So much is been said about copy right and all. I think its high time that we know what actually copyright is'

If your country is a signatory to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works'and that covers most countries in the world'then your work is protected from the moment you create it in a format that is "perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device."
The act of copying or adapting someone else's work is a breach of copyright. Also any adaptation will be legally regarded as a derived work; so if you simply adapt the work of others, it will still be their work, and they have every right to object. There is nothing to stop you being inspired by the work of others, but when it comes to your own work, start with a blank sheet and do not try to copy what others have done. (these are not my words but from law)
Copy right infringement is when you copy other's ideas, dialogues and scenes.
So here is one big example of copyright violation. Just read tichmg's devil's darkest possession and you will find all the copyright voilation acoording to above law.
First the dialogue from anshra's di devil in love.. "I am burning in my own hell." That has been copied again and again and no way it can be a coincidence or can be names as inspiration.
Then another example are following lines that are direct copy from novel devil desire, where maan takes her to his room to fullfill his lust and also from devil in love where maans doilogues are same

Now my request is that don't jump to me but try to jump on the problem. May be this copy is due to no knowledge about what is copyright. I don't want to insult or pinpoint the writer but as she is famous people can better understand.
I request all the readers to react when they c just things. I always knew about this copy but didn't said anything but after mohita incident I had to or we will lose more writers and also quality of work is going down. you people got neha banned cz os ne kisi aur site se copy ki but she is copying from our own site. yeah or vi vura hui
And all the writers including anshra di react like mohita when ur work is copied bcs by not reacting you are promoting the copyright voilation.
