Finally read it! And I'm glad I didn't read this one in a rush.

I was clucking my tongue when I read about the pessimism in Geet regarding feeling the warmth of his hug. I wanted to tell her that just like she's trown the stone in the water, she should throw her hurt at a mistake Maan did, for which he has already apologised. I know it's easier said than done...

I really really loved the conversation between the mother-daughter. Rano is an anchor for Geet, the one who holds her down and in place when she floats away from her place. Mothers have their way of getting into the child's heart and mind and show them where they're wrong, or where they need guidance. The way Rano put forth comparisons between Geet slapping Aarav and Maan slapping Geet was something that awed me. It made me see a whole new side of the inopportune incident.

True. You only get mad at or raise a hand on someone who you consider yours. And I'm glad Geet feels relieved of the burden now. Sometimes, we need somebody else to voice out what's in our heart. That's exactly Rano did: tell Geet things she already knew at heart. But still, putting them in words in such a wonderful way has a great deal of effect.

The chapter was soothing with the mother trying to make her daughter see the flip side of the coin I such a way. Really loved it! ❤️
