Syl...Mangoes, if eaten without soaking them for a while in water, generate a lot of heat in your body...and it results in either breakout of pimples or a bad stomach...sometimes both😕

rosh...then my spelling wasn't totally off...i spell by association😆...oh i have never heard of that before...do you eat mangoes with the skin on?...maybe thats why...i peal them😉
