Did you watch when Annie and Arjun worked together and Arjun slowly realised his love? Well, after a lot of indirect convincing on Annie's part, Arjun accepted that he loved her at the time of Holi. Much wasn't shown ob them after Geet left KM. Only that Dev had heard them both talking and came to know that they loved each other. When Maan and Geet came back, the bankruptcy track started and Maan asked Adi where Annie was. Adi told that Arjun took he to US before they became bankrupt. That was the last of them in the show.

CVs became magicians & vanished them in thin air...actually while returning from Amritsar Maan & we learnt that Arjun shifted to US & took Annie with him
