Both chapters of Sanayeeka for me so far have had a vauge dreamy quality, as if I am looking at the characters through a diffusion filter.

The Shakespearean sonnet you have used only enhances this dreaminess.

Even as I see this Maan as a fast paced jet-setter, there is this air of vague dissatisfaction in him as if he knows there is something more out there, but to him that something most definitely doesn't amount to marriage. That is perhaps, because he's looking at marriage as another load to carry,or another task to to be added to his already full 'to do list.'

The whole thing remiinds me of a line I once hear somewhere.

'Lekin sab kuch paakar bhi hain mere khaali haath.'

Menmry is such a tricky thing and I'm not at all surprised that he's forgotten Geet. How many of us remember things or people we've met 10 years ago. What we do remember is, perhaps a scent or, an object associated with that person. But his dream proves that she is there in his subconcious waiting for him to rediscover her.

As he comes to Hoshiyarpur the sights and the sounds associated with her, makes his memory recall of her also stronger. Everyhting around him is triggering forgotten memories.

As he walked out of Mohinder's house I couldn't help thinking,

That he is definitely going to meet his destiny, on the very road he's taken to avoid it.

Finally, i am fairly sure that it is Geet you have chosen for Maan, but I still have a vague doubt somewhere, if you are going to pull another Anisha on us.😆

I absolutely loved this dreamy, nostalgia filled update.

You have a wonderful gift of drawing a clear picture for the reader with your words. Hats off Ash.

Waiting eagerly for the next part.😃

oh so beautiful Ash...wow it was just so pretty...

I could feel love in the air and that anticipation of something so breathtaking that even nature conspired to outshone itself to match her beauty...

Starting was a glimpse of his life but his sould has not fogotten his Saneyeeka...she resides in his heart...

I am so glad that even they are destined to meet by elders and she is the girl for him from every angle...but the whole gazebo ting and Maan's enmotions as he walked the memory lae was very well expressed...

Now I am awaiting for her to dance...for him to stand in awe and offcourse Saneyeeka in her hand...
