of friendship with Priya was the reason for her to leave. Nobody except for Priya and Aman knew the truth while the actual truth was what it appeared. Geet didn't wish to see Priya's face but with Aman, she clearly saw a knotted relation like the thread snapped and she was holding onto it only because she waited for him to talk and explain his side for the support he gave to friend chosing over his love. But she failed that he indeed chose love over friend!!

Ma'am I need all your original certificates!! We would verify and give them soon please submit before you go inside ... A scared pinky said measuring, weighing her words. Geet didn't understand into what pit she was falling into ... Without thinking she gave away all the originals, those certificates which shows how learned the person is!!

Pinky gave a warm smile pinning those sheets in a file ... you may go inside Ma'am she said smiling at Geet. But some kind of fear made her call Geet back, she almost began to shiver,

Mam its your turn ... Geet got up holding the pile of certificates in her hand walking into the cabin, that's when she heard the secretary call her and whisper ... be careful mam Maan sir is very much an animal.

Inside the cabin,

There was a silence for a brief moment. Maan carefully gazed her marks and achievements in those papers. She was a genius, that's what he made out.

He had to act perfectly now, she will have to stay closer to him. no way she had an escape, he closed the file and asked the inevitable and obvious question ... Why change in field when you are blooming as a crime reporter? Geet blinked as her throat got chocked recollecting Priya's lie, she didn't take time to answer him even then her mind almost ceased ... I cant stand people who lie and pretend, its silly ... I am giving up on my career but I know ... I can excel with any kind of work that I am given, her answer left him amazed. It was as if she was speaking like certificates and capabilities. Maan expected everything from Geet except for what she said just then ... Something happened!! She came to spy on him? Or she came because she left the job purposefully? Neither did Maan know nor did Geet ... How the game began!! But it did!!
