sammy when they first met it was the scene shot for markalam movie after his accident and he's paralyzed, then as per his wish saran directed that movie and convinced shalini for that movie as she was abt to quit acting for her studies, then ajith called her talked with her...both of them convinced her, then when the shot was taken it was lie she has 2 cut her wrist to feel the pain since he was wounded, and by mistake she slit her wrist for real and then boom... he saw her pain yet she continued acting and from there he started to lobe her and told her pretty soon😆
