yes this case is going on for 20 years but not in 1 court but he was appling in higher & higher court
this should not happen but this is how Indian law work ...
and he is not only one who has suffer like this because here most case take this long (we cant let people go coz they are facing the case for many years )... and because he is sunjay dutt he got bail other wise in such case even bail is not granted ... and he did wrong ... as he say if he was feeling insecure he could have taken a illegal weapon very easily
(may be i am wrong ) ... i am not happy but i am not sad also
