I remember the first time he had flowers delivered to my place. He was in US and I was in Goa. We were not married then. I lived in a small community where everybody knows everybody and gets into everybody's business. OMG! I was teased so much that day, I was embarrassed as hell and any romantic feelings I was supposed to feel were tossed straight out of the window and I yelled at him over the phone for sending me those flowers and then my sister whacked me hard on my back for yelling, snatched the phone from me and told him the whole story.

He still teases me every time he gets flowers for me, saying that guys usually get yelled for not sending flowers, par meri biwi hain hi ulte dimag wali.😆

Our postman used to tease me whenever I used to receive letters fro my to be husband too and he refused to hand it over to anybody in our house other than me. If I was not available he'd come back the next day to give it to me.😆

Good ole days.😳

In real life, it never does turn out like in movies and serials, but you laugh when you look back.
