Part 30

"Bye Geet'' Maan said her, while she was smiling, was happy with total event of day. It was amazing. Her dream came true. Maan held her hand, kissed its back. She looked him then down, shivered. His touch made her insane, was tough to control her over flowing desires. "I should go. Bauji will be waiting'' she said and got down. He watched her till, she reaches to her door and when she turned back, looked him. He smiled and drove. She waved her hand till his car vanishes in darkness. She rung bell.

"Welcome my dear friend!!'' Geet shocked to hear Pinky. She watched her red face, like flames were burning inside and now, it was ready to explode. Geet gulped her saliva.

"Pinky !'' she called her.

"Khana toh khaa ke hi aayi hogi ?'' Pinky didn't let her speak, turned and went in kitchen to wrapping everything up.

"Pinky I'm sorry wo.. ''

"Geet I'm feeling sleepy. And mujhe tujhse koi baat nahi karni hai'' she went to room. Geet followed her, pouting, praying "Bachaa lena Babaji.. please aaj ke liye'' she entered and saw her sleeping on bed making big face. She silently went to her and stood near her. "Pinky my baby I'm sorry na. Tujhe chochlate du. Khaayegi''

"Geet don't act innocent okay. I'll not going to forgive you easily. You have hurt me today''

Geet sat near her, caressed her hair. "Pinky I'm really sorry. But everything happened so fast I could not tell you anything . Really , otherwise you know na, can I hide anything from you, hm!''

Pinky sat up, looked her. "But you didnt tell me about Maan, Geet. You should have told me at least, You know how much I love you, care for you. But you didnt tell me anything, not even, where you were. You know how much uncle was worry for you. At least you could have informed me !''

"I know I did mistake. But it was not planned Pinky and in my craziness, I forgot everything. I'm really sorry Pinky'' Geet stood up, went near open window. "Pinky, you know how I had been waiting for this day, from how long I wanted to get a small chance to see Maan, how much I had been loving him. And when he confessed, I just forgot everything, everything faded like I was, alone in this world. Everything didn't matter to me those time and I forgot my every responsibilities. Responsibly of being a daughter, of a friend. But I know I was wrong, should not have done. I really sorry Pinky please forgive me''

"Maan confessed?? Really !!!'' Pinky shouted, jumped from bed. "Oyee kya kah rahi hai, sachhi kya?? Maan said he loves you? Omg Geet and you are telling me now !!!!!''

"shant hoja Pink ase kud mat. You know how healthy you are!! floor tut jaayegi'' she chuckled while Pinky made her puffy face.

"You are so so so bad Geet. Here how happy I'm for you and you, are making fun of me. Nahi bolti tujhse''

"Aww maine kaha mazak kiya tera. I only said you look so cute na, golu molu si , my darling Pink!! achha now be serious, kaan pakarke sorry''

"aise nahi. I will take treat from you'' Pinky spoke, crossing hands across chest, making baby angry face.

"Okay done, kal pakka. By the way, dont you wanna listen what happened hm!!''

"Haa, jaana hai na. Bolna Geet, puri baat bata''

They both settled on bed, facing ceiling. Geet, had millions of things to tell, to say and when Pinky slept, she didnt realize. She was lost in her prince charming love land.

Next day, Geet reaches office all happy and crispy. Maan thought made her mood cloud like light and her heart was flying like a free bird. She was there, as usaul before time to think, Maan defenitly would be there but, he was not. She made face "Where is he?'' she selltles in her cabin. Again and again her mind was roaming toward him and her eyes, toward his cabin. It passed almost a hour and almost whole office, fillied with its employess but Maan was still not there. "Abhi tak kyu nahi aaye Maan?'' she started worrying. She almost had dilled ten times, Maan number but his phone was switched off. Geet was walking restless when found, Adi was coming to her direction only. Before he could reach Geet runs to him.

"Adi sir!!'' she called, almost made Adi jump in sudden.

"Geet, aaram se '' Adi had to almost held his thudding heart.

"Sorry!! Wo actually Adi .. where is Maan.. I mean Maan sir'' She was looking here and there to hide her restlessness. Adi smiled, knowing her worry.

"Geet dont worry, Maan sir has gone for a meeting to next town. He will be here till evening okay!''

Geet nodded, found little peace. "May be, that's why his phone is switched off'' She thought. She came back to her chair, tried to divert mind in work. Was succeeding to a extend when her phone rung. She took, without seeing who is it.

"Geet!!! where are you? ''

"Pinky!! '' Geet startled with her yell.

"Haa mai.. when are you coming here? You had promised me for treat''

"Haa baba coming. Lunch time toh hone de''

"Nahi abhi!!'' Pinky was adamant.

"Okay Pink abhi! Bas! I'm coming'' Geet shook her head on her baby friend. She once again called Maan but it was still switched off. She stood up, came out. Informed Adi that she will be back in a hour and left for the place, where Pinky had called. Without Maan, her mood was falling down. She was missing him like hell. Somehow, she managed her slipping mood and reached to restaurant. She was looking for Pinky. Pinky waved her hand from far. "Geet!! here'' she shouted.

"Iski chillane ki aadat kab jaayegi'' Geet thought and headed there. She was walking , focusing Pinky and then, collided to someone.

"Oh I'm sorry!!'' Geet spoke balancing herself. The girl, she had collided to, looked her up to down then smirked. She doesn't replied but passed from there, giving a strange look to Geet.

"Ajeeb larki thi'' Geet thought and left to Pinky, when found, Pinky was no where. She was missing...
