Geet looked at him with loathe...she slowly freed herself from him

(U remember the MSK on that car 5 months ago...on the way of maandir to marriage registration office??...if u do...then u wouldn't dare to stand in front of me...saying that u'r my husband...u can do anything with u'r money and brain...but u can never make me show any emotion for u...!cause I can never forgive u 'sir'...)

Complete silence played in the room...both of them were standing there so close...but their expressions show clearly that they are very far from each other's heart...one is desperate to reduce the distance but the other one is adamant of going away...

Maan stood rooted at the place...looking at geet...his face had an unknown emotion...geet left the place immediately...went to her room and closed the door...

but maan didn't move a bit...

He slowly took out his wallet from his pocket and fished out a letter...he sat on the couch and started caressing the peper with love.

It was his geet's only letter written to him.

He called someone and ordered her to fetch some dresses for geet...

There is still so much to do to make her fall for him...and he won't give up no matter what...

(sorry but u have to wait a little...as i am more focused on the past)

Past

On that evening...

Geet was studing in the liabrary of the KM...it was huge...and quiet...and moreover she needed some distraction to forget the morning incident...

She was engrossed in her studies...suddenly the door banged open and maan entered with rage...he marched towards her and pulled her up from the chair...and threw her on the floor...

Geet was dumbstruck...what the hell just happened...she sat on the floor and kept looking at him shocked...and afraid...

Sam entered...she was fuming at geet...geet looked at sam...she was confused...afraid...and hurt...

''you Bitch...!!...do take ki bhikhari... Teri himmat kaise hui ki tu daadima ko aapni jaal mein phasaya...???''sam screamed.

Geet's eyes widen in shock...!no one has ever talked to her like that...!!!

Maan said,''Saavitri devi khurrana has spent 4 lacks already on u...expensive dresses,shoes,bags,and jwellary...she had never done that for any stranger...then what happened to her so suddenly???...''

''...And she has transferred all the property on u'r name miss.Geet...!!!''

Geet's eyes widen in shock...!she has to ask daadima...why did she do that...???there is no reason for this step...!...then why...???

''...this property is supposed to be mine...!!!...and she also added that miss. Geet couldn't transfer the property in Maan Singh Khurrana's name unless she marry's him...Now tell me what the hell do u want me to do to u...????...TELL ME!!!!...DAMMITT!!!'' maan kicked the large vase...

...Maan threw some bundles of note in her face...''how much do u want to get lost from me and my family.

sam said...''oh! maan! Ye kya kar rahe ho...! Ye to kaam paregi na...!...isse to aur chahiye...issi liye to daadima ko phasaya...''

Geet was numb...she suddenly started to realize daadima's plan...but she was confuse on one thing...why me...???

Her head dipped in shame realizing what these two think of her...a gold digger...! she was crying...she had never felt this humiliated in her life!

She got up from floor...went to maan slowly...she stood in front of maan...dipped her head down...and held her ears with her fist...she was crying...she didn't dare to face any of them...she then took a paper and wrote something in it...

Maan was looking at her with great concentration...her reactions...no way she was acting it out...she might be innocent...she seems like that...it's true he had started feeling something for her...and that was only admiration...but the situation forced him to think negative about her...

Geet gave the paper to him...he took it...and geet went away crying...sam goes close to him and peeped in to read the letter.

''i truly didn't know that my presence could create such damage in u'r life...sir i appreciate the struggle that u've been through and i am very sorry to cause u pain...believe me it was unconsciously done...i could never think of anything bad about u'r family...yes it is true that daadima had given many things to me...but believe me i've never accepted any of them except her love...it's true sir that i am an orphan...and the only thing i've ever craved for is a family...not wealth...and Saavitri Deviji provided me with the love i had missed all my life badly...yes it's her fault...but i will not blame her...i think somehow i'm guilty too...i shouldn't have let our relation go this deep...but i know that...yes i know that she is an emotional women...and that's why i don't blame her...but the truth is sir i can't marry u also...i am in love with another person...and we r supposed to be married very soon...if there is any possibilities which can cancel this marriage...and the property will be transferred to u'r name...then i will be more than happy to help u...but if this marriage is mandatory and if u promise me a secret marriage and immediate separation then i am ready for it...cause i can not tolerate the fact that people calling me a gold digger...

I may be a poverty stricken orphan...but i am not that poor to sell my self respect and morals.''

Maan finished reading and sat on a chair...he was in deep thought...is this girl really innocent...???he was confused...

And here sam finished reading she was looking at maan ...his expression hinted her that their 3 years of 'deep' relation has gone to drain...there is enough possibilities for maan to fall for her...and she can never let that happen...she has come so close to her aim...and now no way in this world she can let her glamorous future go away from her...

There is no time for ear poisoning...now she has to take the ultimate step to reach her goal...

Maan got up and left to talk to geet...

Sam dialed someone...''hello...!aaj raat meri ghar mein aa sakte ho...?we have something serious to discuss...there's a situation...plz...i'll see u at my house...sharp 10...''

Geet was sitting beside the fountain...she was continuously wiping her eyes...she is a simple innocent girl...with simple dreams...and simple life...but these 3 days have shown her what reality means...life is not easy...and it's not a bed of roses...it's clear to her now.

She simply couldn't tolerate anyone accusing her about hankering after money...she is naive...but she knows the difference between good and bad...and that's why to protect herself from further accusations she had to lie about her being in love and getting married soon..(which we know is true...but not her).

She was feeling so low about herself...she curled up in a sitting position and dipped her head on her knees...

Maan saw her beside the fountain...he went to her and tapped her shoulder...she looked up...

Her eyes were red...swollen...her face grew pink...and looked at him scared...her afraid puppy face made maan more guilty...

''...ahem...ahem...the will is not done yet...our family lawyer has informed me secretly...''saying this he sat beside her...geet immediately slided far away from her...he looked at her questioningly...but he kept quiet...

''I have a plan...we will get married in a mandir...don't worry...it will be a fake marriage...daadima won't know...after that , u will transfer...or make daadima transfer the property in my name...u will get good amount for that...but i dont want anybody to know about it...iss mein dev aur tumhari bhi faida hain...''

Geet looked at her shocked...how did he know dev's name...maan sensed that ...''i have hired a detective for u'r info...i know that dev's gonna propose u soon.''

Geet simply got up and left...maan expected she would react to his words...but she didn't...she just left to her room...he looked at her descending form...he was feeling something...maybe sad...maybe guilty...or maybe both...cause those emotions never tantalized him like this...

Geet went to her room and started packing...this palace is like a hell to her now...every single person here is manipulative...she must demand an answer to daadima...when she comes from party.

But even if she wanted to...she couldn't leave this disgusting place...till everything is back to normal...she has to stay here...

geet laid on the bed and started to think what had she done bad in her life that she had to face all this...and shedding countless drops of tears...she slowly driffed to sleep...waiting for daadima to come and solve this problem and those accusations...
