how Doctor came to know about Geet being Mihir's daughter...

I think Mihir and Doctor are friends and he knew all the way that these girls are telling lie...may be they are also not friends...may be when Geet went inside she told Doctor all the truth and because she didn't want to abort so she asked Doctor to tell lie to Khushi that she is no more and went from there to unknown place to save her father's reputation...

where is Geet now...and with Maan's reaction it seems that Maan loved her truely and he would have been ready to support her if she would have told u that...

so it seems they have been thrown out from the school
but geet is no more or so they think
