He limped & reached t outside of t glass door ..from where he could see her ..she looked restlessly probably in pain.. bandage on her forehead.. otherwise she looked perfectly fine...but the sight.. itself made his whole world still.. a slight sight of twitch on her face with pain...made him feel as if his world came crashing down with no sound. Like it was not just hurt.. his heart fell apart seeing her in pain. Every second that passed seeing her unconscious felt like hours all his emotions multiplying. .. he stood there still!!!.. not realizing the only thing that could bring her back from the darkest corner was only him.
When he couldn't take it anymore seeing her flinch slightly.. inspite of drs refusing he just went in. he slowly limped & reached beside her. He took her petite hand in his & raised.. then decided to lean closer instead. He kissed them dearly as tears poured. The only reason he ever feared any relation was the pain that comes with it. Any pain, the pain seeing them in pain, the pain of refusal, the pain of betrayal, the pain of fear of something happening to them, the unknown pain itself.
Her reaction was spontaneous to his touch. She began to breath normal, lashes fluttered to see the sight around which her life lingered. His hands immediately caresed her forehead, his lips blessed them with his love followed her dream.. a sweet kiss on her lifeless lips with words that echoed into her soul.. I love u Geet. I love u. anke kholo Geet .. he kissed her eyes between the sobs & words.. I love u Geet. I love u a lot. I can't live with out u. his kisses became crazy seeing her slightly opening the eyes & gaping at him in awe. It was her dream.. her dream to hear those words probably even before she started dreaming. She had imagined .. fancied him saying this to her. But his reality she couldn't even accept it as her dream now. She struggled with her breath & turned to look away.
His heart sunk.. pushed to a miserable rejection of his love, alas he couldn't even cry, because part of him was rejoicing seeing her conscious. A contradicting emotions swooned him. He had to flutter his lashes couple of times to stop those tears from brimming infront of his world.
Next couple weeks was spend in each others arms. He didn't let her go away even for a min. He spent the whole day taking care of her & putting up with her indifference. Something he never understood that how can her eyes & lips contradict so much. Every time she said she hates him, her eyes screamed otherwise louder. He felt himself so helpless in her love. He began even love her refusal.
Geet was still not able to come in terms with her love for him after all wat she has gone through.
There was another similar incident. Some one had accused Maan of molesting her. Geet looked at Maan in disbelieve. Maan was used to such allegations. He was used to such cases by now. He never paid attention to them. Another reason he hated this fame & position. He stopped interacting with his fans after couple of such incidents in past.
But this case was quiet simple. He was with his darling wife back at home. When he came back .. he saw Geet packing her bags & leaving.

she thought wat mockery of reality. Even if she wanted she couldn't have left him.
Maan realized it was probably because of this case stuff ' lekin jaan all that is baseless.

Maan tried his best to explain it to her like his life depended on her believing him. The Maan Singh Khurana who cares a dam abt any one or anything was trying hard to make his wife believe the truth, when the truth was herself. She walked out not wanting to believe. The anger, wrath, the pain she had in her surfaced learning someone else suffered a similar pain because of the same monster. & this time she was not going to let her hopelessly love sicken heart to over take her. & she knew the best solution would be away from him. Beyond her own will she dragged herself out. She boarded the first flight to mumbai. Maan couldn't follow her to mumbai due to the court proceedings.
As the case was brought to the court Maans lawyer pleaded guilty like always with his witnesses & this time the key witness being Geet. Maan knew her.. no actually it would be right to say he believed wat ever be her anger on him.. she would be there for him.. & hell broke lose when she refused him being with her that night. Every one was taken a back, Daadi, handa family, lawyers judge himself.
The shame that followed to both the families was souring their new formed relation. Maans first reaction was like a love stuck puppy. He broke down completely. Daadi yelled at Geet & questioned handa family for her reason to betray her own husband.
Geet had to face millions of questions at home from her parents. The only person who stood by her was Brij. He knew she was right & that Maan Singh Khuaran deserved to sulk in hell.
Geet looked herself in her room in her dads house. Maans love filled eyes haunted her, conscious pricking within. She wondered wat god wants from her.. wat was her mistake.. she loved him.. but then this beautiful feeling was given to her by god himself. Why was god never there to save her from him that horrible night & how can god let him marry her!! yes she only wished for him, his love.. in all her prayers but not like this. Her inside churned when her pregnancy result came positive, another plan of God!! fate.
Oh she danced.. she jumped.. & then slowly jumped.. her excitement had no bound. The next moment she wanted to be in his arms tell him abt their love in her. She ran out of the Handa Mansion like a crazy. Only to face the angered dark eyes.
The side of his she had never seen. Those pairs filled with repulsion, anger, wrath.. unimaginable. She glared at them with her twinkling ones. For a moment she was awed by the instant effect of her on him.. seeing those eyes soften instantly. & then his eyes were not mirror of his soul anymore nor was hers. She turned away in hat-redness & he pulled her elbow with a jerk.

he scanned the surrounding & took her in forcefully, closing the door behind. Geets parents got up to welcome him but his demeanor made them stop at their track.

Maan was frustrated, & anger had blinded him. The reality that came infront of him in last couple weeks was painful & hurting. Initially he was angered.. but then a pain he began to feel was impeccable. How could Geet try to harm him, why would she sell their tune, & that accident.. dammit she could have died. Arrr.. it was all very confusing!!! every incident played back in his mind. But why... his anger rose to new level with his helplessness. Why was her eyes deceiving him. Even now when their eyes met for that brief moment... it seemed like she had the whole happiness of the world in her little arms longing for him.
But today he wanted the answer to all.. answer to all his questions.. all his whys
