yash is a actually a complicated guy who doesnt know to take things sportingly and as rightly put by geet, as long as he is not riled up...he is good to be with, otherwise he doent take any negative comment in his stride, rather goes for direct confrontation without clearing what was the intended interpretation ...isse toh achha yeh dev yedha hai...😕.yash is a classic example that not always first impressions are right...behind his flirty , carefree nature, his cynical nature irks me

my opinions about dev is oscillating to extremes...at times i love to hate him...and then comes a time when i hate to love him...😆and yes i agree yash and dev are like two peas of a pod, not literally, but both can probably overcome the flaws of the other and work amicably

geet's convo with rahul was like a lesson on human psychology...how dropping maan's name had helped her to get through this rahul guy..she just pushed the right buttons and accomplished the feat, ofcourse maan's guidance had been very useful...this is the first time, where i could make sense of maan's cryptic talks...and i was left with my huge mouth hanging when he complimented Nt's approach...

geet's curiosity about NT being too sweet with her n the first meeting, complimenting her by calling her personally is not misplaced...Nt is impressed coz Geet has managed to pataofy(not in literal sense ) maan, which is a mission impossible ...Nt might have been a little disappointed that maan wasnt as welcoming and impressed as his family when she used to make visits to KM...probably she is used to ppl fawn over her or get awed by her sophistication...and here is a man who had been courteous yet cold and if she has any ulterior motives, its important to make a good impression on maan or is it that she has trained her eyes on maan, but is for the time being kaam chalaofying with dev, since its dev who had ensured an entry into khurana family...knowing maan is a hard nut to crack...

and now knowing G has left maan visibly impressed, Nt is being too courteous and trying to act goody goody and friendly with G, expecting that probably that could help her to be in the good books of maan

Awesomeness!!! 😆...Why would that amazingly clever lady expect a warm smile from Maan by being friendly with Geet !! Especially after your description about that "Super Evil' Maan..huh!!

i rem in one of the earlier chapters, where maan's POV was being mentioned, there was this point raised that maan finds Nt fishy , and there is something about her that doesnt sit well with him and reminds him of sasha...am i being too presumptuous here that since sasha had her eyes on maan, and he is aware of it, he has this nagging feeling that Nt is aiming for maan, but has used dev as a pawn ...so that brings us back to the topic of chess, which is leaving me with a killer headache😆

and then a befitting end to a romantic day...i never knew GO home could make me go all mushy...i associate that word to school teachers using that two words in a stern tone...to their students and now the same words leaves me all romantic...in this rainy weather😆

"Huh, where is my Maan sir?" said nammu, wiping the lens of her binoculars with her precious handkerchief.

"I can't see him yet" she cribbed and Shika merely rolled her eyes.

"As usual he's late. Men I tell you, I want to kick him" said Shika, now plucking grass and touching it to Reva's nose, to make her sneeze in sleep.

"Ayyayyo Deva! Why do you want to kick my Maan sir? Kick my Yedha Dev instead. He told us M and G would be here. . ." Nammu trailed off and immediately snapped her head at a sound and zoomed her binoculars.

"They're here, they're here" she screamed making Reva to wake up with a start. All the three chipmunks grabbed their respective binoculars and zoomed it to watch the scene unfold.

She walked the lone road inside the park. One of the very few left in the city. The air was fresh, nascent and crisp. The scent of dew overpowering and its sight tantalizing. She walked with her eyes closed on this road as she usually did. It was empty save for any over enthusiastic hawkers setting up stalls for the newly awakened chirping birds. An odd owl hooted in the distance unable to decide if it was day or night. They say only when the eyes are closed the other senses are heightened. She wanted to breathe the neo air, listen to the sweet voice of a rare sparrow. Smell the dew. Hear it dancing down the leaf like mercury. She wanted to enjoy the only wealth she knew, needed and cherished. The beauty and expanse of the Lord's creation.

But this was a fated day. She crashed into something rock hard. And opened her eyes. To feast upon the most handsome face and the most exquisite of God's creations. A face that could portray any divine character and become it.

'Is this it', she thought, 'Have I died and reached heaven?'

"Hi I am G", she said.

"Hello I am M", he replied tonelessly.

Reva sat with her mouth opened, while Nammu was busy wiping her tears.

"Why are you crying" Reva asked Nammu.

"Ayyayo Deva! My yedha had made me proud today. Dev, my dear yedha kahinka, where are you? Come here and give me a hug. What a description, what a language, what a flow, I am so proud of him. Haina Reva"

"I am depressed. Why didn't M and G kiss?" Reva said with her face in her palms.

"WTH! It is their first meet and god forbid if he'd as much tried to lay a finger on her, I'd have kicked him" replied Shika.

"Hayyee is this it? Am I dead and went to heaven? Maan sir, go home now, come again with G tomorrow" Nammu collapsed with a dreamy smile, talking to herself.

Shika rolled her eyes "I think there are two things now" she said scratching her head.

"Yes, one Maan is a terrorist or maoist or both. What if he's a vampire, what if he's a werewolf. What if'" Reva would've continued if she wasn't cut off.

"'What if, you don't have a brain, what if your brain is the size of a pea, what if'" Shika ranted but she was cut off again.

"I wish it rains today" Nammu said smiling to thin air.

And thus, the three chipmunks brains got damaged and they started pulling each other's hair.

All this because of Dev's wonderful prologue. Take a bow Dev.
