i am confused did GC have an affair with DD during Geet shoot? For many sources tell me that something was cooking between. But then GC is supposedly to be happily married with Debina and DD is supposedly very close to Neeraj khemka

There is nothing between them except for friendship. There are,professional actors and I'm sure they know that.
