PART 27

Dadi went to maan. She knew he was with geet. She knew how relieved he was knowing geet was pure.. she had no dark past.. how I would able to tell him.. how ?? Bahgwaan please give me strength to open my mouth in front my son.. please '' she begged and knocked door.

"maan bete'' dadi called .. "maan hum aapka niche wait kar rahe hai '' she left knowing his son has stealing his precious moment form life .. how would she take away this little happiness from him knowing what would ahead, what destiny has written for him and that innocent girl.. dadi heart wrenched .. she covered her mouth from palm stopping her sobs and waited for maan in her room..

Maaneet broke their hug. Dadi call brought them on earth. Maan looked her. Geet was total flushed and shied. Her smile was shaking still she could not stop smiling on her fate.. she loved her fate giving her maan. "geet mai aata hu '' maan said cupping her face. She looked him. She dint want him to go. But she had to " she nodded. Maan left

"ji dadi ..you called me ??'' maan asked. " haa beta.. '' she was turning from him but maan felt her shaking sound. " kya hua dadi '' he asked worrying. " kuch nahi beta.. wo humari tabiyat thik nahi .. hum yaha se jana chahte hai ''

maan touched her forehead. "what happened dadi ?? '' he panicked seeing his dadi so fagged.. " kuch nahi hua hume maan.. aap bas yaha se chaliye .. ''

'per kyu dadi ?? abhi to aap khush thi yaha.. rukiye mai geet ko bulata hu ..wo aapko medicines de degi '' he was going to leave..

"maan please.. beta hume kuch nahi hua.. aap yahi rukiye ..i want to talk to you.'' maan sensed something serious. "kya hua dadi .. why are you tensed??? ''

"maan geet se aapki shadi nahi ho sakti '' dadi said Stern

"matlab ??'' he dint capture what she said

"maan aap geet se shadi nahi kar sakte '' she said loud..

"maan was blank .. he still dint understand what about dadi saying.. not in his worst dream he could think leaving geet ..when she had became reason of his single breath.. he stood numb when dadi shook him .. '' maan are you listening.. geet se aapki shadi nahi hogi... kabhi nahi .. ab chaliye yaha se..'' she tried to be strict but God knew how she was breaking inside

maan looked her try to get her words..is dadi saying I cant marry geet?? per kyu ?? " kyu dadi??'' he said calmly thinking seemed dadi said something by mistake.

" ye hum aapko nahi bata sakte maan'' she turned

"kyu nahi '' he said stern now understanding real meaning of her words. He waited her to reply but she dint. "dadimaa'' his braking sound fell in dadi ear making her pierced .. "please boliye dadi ..'' he was verge of burst.. "please dadi''

dadi could not take more .. she turned and tell him everything what mohindar told.. maan was listening everything... Everything like he was living all her pain..geet's pain. She ended.. but maan was not shook.. he was still relieved thinking this cant be reason for not marrying geet.. "dadi in sab me geet ka kya dosh.. mai geet se shadi kyu nahi kar sakta ..''

"man humari baat samjhne ki koshish kijiye.. please ..'' she dint tell him main reason yet, as was terrified how would he react..she wanted to give him some time to over come these little information first..

"nahi dadi I dont want to understand anything.. you or any theses reasons cant stop me to making her mine.. mai geet se hi shadi karunga" saying he was leaving when dadi shouted ...

"Geet apni yaadaast (memory) kho chuki hai maan.. Bhul chuki hai sab kuch ''

maan step rooted on place.. his mind froze.. his heart stopped .. only his eyes were giving his turmoil a shape.. shape of colorless drops.. which fell down making its own way to earth.. he was not thinking.. not moving .. not living..nor dieing... nothing was happening inside him.. he was perforated

dadi was waiting for his reaction but it never came.. "maan beta '' she called. Again waited for him but again her wish did not granted. He was at same place ' after several calls from dadi, he came back in sense.He knew she was waiting for something , which for the first time he could not give.. he could not give her , his denial for this marriage.. he never could. He closed his eyes. Geet reflection appeared in his mind. He was not able to think , taking any decision so he decided to ask his mind. he asked his own mind .." please tell me can i leave geet ??

'his mind did not answered.. it projected a face.. a face of a girl who was giggling in rain when they first met.. how she made him irritate with her useless talk . slide changed.. now that girl locked him in room.. and shouting from outside. he smiled in tears.. he felt alive. Now again his mind showed him her antics with reporters.. then her dance.. then she kidnapped and her tears.. "NO... '' his heart cried..begged to mind dont show me those tears of hers..i cant bear..please. His mind laughed.. " you cant bear her tears in your dream .. how would you give her tears for whole life .. and more then her it will tear you..you maan.. you cant leave her .. kuch bhi ho.. you cant live without her .. never ''

he smiled with his new realization.. he was satisfied.. he opened his eyes and said " dadimaa ' mujhe koi fark nahi parta.. mai geet se shadi karunga'' saying he left leaving a stunned dadi and a speechless father behind..

Maan was driving. Driving fast to reach her. He wanted to see her, embrace her, love her to the core. How would anyone think he would leave her.. if it possible to leave your life for a second without die.. then it is possible to leave geet for me. He stopped at her collage gate. He jumped from jeep to reach her as soon as.. his life was sinking .. drowning strangely without her.. he scanned whole campus .. could not find her.. he wanted to cry.. his heart was already started weeping. He run inside, everywhere .. he wanted to scream .. roar.. scaring whole world to make him helpless .. just one glimpse of her could make him calm and God is not giving this peace also.. "what I do ..kaha jaau mai.. geet ..ohh !! geet where are you jaan.. please call me.. I want to be in your secure arm.. please.. '' he closed his eyes not bearing his state.. and then he heard her.. her giggle. He smiled.. his body calmed.. he opened his eyes.. looked his life.. his geet.. his jaan. Everything stopped around him. She was standing with her friends. He stepped her lost. He wanted to touch her dupatta.. wanted to be in shadow of her Daman.. wanted to hold it like a child... who holds his mother daman fearing her mother .. his most precious treasure would lost in this cruel world..

he stopped behind her.. smiling .. stood there holding corner of her dupatta.. feeling her warmth.. with closed eyes. Sudden he felt again insecure. Her dupatta slipped from his palm. He feared. He opened his eyes and saw she was going.. he followed her. She went and stooped near water tank.. he stopped also. She drank water and turned.. saw him. "maan'' she jumped in joy and hugged. he found her .. he found her warmth .. her presence again. Now his life would be complete ..happy.. secure .. he was sure..
