what a sweet sweet update...
loved Geet's monolgue where she is trying to understand how much she has changed. But she is right. When her first priority is ehr parents it will be foolish to expect to become his first priority. I would rather say even when he will become her first priority, so will be his family. You can ask you spouse to understand you and compromise in a way not even can you ask your immediate family. Some may say it is taken for granted, but till it is not harassing I would say it is expression of intimacy and dependency on each other...an expression of importance and transperancy with a husband-wife share.
their talks were sweet...Maan apolgising in his guilt, she asking him for tooth paste...so realistic
last part was mushy but is so real again. How can she enjoy her dessert when he is having milk and biscuits for dinner...is she sure he is not his first priority already...teh rishta hi aisa hota hai
U know I love Kadhi and my hubby is not at all fond of it. So now I make it only in lunch when he is not around. It is not that he will not eat it or crib abt it...but then the mere fact that he will compromise makes me think - are yaar he only has lunch on weekends...at least that day I should amke what he likes...bas aisa hi ho jata hai. Husband or wife doesn't have to ask all the time, it just happens...maybe because it is not truly a compromise, just a little adjustment...
