The Downpour... Part 5

Asha was damn angry but more she was tensed with some reasons. She intentionally did not have taken Geet call and when reached home she wanted to blast on Geet but controlled. Geet who was very scared with the terms happened, rushed to her. She feared what would be Asha's reaction.

"Ash.. I'm sorry!! '

Geet was hesitated but she expected Asha to understand her but she avoided Geet and went to sleep right away. Geet felt affront with her behavior but she thought to talk her tomorrow morning.

In morning Geet tried to talk her but again Asha gave her silent treatment. She was very angry which Geet could guess yet she wanted to clear this matter as soon could be done. As she saw Asha was getting ready for office and opened door to rush out, she hastened and blocked her way.

One min Ash'

"Why you're doing this Geet!!'

Finally Asha shouted in frustration.

"Whatever you wanted to do with me Geet already have done!!!! Now please leave me.. let me go!!!'

"Once listen to me Asha you can't go without having your breakfast''

"Why are you trying to show that you care for me haan!!! '

"Because I do Asha really do!!

But I don't think so. Have you ever had thought for me Geet, you wouldn't have escaped from there.. At least not without telling me. You know what happened when sir did not get you!!! They questioned me Geet they shouted on me saying I am not responsible staff there!!!! You can't even imagine how it feels when you are insulted in front of whole office that too without any fault. It was me who had recommended you there.. Without any major interview process you have been selected directly for this position and what you did!!!!... just forget it.. Let me go yaar''

She showed very disappointed mood and walked to go when Geet held her hand.

"I am really sorry Ash but you don't know the reason why I did that!! You don't know Asha that he was the same man who had been stalking me last year. You know him very well!!

"What!!!! Are you gone mad Geet!!!! ''

Asha mocked her. She was not ready to accept what Geet said about Maan. "How can he Geet.. He is a Millionaire not any RoadChap that would follow you .. you are really stupid Geet..Please don't make excuse if you don't want to work here..!!!'

Geet felt hurt but she did not want to lengthen this matter. "Asha, I really did not know this much happened because of me. Whatever you'll say I am ready to do for you but please forgive me!!'

"Aer you really ready to do anything for me??'

Geet nodded genuinely.

"Then accept this job Geet!!!'

Geet face dulled its color. Not in her dream she could work with the man who had been not less than any nightmare for her. She denied, pleaded Asha not to ask for this but Asha was adamant. She compelled Geet and finally Geet had to agree on her but she kept her condition that she would work there only for few days until they get any other suitable candidate for this post and after she will not force her to do this job. Asha agreed.

Both reached office together.

"Geet you wait here. I go and see where is Adi sir'

Geet nodded and had her seat in waiting area. Her heart was beating rapidly and she was badly sweating in anticipation.

"Geet please remove that fear from your mind. Maan Sir is very nice guy I am sure; you're mistaking him with someone else!!'

Geet did not argue further. She knew she had to face everything alone also she could not make anyone understand what her heart and mind were going through.. She just prayed Babaji to give her courage to face Maan. With thudding heart she was waiting when Adi appeared and informed her to follow him.

Geet steps were forceful. She was feeling like having pain of tons weight on her body that it was so difficult to proceed her walk but unwillingly, she reached to the destination where on next side, a devil was waiting for her.

"Miss Geet, you go inside, Maan sir is waiting for you''

Adi spoke politely. He looked her for few seconds but she did not move. Adi observed her nervousness. On first look he started to have warm affection toward her for her simplicity and innocence which was natural on her face.

"Please, don't be nervous, everything will be alright. Maan sir is very nice'

He tried to ease her tension. Geet looked him and became embarrassed. She gave her plastered smile and nodded "Thank you Sir'

Adi knocked door and after getting answer from inside he pushed door slightly and let Geet go inside.

The tiny-miny valour she had gathered in her little heart, flew away in thin air looking him in front of her and she gasped in terror. She could not take any step ahead and been stood there as statue.

Maan looked up just to find her stood on door with wide eyes and blood-dried face. Geet breathing stopped. She was having fear of him to assault on her. His chair moved a little and her heart stopped beating. She took back step in fright. Her mind was alarming her to find any way to run out, if he tries to come near. She looked around, got a fast tour of room from eyes but found no way out except the door on her back which was closed.

Maan was staring her with blank face. Seemed he was expecting something from her and she was not fulfilling his wish. He stood up at once and Geet speedily turned and started to try to open the door but it was not opening and she found.. It was locked!!!!

And she turned and found Maan was.. just a few inches away from her'

Precap : "Why she was crying!!!!! Why!!!'' Maan mind was not abke to cope with the moves he was doing..
