may be its forbidden fruit and its on fire like may be geet si like forbidden fruit and maan will make her burn in desire and initiate a fire in her hence there si a fire in apple

this love story is realy unique ...
waiting for story to unfold more ...
when maan said strip ... I was like omg... what is saying but thank god it was for dancer ...
but my happiness was short lived when he again asked geet to strip in his room ...
he is realy unpredictable devil ..

waiting to read more soon and as faras that pic is considered i believe that

Apple is considered to be the "forbidden fruit" and there is fire beneath it reflecting it to be forbidden fire!!!

It was a very nice chp. God! This guy is going to raise Geet's BP one of these day's!😡😆 Anyway, I wonder what Geet is going to do now. Looking forward to the next chp and thanks for the PM.

I think that the apple signifies Geet and the fire would be Maan so basically she's burning in the depth of his passion,love, obsession and all the other crazy feelings he has for her.
