PART 12 The turning point!

That afternoon, Geet and Maan went to complete there lunch after Sameera left. . Geet wanted to speak to him quickly about her matter. She tried again.

'Maan…Papa…'

'Geet I've told you once and I've told you again…you have no ties with your father. The only tie and the important relation you have is with me. Your Husband. I do not want to hear you speak about people who are unimportant' Maan said avoiding the conversation. 'Geet Do not start to get me angry. You know very well of my anger Geet' He said controlling his anger as he saw Geet trying to speak again.

'Maan…par Di..you allowed me to speak to her…You even let her to the reception party.. and Ma…?' Geet asked because she knew whatever Maan believed her father had done, he was solely responsible.

'Limited circumstances which I decide Geet. Remember very well Geet.. where you go who you meet etc will be decided by me' He said kissing her on the lips getting up after lunch.

'Matlab.. I can still meet ma and di' She asked feeling relieved. Maan turned to her and said

'ha only when I decide' Maan restated his stance. Geet was so happy she jumped up to Maan and hugged him thanking him. Maan hugged her back kissing her hair feeling her body. Right now his body was wanting to do things to her, he wanted to devour her again. But he knew that after what she said earlier he had to be careful. This was the first time, Geet had come up to him on her own accord.

Geet came out of the hug and looked shy and looked down realising what she just did.

'Geet there no reason to look away.. Love.. you have everyright to hug me.' Maan said lifting her chin, Geet nodded.

'chale Geet.. Lets go and buy your outfit for tonights party'

Maan and Geet went to a highend store to buy her outfit. This was a beautiful white sari.. Kurbaan hua dance one.

Meanwhile at the hospital, Sameera walked up to Rano in anger and screamed at her

'How could you Ma? You knew I loved Maan and you let her marry Maan'

Rano looked at her and sighed

'Sam beta, Listen..Maan loved Geet. And you know Geet is so nave.. Maan would give her a happy life…And he didn't love you. Tomorrow if you got married you would have been more hurt' Rano explained. Sameera realised at the point, the only reason Maan loved Geet was because he met her. If he never met her, Maan would be hers. She also knew Geet was a weak link for Maan and her whole family. Hell She loved Geet like a sister would but now her obsession for losing Maan and losing overall was breaking her apart. She wanted to win. And to win, Geet had to be out. She decided to keep mum and nodded at her mother as she planned her first mode of attack at the party.

Maan and Geet left for the reception party. Geet held onto Maan's hand as they stepped into the party. Maanvi and Virat were already there to give them a warm welcome. Maan looked at Virat and at Maanvi and saw the decorations were nice. Geet hugged Maanvi and smiled.

'bhabhi. I hope you like the decorations' Maanvi smiled.

'Maanvi I loved it.. I'm happy.' Geet said looking at Maanvi to Maan who nodded at her. He saw Geet was really trying to a good wife and learning to love him and be comfortable. He knew Geet trusted him and she was beginning to love him.

'Guys The chief guests of the party Mr Maan Singh Khurana and Mrs Geet Maan Singh Khurana are here to let the party begin' Adi said taking the stage. Maan started introducing Geet to everyone, She did not let go of Maan's hand because she didn't know anyone except Maanvi and Virat. Maan wanted Geet to meet everyone first.

'Maan I'm going to sit with Maanvi and Virat is that okay?' Geet asked as Maan started to talk business with a colleague, Maan nodded as Geet joined and sat with them.

'Kyun Geet. How was your suhagraat with Maan' Maanvi teased as Virat laughed.

'Tumhe zara bi shaaram nahi atti ha Maanvi.. This is your brothers and bhabhi's personal life and your being nosy' Virat said. Geet nodded her head in negative not another argument,

'toh bhabhi hai meri.. haq banta hai mera' Maanvi said shrugging her shoulders. 'Pata hai Geet I was so small when my parents left us… Lekin then God gave us new parents.. par shayad..This was not acceptable. And Bhai.. he has always been alone because of losing our parents so early. He knows and has more memories with them. It hurts him more.. Lekin ek baat to hai Bhai has given me so much love… as a mother, strict as a father.. That I felt I needed to find him a partner.. And Geet I'm so glad its you.. your sweetness, will give my brother happiness.'

'I Promise Maanvi… I will Love Maan with all my heart'

'Are these emotional talks over' Virat said faking a yawn. Maanvi glared at him annoyed and said

'Shut up Virat..' Virat looked at her and spoke his mind

'Virat?' Maan asked wondering whats up.

'Ek minute Maan Sir' Virat grabbed his guitar and walked to Maanvi and grabbed Maanvi and started singing.

The background singers came and sang with Virat. As they followed Maanvi who crossed her arms and walked off.

Virat poked Maanvi and sang around her. He made a face at her and flicked her nose. He grabbed her hand and twirled her. Maan laughed at Maanvi who glared at Virat. Geet was smiling to clapping her hands.

Virat continued singing as he sang and twirled around Maanvi nudging her making Maanvi more angry. He kept following her and danced around her. At that moment everyone who was watching Maanvi and Virat's performance. Maan and Geet were sitting next to eachother. At that moment SAmeera entered the party and fumed looking at Maan and Geet.

