She did not respond infact stood at the same place lifelessly still lost in her world, in her self fight to know what she wants. Things seemed so complicated now, and they are getting even more tangled around. Its been 10 mins maan was still hoping that geet will come but the moment their eyes met he couldn't take her pain that reflected from her hazels, still he did not want to budge no!! not today he thought!! His loosened grip tightened around her wrist that's when geet came back to her senses. She walked back creating distance between them , that made maan to look at her with anger. Here he gave away his self respect to get her back and she is nowhere to understand his plight. His heart ached seeing her stand that way even after his serious declaration, he pushed his hair back in frustration and left from there deciding to leave everything to geet, be it separation or togetherness!! But then the question hit him back was after all that had happened will he be able to take her back?? Will he able for forgive and forget?? He hit the car with his leg shit!! Why will she come back to me?? Agar aana tha toh aajati mere saath, she only loves her mother not me saying this he sat into the car with hopeful eyes thinking his wife will come. He didn't know till how long he waited for geet to come down and finally after an hour drove away.

Geet fell on the bed closing the window unable to digest the fact of her him waiting for her that way, he did leave but had taken away her every hope of togetherness. She had a battle stopping herself from going out, her heart knows she can feel her love overpowering every other relation. Her mother!! She closed her eyes and buried her head onto the pillow muffling the sobs that escaped her mouth, finally dozed off not sure about the future!!

Her mother watched geet sleeping, its late night and then made a call to varun, she left the room as he picked it up.

Woh koi ladki nahi hai dadima, she is my wife get that ... she is no one to me aur haan aaj ke baad geet ki jikr bhi nahi karenge aap bohut ho gaya hai I cant take this anymore. She is taking you for granted not anymore you will marry someone else that too in a month dadima said raising her hand ... and if you feel ill marry someone else toh aap bhool rahi hoo dadima I love geet and I am not going to do any such thing, this expressions seemed adamant like he meant what he was saying that too in a stage of intoxication. Her heart ached seeing his this condition, he had truly loved geet and here she left him in a stage where he was fight to gather himself back all alone. Never did he think that she will leave him and go away!!

But dadima too had her stand of making maan agree to her!! And he will have to... Nahi maan you will marry someone else I dont want a girl as my bahu who cant even respect her husband and that's it Arzoo ke aane ke pehle hi aap shaadi karenge warna bhool jaye ki aapki koi dadima thi she warned throwing her last weapon at him!! As she knows maan loves her so much probably more than anyone, more than anything!!

I know ki you will leave for you business meet to London that too for a month lekin uske baad aap shaadi karenge maan warna woh hoga jo aap soch bhi nahi sakte ill die ... she held her throat gulping down the fear of loosing her grandson as she knows maan loves geet insanely and like last time he will not recover he will sulk, he will only go into depression.

Nobody knows that this one month will change everything probably more than normal!! Or more than the damage that they had!! Maan just stood listening to his dadima not have the courage to speak out his mind as he knew she was damn serious with every single word that was coming out from her mouth.

Next day morning geet woke and held her head that was aching badly with the after affects of the sleeping pills, but before she could get up and do something she received a tight slap across her cheek. She stood up to see her mother all ready to hit her again why didn't you come back home the other night?? She question!! Rano was waiting for geet to wake up since a day, unaware that her daughter was relying on sleeping pills to catch sleep. While geet was all numb to revert or even to speak something, she just stared at her mother with blank expressions.

Getting no answer rano irritatingly repeated her words Aise kya dekh rahi ho geet?? jawab do mujhe why didn't you come back last night?? Maan was not in a state to do anything itna pee chuka tha ki she paused not speak anything inappropriate, prem smirked understanding his mother's plight that was reason she is a politician she knows what to do how to do!! If she would speak against maan then for defo geet will go against her mother and then he heard her start ranting... tum toh hosh mein thi na?? Why didn't you come home?? What happened between you both last night?? Rano asked shaking geet, who was nowhere to respond. Her mother's interference was something geet was not liking it!! Already her giving in and things going wrong were hitting her and now her continuous rantings were irking her, she lost her patience when rano repeated her question What happened between you both last night?? Did you sleep with him?? That was it geet has lost her patience unable to take the way her mother was accusing her relationship with her husband

Haan so gayi main... She yelled ... kyun kuch galat kiya maine?? Jab aap apni pati se saath so sakti hai toh main kyun nahi!! With that rano's hand rose back to hit geet and this time prem held it in the mid ... Agar yeh aapki beti hai toh meri behen bhi hai mom bohut ho gaya hai leave!! He screamed scaring his mother. Rano knew prem would never get angry but if he is then its too serious. She didn't want to be rude to him as she understands his feelings towards her!! Hatred!! A pure hatred!!

Yeh tumhari behen hai toh isse kehte kyun nahi ki jo woh kar rahi hai sab galat hai?? Rano asked yet in a low tone with her calm self and then she heard a mocking smile of her son. Her eyes turned teary looking at him talk to her after ages!!

Jaanta hoon ki yeh meri behen hai aur main iss liye isse aapke jaise khud ki jindagi barbaad nahi hone dena chahta mom!! Of all the words he spoke the only word registered in her mind was Mom!! Which he called her after almost fifteen years!!
