I swear, this snarktastic duo...they're crazy and I love it! The way he takes off his blazer and tie - and I thought Geet was the only one ready to have it all out today! But Geet gets what Geet wants and there's no way Maan can escape this time (Muahahahaha). I love the lazy douchiness with which he says that he should thank Yash 😆 He's one of those love to hate, hate to love kinda guys for me.
No fair, Fozia! You cannot flirt with the Dev-Maan (Daan? Mev?) bromance without fruition! I think those two are my One True Love of this story, lol. I can just feel it...after all these years apart, all the spite and reminiscence and fake hatred and real jealousy, these two will be reunited forever more. A classic love story ❤️ I will be the first one there with the mithai of your choice (yes, yes, barfi, I gotcha ;) ).
Oh Sasha... :(
Don't think I picked up on her father's tragic death the first time I read this.
Tum itna jo muskura rahe ho, kya gham hai jisko chhupa rahe ho?
Really, my heart goes out to this fierce woman. But not in a pitying way - she would hate that, I'm sure - but in a 'I want to see you win and be happy and rub it in everyone's face that you're the Queen' kind of way. Even in the short appearance of hers, you managed to thread together so much and so beautifully. Sasha's pain, her nostalgia, her irritation and her frustration...I know she wants Dev to leave her alone but I wonder how she would have felt if he really did give her the space she wants?
Another beautiful, crazy and brilliant chapter, Foz, and further proof that you are one of The Greatest Writers of our Time.
Oh, and I forgot! I worked out what kind of witch Pammi is...she's the loud, overconfident cackler - so sure is she that she will succeed in her evil master plan that she tells the victim she's tied to a chair exactly what she intends to do, only to have the victim turn around and pow-wow her ass 😆