Virat shook his head and sang pointing at Maanvi.

He put his hand on his head and sang whlist Maanvi glared at him in anger.

Virat grabbed Maanvi's hand and pushed her and she stood there angrily. Sameera saw Maan and Geet observed in the performance and walked over to the bar.

She stepped on his foot and laughed and sang as she tripped Virat and he fell and he was dusting the dirt of his trousers. Maanvi sang the above verse. The waiter mixed something in a glass as Sameera watched.

Maanvi sang the above verse. As she kicked Virat and ruffled his hair. She laughed and squeezed his cheeks and Geet held Maan's hands as she was laughing so much. Maan was so happy seeing Geet so happy and laughing and she was pointing at Maanvi and Virat and telling Maan to look. Maan could not stop starting at her.

Maanvi and Virat glared at eachother and did a dance off and smiled at off. Everyone joined in and Maan grabbed Geet and everyone danced. Thereafter Maanvi and Virat made up.

'No more jagda' Geet said. Maanvi and Virat looked at eachother and agreed.

Maan then turned up and asked Geet for a dance. Virat asked Maan if he could dance with Maanvi, which Maan agreed. At that point Sameera arrived looking at Geet and Maan in anger and jealousy.

Maan and Geet danced to the classic Kurban hua dance. Geet was happy but she was a bit uncomfortable as Maan touched her sensuously as he danced with her. Feeling a bit flustered she asked Maan if she could go get a drink. Maan allowed her to. Meanwhile, Sameera had asked the waiter to make sure he gives Geet an intoxicated drink. She smirked at her plan. She knew if Geet was intoxicated, someone, especially Virat who was like a brother to her would take her to a hotel room.

Sameera came up to Maan and spoke to him keeping him occupied.

'Maan I know you loved Geet. And I'm happy for you' Sameera smiled sweetly. Maan looked at her and let her continue.

Meanwhile, Virat went to get a drink for Maanvi who started coughing a lot. Geet gave her drink to Maanvi as she came to the table. Virat went and got another drink for Geet. So Maanvi had the intoxicated drink.

'Virat.. why can I see two of you' Maanvi said getting up stumbling. Virat catched her before she fell.

'I want to fly' Maanvi said in a childlike voice.

'Geet why is she talking like this?' Virat asked. Geet picked up the glass and smelt something horrible. Virat took it from her and smelt alcohol.

'Yeh to alcohol hai' Virat said. Geet was shocked.

'But this was my glass.. Virat.. lets take her from here.. Before there is any nusisnace created' Virat agreed with Geet. Both of them left the party with Maanvi and booked a room. Sameera turned and saw Geet leaving with Virat. She didn't see Maanvi who was standing infront of them. She smirked.

'Maan where is Geet I haven't seen her for a long while' She asked. Maan turned and saw Geet was not around. He looked for her and was getting worried. He called her phone and saw her phone abandoned on the table.

'GEET where are you' He said in anger and worriment. He walked out the party looking for her and could not see her. He asked a waiter.

'Sir I saw a lady in a white sari. She left with a young Man in the hotel room' It was the same waiter whom Sameera had paid to lie.

Maan got angry. Geet was playing with his emotions. He was getting more fixated right now. He gritted his teeth as he left towards the hotel room. Sameera followed him.

'Maan where is Geet have you found her?'

Meanwhile Virat lay Maanvi down on the bed. Geet called Sasha to come quickly on her mobile phone. Maan had told her if anything is important or wrong, Sasha was the first point of contact.

'Geet why aren't you calling Maan?' Virat asked confused trying to calm Maanvi down.

'Nahi Virat.. Maanvi told me, Last time she drank in London party by accident, Maan was so angry he slapped her. It was the first time he got mad at her. She promised Maan never to drink again. He didn't want to hurt her. Maan will be more angry if he finds out' Geet said. The door knocked. Sasha came in.

'Geet Maam don't worry. The guards are waiting outside. I shall take Maanvi to my house.' Sasha stated she looked at Virat and then Geet.

'Sasha, He is our friend from college. Please make sure Maan does not find out about Maanvi drinking. He will be angry' Geet said.

'Off course Geet Maam' Sasha said.

'Sasha your my friend. Please call me Geet' Geet said. 'Virat come lets go' Sasha bid them bye as she took care of Maanvi. Maan saw Virat and Geet walking towards them together. He was so angry. Geet was alone with Virat. He saw them both exit the room together.

'Thanks Virat.. for helping Maanvi' She said giving him a quick hug. She then turned to see Maan glaring at her in anger. Virat looked at Maan hoping he didn't hear anything about Maanvi. Sameera smirked as she saw Geet shiver seeing Maan's eyes.

'Maan woh' Geet started when Maan grabbed Geet's hands and dragged her away. Virat looked confused. Sameera smirked. Virat looked at Sameera whom was smirking. He was confused wouldn't she be upset for her sister being yanked this way. Wouldn't she be worried. Something was fishy. He went to the party and overheard a waiter say

'Dude I got 10000 ruppes tip today.. For giving an intoxicated drink to Geet Madam. That woman she wanted Maan Sir's wife to be intoxicated. Barey long bari bari baatain' Virat was shocked. Who would do this? If Geet would have been drunk. Maan would have been embarrassed and god knows what would have happened to Geet. He decided to find out the truth.

