I don't find it bit emotional but I find it height of stupidity, stubbornness, show off...

first of all doctor is saying that she can be saved by proper medication but this type of carelessness is pushing her towards death...so it means she is not totally going to die...so what is the use of this drama...she can tell Maan and then start medication then there may have been no suffering...no pain... and she can be cured...

but because of her this stupid decision all are suffering...Maan, Jannat, RK, Madhu...and above all who is RK after all for her...just a friend... is he more important and loved one for Geet than Maan...she can share her pain and disease with RK but not Maan...why...

and if she is going to die in the end then also is it not good that she should spend her last days with her family...at least whatever time she has she can give her love to her daughter...her daughter can cherish all memories whole life...Maan can take her for treatment...atleast after death he will not suffer in pain that he can't able to do anything for his love...or if they don't know about her disease then also they will suffer in pain thinking of her betrayal...when Jannat will be grown up she will feel shame that her mother betrayed her father's love...

what kind of friends Madhu and RK are...do they have any brain at all... may be she must have taken promise but that promise is bigger than the pain her family is getting...
