At thirteen years of age I never had this understanding or wisdom niti. In that way I am proud of you. I was not sure of posting it here since I felt this might not be welcome here. However due to someone's insistence I had posted it here to convey something and if even one person's POV is effected, that is a true reward to whatever I wrote.
In India we give capital punishment to rarest of rare cases or so we say. But we have this disease of making an issue of capital punishment and deviating from the main topic: punishment to those bas***ds.