Maan grabbed Geet and threw her to the sofa as soon as he arrived home. As he was driving his anger at seeing Geet alone with Virat was hurting him. He knew that Geet wouldn't betray him. But she disobeyed him and let another man touch her. He went to the bar and kept drinking. Geet tried to stop him but he moved her away. He was so angry right now especially at her. He was heavily drunk, angry and furious at Geet. How could she defy him? How could she. Geet looked at him in fear as well as hurt and pained eyes. Geet wanted to speak to tell Maan the reality of the sitatuion but his blood red eyes and his fury was scaring her. She shivered in fright as he came close to her. He grabbed her face and forced her to look at him.

'Did I not warn you.. haan Geet.. And what did you do?' He gritted angrily and said to her in a dangerous tone of voice.

'Ma..Maan Ple..Please…Listen to me..What you so.. wasn't true' Geet cried out in inbetween tears and fear in her heart. Maan rubbed her tears rigoursly of her face. He picked her up and threw her into the room. Anyone could see he was drunk. Geet could smell the alcohol in his breath. She knew right now his possessiveness had taken over him. But this is the first time, he was drunk infront of her. He was mad in rage, full of obsession. He threw away the alcohol bottle and he grabbed her and pushed her onto the sofa making wild love to her. Biting scratching sucking her skin. Geet was in pain. But she knew to stop him would make him more dangerious.

'Your all mine Geet… I can't share you with anyone. No one can touch You Geet only me' He said thrusting harder and harder into her. Geet cried in pain. Her skin was red. She had marks all over her. After Maan had finished he slumped on her unconscious from the alcohol. She got him off her and slowly got off the sofa. She lay him down on the sofa. She grabbed her sari and wrapped it around her. She went to the bedroom and grabbed a duvet and put it over Maan.

'Maan I know tomorrow when you realise what you did to me you will feel guilty. I know its not your fault. Its because of your obsession and love for me. Its my fault because you don't know the truth. I know your scared of loosing me. Maan I Do Love You. Please Maan believe me. Your obsession scares me. Today you…' Geet cried and fell asleep sitting on the floor next to him. Following day Maan awoke with a headache. He saw He was on the sofa. He also saw Geet sleeping next to him sitting on the floor. He saw her hair was messed bruises all over her and marks on her body. He was shocked. He knew he did that as he remembered his anger yesterday.

MAAN POV

I know I am wrong Geet. I hurt your delicate body Geet. But what can I do. Yesterday without telling me you left the party. And I find you alone with Virat coming out of the hotel room. I mean what was I meant to think. I know Geet you won't betray me. But Geet I am a man. I am also scared of loosing you to another. I Love You Geet. I Need You in my life. I can't let anyone touch you Geet. I got angry when you let Virat hug you, when I warned you no one can touch you.. yet still you didn't listen to me. You allowed him to hug you. Little things like this make me angry Geet…I have no idea what you did in the hotel room with Virat.. Maybe check your sari. But why didn't you tell me? Why couldn't you take me with you.. you made me feel so small. So unimportant so little.. Made me feel like a fool Geet…I can't take it. I Love You Geet. Anywhere you need to go anything you need should be from me Geet.. I've told you that a hundred times.. Now Geet.. yesterday night what I did to you…IT shouldn't be repeated.. You shouldn't break my trust Geet.. I Trust You Geet.. You shouldn't do anything to upset me Geet.

Maan picked a sleeping Geet up and took her to the bedroom and he then quickly got changed and went downstairs. He picked up the newspaper when the door knocked. Jenny the maid opened the door. Standing at the door was Maanvi and Virat. Maan clenched his fingers seeing Virat.

'Bhai Good morning' Manvi said in a dull voice. Maan then felt a bit concerned seeing Maanvi like this.

'Virat.. whats wrong with my sister?' He asked his anger raising. He hated Virat at the moment.

'Sir.. The thing is…' Virat started. Maanvi stopped him.

'Bhai I'm sorry…Kal raat.. you saw Geet and Virat together.. But you don't know the full story bhai.. I know you love Bhabhi a lot and are possessive about her and me. You can't see her with anyone except yourself and me.. Par Bhai.. Geet bhabhi ki koi galti nahi ti…' Maanvi said as she explained what happened last night. Maan was feeling guilty as he realised what Geet did. She tried to keep the brother and sister relation affoat and strong. Maanvi was going to slap Maanvi as she looked down when Virat said

'Sir This wasn't Geet nor Maanvi's fault. It was a third person' Virat said. Maan turned to him and was shocked.

'What do you mean?' Maan asked. Virat told him what he learnt he also told him what Sameera looked like.

' I guess we will have to find out the truth. Maanvi, I forgive you as it was not your fault. Virat.. Fix a meeting with Sameera..This is what I want you to say.. and Maanvi.. No one tell Geet. She is not well today samji..'Maan said as they discussed the plan.
